Tracie Howard
Tracie Howard is an author and artist.
Before becoming a writer, Ms. Howard was an executive at Xerox, Johnson and Johnson, American Express and The Olympic Committee. In 2008, she was selected, and served, as a member of President Barack Obama’s Finance Committee during his election campaign.
Ms. Howard wrote Revenge Is Best Served Cold, with Danita Carter. A subsequent deal with Penguin Putnam led to her to write more novels. Her first solo novel, Why Sleeping Dogs Lie, was published in 2003. Howard was a featured author in Turner Broadcasting’s 2003 Trumpet Awards.
In addition to her career as an author, Howard is curator and co-founder of the wearable art company, Ethos.
