bsiev2
My name is Brittany Sievers and I am a graduate student in the Human Services Department at the University of Illinois Springfield. I am in need of university student participants to complete a survey on the role of vocational calling and work meaning in the career development process of college students. We are seeking individuals who (1) are currently enrolled in a four-year university within the United States and (2) are at least 18 years of age to complete an anonymous web-based survey that will ask you about the role of vocational calling and work meaning on the career development of college students. The entire survey should take approximately 30-40 minutes. You will not be asked to provide your name on the inventory and results will reported in a group format. We would greatly appreciate you taking part in the survey and contributing to our understanding of the role of vocational calling and work meaning on college students’ lives. AS A THANK YOU, PARTICIPANTS WHO COMPLETE THE SURVEY CAN ENTER INTO A LOTTERY DRAWING TO WIN ONE OF FOUR $25 GIFT CERTIFICATES. For more information about the study, as well as to consent to participate, please go tohttps://uofi.uis.edu/sb/sec/9361691. Any questions can be addressed to Brittany Sievers (email: bsiev2@uis.edu) or to my research supervisor, Dr. Frances Shen (email: fshen3@uis.edu), Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Illinois Springfield. This research has been reviewed and approved by the UIS Human Subjects Review Officer, Dr. Jim Klein. Dr. Klein can be reached at 217-206-6883 to answer any questions about your rights as a volunteer participant in this study. Thanks!
