Faith Knight has been writing self-help books since 2008 when she released Desperate Dating to an enthusiastic audience. The advice book was featured on NBC Washington, Good Morning Atlanta, WHUR radio, and the Tom Joyner Morning Show.

Trained in journalism and project management, Faith used her skills to publish three more self-help books, including her latest, ’The Real Book on How to Cook: Secrets Mother Never Told You,’ which won ’Best Cook Book’ at the 2013 African American Literary Awards ceremony in New York City.

Faith is currently writing several children’s books as she follows in the footsteps of her cousin, legendary children’s author Virginia Hamilton.

Faith is a former Web producer for MSNBC.com and the Discovery Channel. She lives in Atlanta with her husband Lafonsa Knight.
