DESCRIPTION:\n	BETTERING AMERICAN POETRY ANTHOLOGY entry 11/14/2015\n\n\
	n\n	 \n\n\n\n	Title:Harlem - June to November 2015\n\n\n\n	I am a child t
	o Earth\n\n	living side my peer\, in a concentration\n\n	in a night\, I se
e...\n\n	not from the Sun\, many moon\, shining\n\n	... many voice yell in
the sky\n\n	no horn or four horseman ride\n\n	remind\, a faint glimpse to
	 a god\n\n	kicking a free moon by\n\n	know why\, not I\n\n\n\n	Out from th
e quiet Harlem\n\n	Where the trees recall yesterday\n\n	South from the mod
ern\n\n	Where the lights shine away... from the old song in the street\n\n
Is a raccoon family\n\n	Waiting for sapiens to segregate\n\n	Tis a wait i
	nsane\n\n	Waiting for: fish fry\, jass\, or roof... parties\n\n	Them can n
	ot survive: mixing\, security\, or real estate\n\n	But a darkling notice t
he scene\n\n	He provide a path in the shade\n\n	Just to a few from Harlem
past... to find the Black Bath\n\n\n\n	Walking outside\, I ponder\, where
is wisdom\,\n\n	when the Sun can not wake me to see it\,\n\n	and...\n\n	wh
at can be seen from apartment 2B?\n\n	concrete sequoia\, surround every pa
ne\,\n\n	even the baby thrush\, needing parental sustenance\,\n\n	can't be
known\, and...\n\n	we all ask\, where with all is hope?...\n\n	can I know
in 9C?\n\n	can enlightenment be\, where no butterfly roam\,\n\n	even if I
live or write every poem?...\n\n	may I live near 2B... only down the hall
\,\n\n	where you live in 4U\, and maybe you can see or know\,\n\n	if you o
wn\, a pane or more from hope...\n\n	will it sing\, to my craft\, as I wal
k...\n\n	apartmentless\, in the public dark\n\n\n\n	The Trees or the Churc
hes\, are all that will stand\n\n	Where is the tree that remember the land
\n\n	Does a church know where\, the skulls from the first\, was planted\n\
n	The collages from modern mancraft is disorganized\, most ignorant\n\n	I
heard from one collagent\n\n	... The Pigeon who climbed a whole hill\n\n	d
o not forget a sky\n\n	never needing\, to walk to one again\n\n	... do not
forget an earth\n\n	while sleeping to fly\n\n	truly fly... to a rose beyo
nd any sky\n\n	do not forget a time\n\n	when two sunflower \, grow at firs
t glance\n\n	for one grow a short... distance\n\n	yet\, the shades them ca
	n not see prove:sky\, earth\, or time in chiaroscurhyme\n\n	and!...this du
mmy still stand!\n\n	pondering a turncoat dove ponderance\n\n	I am comfort
	ed in knowing their finiteness\n\n	though\, I know a clear sadness\n\n	for
the collages everborn\n\n	pretelling I will never know\n\n	where stand th
e skulls\, or the land\n\n\n\n	What if a green speak to you one day\n\n	do
you think\, it will speak to Giants colored grey\n\n	or multicolor dirt f
rom an annual day\n\n	I say they are not signs... from the urban green\n\n
not like those southern trees who know the bloodiest luxiery\n\n	A salvad
oran Rose\, through my mind\, once spoke to me\n\n	We look at each other t
hrough a lens that is the moon\n\n	after in the afternoon\, a bluejay hope
to find\n\n	hopping up the fire escape to the top floor\, why?!\n\n	a rai
nforest on the third\, or higher than Everest on the roof\n\n	or maybe a q
uery from the terrace fleur\n\n	How do you find a place beyond time\, is i
	t galaxy wide\, or smaller than an eye?\n\n	Does a green\, the Moon\, or a
	n avian know where it hide\n\n\n\n	In a deep autumn night\n\n	I think\, wh
at deep thought\n\n	from those once cargo\n\n	or more than likely\, threw
off\n\n	did they saw life as hope\, or a wrought\n\n	did they trusted in n
	ature\, used her time\n\n	as I have\n\n	born in summer\, a plethora from l
	ight...\n\n	this fall beginning\n\n	I was unwised\, lived on the obvious p
rismal abuse\n\n	suddenly pondering\, why I suddenly dream to you\n\n	you
are not in a thought yesterday\n\n	think yesterday has nothing from you?\n
\n	now nearest to the future\n\n	what will winter be\, these questions\n\n
do you feel the sunlight when i do\n\n	do you feel the rain\n\n	are you s
urround between the night stars\n\n	do you block their speak\n\n	... or th
e mirror to chaotic reality...\n\n	silent fantasy\n\n\n\n	from Richard Mur
