DESCRIPTION:\n	Lord Dunham's Report Feb 11th 1839\n\n\n\n	The french spe
aking north + central america is an interesting history. From Haiti which
became a free black empire \, to Canada that became owned by the english a
fter war\, and then Louisiana which was sold to the USA. All three were de
railed in some way. Haiti was derailed after Henri Christophe into a finan
cial satrap of the usa+ western europe. Louisiana and Canada would be angl
icized by immigration\, purposed immigration\, + government backed anglici
zation of everything.\n\n\n\n	Dunham's report is important because it sugg
est to the english government to copy two aspects of the USA\, first its r
acial heirarchy\, in this case\, the english speaking over the french spea
king\, the representative government style of the usa\, even if Canada at
that time was still a provence of England without question. \n\n\n\n	This
is from Volume 2\n\n\n\n	\"There can hardly be conceived a nationality mo
re destitute of all that can invigorate and elevate a people\, than that w
hich is exhibited by the descendants of the French in Lower Canada\, owing
to their retaining their peculiar language and manners. They are a people
with no history\, and no literature. The literature of England is written
in a language which is not theirs\; and the only literature which their l
anguage renders familiar to them\, is that of a nation from which they hav
e been separated by eighty years of a foreign rule\, and still more by tho
se changes which the Revolution and its consequences have wrought in the w
hole political\, moral and social state of France. \"\n\n\n\n	Comprehend
Dunham visited the USA so his views towards non whites was to inhumans. To
suggest the French of Canada had a nationality one can hardly find anothe
r more destitute\, especially in the American continent with First Peoples
/Native Americans plus Black Descended of Enslaved shows you how tiered Du
nham's view to humanity was. \n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	The following is a revie
w\, of the report. If you want to focus on what he wrote\, start at Volume
	 2. and search \"May it please Your Majesty\,\"\n\n\n\n	Volume 1\n\n	https
