What does "Up to 3 banners may rotate in the same position" mean?
If you want to see your banner on an AALBC.com page, and you do not see it right away, when you bring up the page; just refresh the page (hit the F5 key in internet explorer in windows) once or twice.  The banners are displayed in the order people visit that particular page.
