All these black men know they need individual bet terment\, but what they are looking for is the plan for the group. \n\n\n \n And speaking of tribes\, sometimes a tribe is situational. Those mill ion men could had been asked to each give a dollar a year\, and each have an equal valued vote in where to use it.
