Jacqueline Shaw

Jacqueline Shaw was born in London and since 2001 has worked within the fashion industry in the UK, China, Turkey, and now in Africa. She is a Fashion Designer by profession, a businesswoman, bespoke bridal-wear dressmaker, an eco-entrepreneur and visionary. Jacqueline undertook a Bachelor’s in the Arts in Fashion Design at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design and holds a Masters in Ethical Fashion from the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), from which the book Fashion Africa was birthed.

Jacqueline has traveled extensively throughout Africa, chronicling the fashion and textile industry and social enterprises across the continent from Ghana to Nigeria and Southern Africa.
