Notes:

Saturday Sisters Book Club of Indianapolis is a diverse, progressive group of professional African American women who enjoy reading and discussing all types of literature. The club was founded by Melva and Josephine . We meet the 3rd Saturday of each month at a member's home, restaurant or a local Book Store. Our meetings are theme based and the book selection and menu are chosen to depict the theme. Occasionally, we invite the author of the selected book or a guest speaker related to the theme/topic. Annually (February) we celebrate love/relationships and sponsor a coed meeting with our spouses and significant others. Our club is open to any one who is interested in reading and discussing the 'book of the month'
