Sisters Gaining Knowledge (SGK) from Greensboro, NC

Inspired by one of our members sister in Virginia Beach, VA. Arlene Hariston is the Chairperson and founder of Sisters Gaining Knowledge. We meet monthly in each others home and the one hosting the meeting is the one that chose the book for that month.

The club was formed to bring together women that had a common interest--reading. After and few months we begin to discuss becoming active in the community as a group.
