	 the USA didn't change the condition of Black people. Most of the Black pe
	ople who fought for the independence of the colonies from the english empi
	re were enslaved to whites in the usa after said independence. But\, the e
	nd of the War Between The States\, commonly called The Civil War \, did re
	present a true change for Black people as legal enslavement\, which was le
	gal in the english colonies or the usa itself\, became illegal for the fir
