pter 1: The Beginning0:000 secondsUm\, you know what I what I was thinking
about? I wanted to kind of like\, you know\, how I kind of went over the
history of Black Touch uh earlier.0:099 secondsSo\, I want to kind of do t
hat for the people who aren't familiar with it. Um\, yeah. And I've been\,
you know\, this is0:1616 secondsour seventh year. Black Touch started in
	2019\, uh\, back when I was even more square0:2424 secondsthan I am now. U
m\, and essentially before before I started Black Touch\, I was a photogra
pher like a lot of people.0:3232 secondsI was shooting content. I was shoo
ting photos and I was mostly doing implied new photography or like artisti
cally0:3939 secondsleaning photography uh with black women um for maybe li
ke four or five years before Black Touch started. And while I0:4747 second
swas doing that\, I was experimenting towards the end of 2018 and I did a
photo shoot um a polyandry photo shoot. So um let me think.1:001 minutePol
yandry photo shoots. Yeah\, it was a basically it was a woman with two guy
s.1:041 minute\, 4 secondsIt was like they were all nude\, but I shot it i
n a way that I could still post it on Instagram. So it just looked really
good. But I also didn't think1:121 minute\, 12 secondsmuch of it after we
had wrapped that shoot and I edited the images. It was probably the most l
ike sexually charged shoot I've ever done\, but I didn't think like I said
	\, I didn't think much of it.1:231 minute\, 23 secondsAnd so we released i
t early 2019 and in a in a couple of days like the images were all over th
	e internet. Um\, they're1:301 minute\, 30 secondsno longer on the website
because now the website's all video\, but the website really started off a
	s a place to host uh1:381 minute\, 38 secondserotic photos that I was shoo
ting. And they weren't even explicit to be honest.1:421 minute\, 42 second
sThey were like people were pretending to do things and and I was I was gu
iding them into their like positions and1:511 minute\, 51 secondsworing ab
out lighting. And the whole point of the project when it started was to so
rt of capture black intimacy through my own perspective.2:002 minutesAnd t
he evolution from being primarily a photobased2:072 minutes\, 7 secondspro
ject to doing this was essentially I was trying to like create reals. I me
an Instagram at the time had2:152 minutes\, 15 secondsjust started doing v
ideo. So I was like\, let me share my little project website [snorts] on I
nstagram by like creating2:242 minutes\, 24 secondslike stories around the
photo shoots that we did. And those uh videos got2:322 minutes\, 32 secon
dsstarted to get more and more explicit and before I knew it\, I was shoot
ing I shot I had shot like an explicit video2:402 minutes\, 40 secondsand
this was like in 2019. I I uh if you guys all know Darling Nikki who actua
lly works for Black Touch right now\, she was2:482 minutes\, 48 secondsthe
first person who I think I miscommunicated what the purpose of the shoot
was. I you know she she [laughter] didn't quite know that I wasn't shootin
g2:562 minutes\, 56 secondsporn and so her and her partner started actuall
	y Hey Dallas\, welcome. Um3:023 minutes\, 2 secondsshe had what happened?
Yeah\, basically she and her partner started actually having sex and I was
	 shocked to say the3:113 minutes\, 11 secondsleast\, but I I I filmed the
whole thing through. And so I literally sat on that3:183 minutes\, 18 seco
ndsphoto shoot\, that video shoot from like June of 2019 until the beginni
ng of 20203:253 minutes\, 25 secondswhen I decided this is this website is
going to be explicit. I don't care what people think. D. Um\, but I alway
s wanted3:333 minutes\, 33 secondsto like make sure that the work that the
site projected was focused on our humanity\, focus on storytelling becaus
	e that's the thing that I'm interested in.3:443 minutes\, 44 secondsUm\, a
nd yeah\, it's kind of like an evolution from there. Like shot with more p
eople\, came up with more ideas\,3:523 minutes\, 52 secondstraveled all th
roughout the US. Um\, and yeah\, I think that kind of if you go back far e
	nough\, you'll kind of see the3:593 minutes\, 59 secondsevolution of the q
uality\, but also the evolution of this like the the storytelling and and
what have you.4:064 minutes\, 6 secondsThat's kind of like at the heart of
the project for me. So\, that's kind of the beginning. That's kind of lik
e how Black Chart started if you guys didn't know.Chapter 2: Introductions
	4:144 minutes\, 14 secondsSo\, I should I should also say this. I didn't i
ntroduce myself. I'm Brian Dwayne. I'm the creator I guess that's kind of
	obvious. I'm the creator of of4:224 minutes\, 22 secondsBlack Touch. Uh\,
basically I shot everything outside of the views content on the website. I
	 shot everything on the4:294 minutes\, 29 secondswebsite. Um\, I edited an
	d and I I also designed and and developed the website.4:364 minutes\, 36 s
	econdsUm\, I think that's that's basically it.4:394 minutes\, 39 secondsTh
at's all people need to know about who I am. And uh\, Velvet\, could you i
	ntroduce yourself?4:464 minutes\, 46 secondsYes\, I am Velvet Len. Um\, I
have sweet rawsticky.com\, which is basically I'm a sex educator.4:574 min
	utes\, 57 secondsUm\, and I was formerly Bearitall.5:025 minutes\, 2 secon
dsI shot erotic photography um\, for my books and had erotic art5:105 minu
tes\, 10 secondsshows and then it turned into just Velvet Len and I've reb
randed once again to Sweet Raw Sticky. And hopefully this5:185 minutes\, 1
8 secondsis the last time. [laughter] I no longer shoot. Um\, as of right
	now\,5:255 minutes\, 25 secondsit's possible to shoot again\, but as of ri
ght now\, I'm not shooting. And I work for Black Touch and yeah\, so here
	I am.5:355 minutes\, 35 secondsOkay\, cool. One thing that she didn't ment
ion that she would never mention is that she is uh part of partially the5:
425 minutes\, 42 secondsinspiration for me starting Black Touch to begin w
ith. We met in 2016 um through a mutual friend and she was5:505 minutes\,
50 secondsalready shooting erotic content. Back then I was not even consid
ering it. And so I was like\, \"So\, how do you do that?5:565 minutes\, 56
secondsHow do you get people to how do you get people to shoot with you l
ike that? Please tell me more.\" You know\, and we developed a friendship6
:046 minutes\, 4 secondssince then and she's been by my side the entire pr
ocess. um and and watch the evolution of all of this go from like an6:116
minutes\, 11 secondsidea to a little WordPress website to what it is today
. Um so um without further ado\, I think I'd like to get started.Chapter 3
: How Do We Find Talent6:216 minutes\, 21 secondsUm the first question is
Mhm.6:256 minutes\, 25 secondswhere do you find the people for the scenes?
	 Also\, I need more scenes with big men.6:326 minutes\, 32 secondsOkay. Uh
where do we find people? Okay.6:356 minutes\, 35 secondsUh\, so this has
evolved over time and initially um I basically was just6:426 minutes\, 42
secondsjumping in people's DMs and pitching my idea for what Black Touch w
as supposed to be and also showing them examples of6:506 minutes\, 50 seco
ndsthe work that I was doing. [snorts] Um\, and then\, you know\, some peo
ple would politely decline or not so politely decline\, but you know\, doi
ng that more6:586 minutes\, 58 secondsconsistently sort of like built up u
m helped me build up a library of content and be consistent enough that I
started7:067 minutes\, 6 secondsto attract people. So\, for the most part
now\, we are attracting our talent um that we work with. Uh let me think.7
	:177 minutes\, 17 secondsYeah\, for the most part\, we're attracting them.
uh most of the people we worked with\, we found them through uh them alre
ady publishing content on7:257 minutes\, 25 secondsTwitter. Um and you kno
w\, they may reach out and then I'll send them a link for them to fill out
a form and then we7:327 minutes\, 32 secondsstart a process where we disc
uss uh the potential for a scene. Um and if they don't have a partner\, we
try to like7:407 minutes\, 40 secondsmatch them with people. But in gener
	al\, it's a it's a it's kind of organic in that now because there's sort o
	f a brand7:487 minutes\, 48 secondsand a name for it\, people are attracte
d to the to the project and so they'll reach out to us through our DMs on7
:547 minutes\, 54 secondsTwitter. Um\, but if you guys have been around lo
ng enough\, you probably would have remembered there was a point in time w
here there was a form on the8:028 minutes\, 2 secondswebsite for anyone to
fill out. And that didn't last very long because we just got a ton of sub
	missions from people8:108 minutes\, 10 secondswho\, let's just say\, aren'
t uh actively creating content and they're just interested in being on set
	 or shooting.8:208 minutes\, 20 secondsUm\, and I have literally over a th
ousand submissions from different guys uh and a few few women. But the my
biggest thing8:298 minutes\, 29 secondsis that maybe I should get into thi
s right now.8:338 minutes\, 33 secondsWe try to work with people who alrea
dy have some history of shooting. I'm not out here finding people who have
	 who aren't even considering it and asking8:418 minutes\, 41 secondsthem t
	o. For one\, they have to have a desire to do it. to um we would prefer th
at they were already active in to some8:508 minutes\, 50 secondsdegree um
already actively in terms of like shooting and publishing and working with
	 people so that we're we're not like8:578 minutes\, 57 secondsbreaking the
ir popping their cherry or whatever it's called. Um and yeah\, once those
	two things are settled\, if it's a9:069 minutes\, 6 secondswoman\, it's us
ually easier to get started uh shooting. But if it's a guy\, the challenge
is that we uh tend to ask9:149 minutes\, 14 secondsthe women to first the
women have like right of first refusal. So if a woman is not interested i
	n a guy\, uh it doesn't9:229 minutes\, 22 secondshappen\, right? Um I mean
it's the same both ways actually. But what I what I mean to say is that u
	m if the average9:329 minutes\, 32 secondsguy doesn't have some experience
or some content that they could sort of use to profile their work or what
they can do9:419 minutes\, 41 secondsuh and we present them to a woman th
at they're interested in working with or that we're interested in working
	with.9:479 minutes\, 47 secondsIf there's nothing for them to see\, there
usually isn't anything. It's usually not going to move forward.9:539 minut
es\, 53 secondsIf you could just imagine being a woman interested in shoot
ing with us and then we show you a guy that has absolutely no10:0010 minut
esno work\, no content\, no pictures\, no nothing. He's just a guy off of
	social media. Uh yeah\, that usually doesn't go10:0810 minutes\, 8 seconds
too far. So when it's a guy\, we usually want to work with guys who are al
ready actively creating content um and10:1610 minutes\, 16 secondshopefull
y have shot with other people before.10:2010 minutes\, 20 secondsI know th
is is a little bit of rambly\, but I'm just going to close this out by say
ing a lot of people that we uh that are making content now and they're sho
	oting themselves\, and it's an10:2910 minutes\, 29 secondsentirely differe
nt ballgame. Um asking us to asking that person to now be in10:3610 minute
	s\, 36 secondsthe room with at least two other people\, cameras\, lights\,
	 microphones. It's a different uh it's a different kettle of10:4410 minute
s\, 44 secondsfish. So\, um\, usually we find out or we try not to find ou
t if the guy can perform in front of the the crew\,10:5310 minutes\, 53 se
condsuh\, without him having some reference of shooting with other people
at some point. Hopefully that answered that question and more.11:0311 minu
tes\, 3 secondsUm\, and then also just if I could add on to what Brian is
	saying and then previously shooting um\, just on the11:1111 minutes\, 11 s
econdsphotography side\, it's also to make sure that you know they're seri
ous and they're not coming in here thinking that they can just have sex wi
	th someone.11:2011 minutes\, 20 seconds[laughter]11:2011 minutes\, 20 seco
	ndsYeah.11:2211 minutes\, 22 secondsAnd and call it a day. Um\, you know\,
	 so that's also a part of it. Um\, so we want11:2811 minutes\, 28 secondst
o make sure uh like he said they have some type of experience and that sho
ws that you know being in the sex work industry um that they are more seri
ous.11:4211 minutes\, 42 secondsDefinitely that. But there was a prior que
stion that did not answer the one about more fluffy men or big men.11:5011
minutes\, 50 secondsUh I have absolutely no problem with shooting bigger
guys. In fact\, I have no problem with shooting anybody. The11:5711 minute
s\, 57 secondsproblem is the challenge is I shouldn't say problem. The cha
llenge is um like12:0412 minutes\, 4 secondspotential people. Uh so I work
with the people who are interested in working with us and that's gets nar
rower if you12:1312 minutes\, 13 secondsthink about it. Like if I if I uh
were to expressly look for a guy that is one12:2012 minutes\, 20 secondsac
tive in the industry\, two knows how to perform in front of a crew\, and t
hree is also a bigger guy. Uh that narrows12:2912 minutes\, 29 secondsthin
gs down so much that I basically am looking for a unicorn. [laughter] I ha
ve to sort of be flexible in the12:3712 minutes\, 37 secondscasting and th
e ideas. Um\, and um\, I would definitely love to work with a a bigger guy
	. I'd love to work with more12:4512 minutes\, 45 secondsmature women. I'd
love to work with bigger women. There's al all these things have to align.
	 And um\, I don't go12:5312 minutes\, 53 secondslike\, you know\, how you
would think about casting in uh\, mainstream television and stuff like tha
	t. We don't13:0013 minutesquite do casting that way. We kind of work backw
ards. So\, we find the people who are interested in working with us and al
so working together and then I13:0813 minutes\, 8 secondsbuild a story aro
und them and there just hasn't been a lot of bigger guys that that fall in
	to that category.Chapter 4: Who Writes the Scripts13:1613 minutes\, 16 sec
ondsUm\, okay. The next question is who writes the scripts and will slash
	can they incorporate more sensual dialogue?13:2613 minutes\, 26 secondsUm\
, just like the website and the videography and the other stuff\, I'm the
	one. Well\, there's most of the13:3513 minutes\, 35 secondstime there aren
't scripts. Most of the time there's an idea\, a concept\, and I'm on set
and I have a sort of like an idea13:4513 minutes\, 45 secondsabout what it
is that we're going to be capturing\, what the characters\, who the chara
cters are\, what their motivation is\, what the conflict is\, all that13:5
	313 minutes\, 53 secondsstuff. Um\, the reason why I don't write scripts\,
um\, or why there usually aren't scripts\, because sometimes there are.14
:0114 minutes\, 1 secondThe reason why there usually aren't scripts is bec
ause we're not usually working with actors. Um\, most of the time the peop
	le we're working with\, they14:0814 minutes\, 8 secondsdon't have the time
or maybe even the interest to sit down and memorize their lines and under
stand the motivation. All14:1714 minutes\, 17 secondsof that sort of has t
o kind of come together in the moment when we're all on set. So the way a
script is written is it's a it's a living concept in my head.14:2714 minut
es\, 27 secondsUm once I'm on set\, uh I essentially start seeing the shot
s and thinking14:3414 minutes\, 34 secondsabout the interactions and then
thinking about how all of that should come together in the edit. Um so the
re the14:4214 minutes\, 42 secondsanswer is I write the scripts if there a
re scripts. And the only time there really are scripts is when the story i
s complex enough that things need to be14:5014 minutes\, 50 secondssaid at
certain times or else you sort of like lose track of what's happening.14:
5514 minutes\, 55 secondsBut most of the time the stories are simple enoug
h that I could keep it kind of in my head and walk people through their be
havior and their acts and stuff15:0315 minutes\, 3 secondslike that. Um se
nsual there was a question about like at the end of it like could it inclu
de more sensual15:1015 minutes\, 10 secondsdialogue? [snorts] Uh yes it ca
	n but I could write central dialogue all day.15:1815 minutes\, 18 secondsI
t's how people perform it that is challenging. Right. So asking the averag
	e person in the moment.15:2615 minutes\, 26 secondsYeah. Asking asking a p
erson to start being sensual and and what have you.15:3115 minutes\, 31 se
condsAgain since these aren't actors by the time they are uh on set they a
	 lot of15:3815 minutes\, 38 secondspeople get nervous. Um\, a lot of times
when they're supposed to si be serious\, they're laughing. Uh\, so what I
end up15:4615 minutes\, 46 secondsdoing is crafting the idea of their cha
racter around their personality so they're not like having to truly become
	15:5415 minutes\, 54 secondssomebody else because that's a lot to ask peop
le to do well. [snorts] Um\, so the reason why there isn't a lot of sensua
l dialogue is because16:0316 minutes\, 3 secondsthat is something that wou
ld have to be like to do it well\, you generally have to like practice it
and we don't usually16:1116 minutes\, 11 secondshave time to practice. Mos
t of the time a scene is shot or at least the story part of the scene is s
hot in like two hours. And that's like from\,16:2016 minutes\, 20 secondsy
ou know\, every everything is sort of like uh still in my head\, but I'm I
	'm chopping it up and I'm trying to like16:2716 minutes\, 27 secondsmake t
hings happen all in two hours so that we can get to the actual intimacy an
	d and shoot that well. So\, um\, yeah\,16:3716 minutes\, 37 secondsthat's
why there aren't that much there isn't that much nuance dialogue in the sc
enes. It's it's a lot to ask somebody to like become somebody else and do
it16:4616 minutes\, 46 secondswell if they've never even considered doing
	it before.Chapter 5: Shooting Prior Talent16:5016 minutes\, 50 secondsThe
next question is is it possible to have the talents such as the fun sexual
gym and juicy thick16:5916 minutes\, 59 secondswho either contributed onl
y one scene or pleasure portrait in the past to contribute more scenes in
the future.17:0717 minutes\, 7 secondsUm it is always possible if that per
son is still actively making content. And so it's interesting that they me
	ntioned um17:1617 minutes\, 16 secondsthe fun sexual. So\, she's wasn't re
ally like a content creator when uh we shot her solo. Um\, in fact\, she w
as shooting17:2417 minutes\, 24 secondsthat solo because she was literally
like within that week about to get a breast reduction and she's also like
	 in the17:3317 minutes\, 33 secondslifestyle. So\, she's open to doing lik
e she was open to shooting the content\, but you can't like go and find he
r and only fans or many vids or she doesn't17:4217 minutes\, 42 secondslik
e promote sex her herself in content if that makes sense. So sometimes peo
ple17:4917 minutes\, 49 secondsare working with us and they're doing it um
for the first time17:5617 minutes\, 56 secondsum for the most part that y
ou know like if if they're working with us and they're doing it and they'r
e trying something out is not to say that they've made their mind up to li
ke pro like continue to be content creators forever.18:0818 minutes\, 8 se
condsAnd a lot of people\, they may be at the height or at the tail of the
ir career in in content creation. And a lot of people18:1718 minutes\, 17
secondscome and go like really fast. Like you you might I might there I co
uld throw a dart at a list of the people we've shot18:2418 minutes\, 24 se
condsand there's a good chance I'm shoot I will hit somebody who no longer
	 makes content and that's all fine\, but um18:3218 minutes\, 32 secondshav
ing people come back is a confluence of a few things. So I think Juicy Thi
	ck was mentioned. She's lives in Florida.18:4318 minutes\, 43 secondsShe c
ame out here and it was just by chance that we were shooting here Atlanta.
In Atlanta\, she came out to Atlanta and it was just18:5118 minutes\, 51
secondsby chance we were shooting um a set of shoots in that weekend and i
t just lined up.18:5718 minutes\, 57 secondsNow for her to come back out h
ere\, it'd be like a whole discussion we'd have to have and you know\, we'
d have to sort out all these like smaller details. But I'm19:0519 minutes\
, 5 secondsalways open to working with people as long as they don't become
like publicly toxic or something since we shot them because that's happen
ed before. Um I19:1419 minutes\, 14 secondsdon't mind working with people
over and over again. In fact\, that stability is like the lifeblood of Bla
ck Touch. Like working with people who get it and19:2219 minutes\, 22 seco
ndsrespect us and our time. Um yeah\, I would love to do that\, but it's a
lways has to align. It's an alignment thing.Chapter 6: BlkTouch Events19:3
	219 minutes\, 32 secondsUh\, speaking of location\, um\, the last question
	 about the more sensual\,19:4019 minutes\, 40 secondsum\, came from Brat 3
0 from Louisiana. Shout out to Louisiana\, my second home.19:4919 minutes\
, 49 secondsUm\, the first question was out of Houston. And then the quest
ion that you19:5819 minutes\, 58 secondsjust answered was New York. Hey\,
I'm from Brooklyn if y'all don't know. I'm I'm Jamaican but born and raise
d in Brooklyn. Yeah.20:0720 minutes\, 7 secondsAnd then that was Jonathan.
	 Okay. And let's see the next question.20:1520 minutes\, 15 secondsWould y
ou ever hold an intimacy class here in Atlanta?20:2020 minutes\, 20 second
sAnd that is from Montreal here in Atlanta.20:2420 minutes\, 24 secondsUh
hell yeah. And I've got the perfect person to run it. Actually\, [laughter
	] Velvet\, if you don't mind discussing20:3220 minutes\, 32 secondsthat\,
so since I've been running my mouth all for the last 12 minutes.20:3520 mi
	nutes\, 35 seconds[laughter]20:3820 minutes\, 38 secondsYes. So\, I will b
e holding in addition to intimacy classes or anything20:4520 minutes\, 45
	secondssurrounding intimacy\, um I will hold classes\, workshops. Um\, I a
	lso\,20:5220 minutes\, 52 secondsum\, have experiences\, uh\, and when I s
ay experience\, the last one that I had was a five course meal\,21:0121 mi
nutes\, 1 secondum\, that was infused with aphrodisiacs that was here in A
tlanta.21:0621 minutes\, 6 secondsUm\, it was great and that was more inti
	mate. So\, I no longer hold the21:1321 minutes\, 13 secondslarger um\, eve
nts\, 200 plus people. Um so the ones that are more intimate are21:2121 mi
nutes\, 21 secondsgoing to be the experiences and workshops. Um sometimes
	I will collab with other creators\, other educators21:2821 minutes\, 28 se
condsand yeah and this also comes at a great time to ask because uh Blackt
ouch and Sweet Raw Sticky has partnered together.21:4021 minutes\, 40 seco
	ndsSo\, within the partnership\, um\, Blacktouch will gain access\, um\, t
o21:4821 minutes\, 48 secondsonce you sign up for my newsletter as well\,
be able to hear first about the workshops and experiences and classes.21:5
	721 minutes\, 57 secondsUm\, you will also receive a discount.21:5921 minu
tes\, 59 secondsSome of that is based off if you are a member. Um\, so you
have subscribers which are subscribed to Brian's Black22:0822 minutes\, 8
secondsTouch newsletter\, the mailing list\, and then you have the member
s\, which are is the paid memberships to be able to see22:1522 minutes\, 1
5 secondseverything uh Blacktouch. And so all of those details would be pr
	ovided\, but to answer the question simply\, yes.22:2422 minutes\, 24 seco
ndsCool. Cool. Yeah. Yeah. uh you know\, we we don't send out a ton of new
sletter or22:3122 minutes\, 31 secondsemails\, but when they come um if th
ey're not this the presscheduled scene stuff\, we're going to be start we'
re going to22:3822 minutes\, 38 secondsstart to um have more and more outs
ide of just content distribution um being22:4622 minutes\, 46 secondspromo
ted and we'll probably get into that a little bit later.Chapter 7: Shootin
	g BBWs22:4922 minutes\, 49 secondsThe next question is\, \"Why aren't more
	 black BBW women used in videos?\" Um\, out22:5822 minutes\, 58 secondsof
Michigan\, uh\, why aren't more kind of the along I would say the along23:
0523 minutes\, 5 secondsthe same lines as what you answered about the bigg
	er men.23:0923 minutes\, 9 secondsBut it's it's interesting because I I do
	n't know. I think I found I I've shot a good a plenty amount of like BBW23
	:1823 minutes\, 18 secondsor bigger women. It's just that I don't to to me
it's always been interesting like uh people's perception of what a23:2623
minutes\, 26 secondsbig girl is is that like it moves. So\, I could name
maybe like five scenes right now that I consider these people to be23:3523
	 minutes\, 35 secondssort of like a bigger girl\, but I can't say if that'
	s what that person perceives as a big woman\, right? Um\,23:4423 minutes\,
44 secondsand it it isn't a a hesitancy on my end to do it. It is not lik
	e a a disinterest. It's more of again23:5323 minutes\, 53 secondsavailabil
ity and alignment. there's uh of the creators that we have shot24:0024 min
uteswhich which who who call themselves BBW or big I I don't really like u
sing uh24:0824 minutes\, 8 secondsthis is also why like the scenes don't h
ave these weird names like oh black blah blah blah I don't I don't like us
ing labels u for people especially24:1624 minutes\, 16 secondswhen it come
s to content but for women that would consider themselves to be bigger and
you know like filling that part of the niche or the genre24:2524 minutes\
, 25 secondsUm\, I've shot plenty of women that way\, but that that who wh
	o fill that space.24:3024 minutes\, 30 secondsBut again\, that's not to sa
y that other people will take them take consider them to be big girls. And
	 so\, I'm not holding24:3924 minutes\, 39 secondsback. I don't have any is
sue with it. In fact\, I would love to shoot more. It's just um it's just
	a chance. It's just an alignment.24:4924 minutes\, 49 secondsYes. And then
to your point for as far as the sizes\, you know\, sometimes it it's sepa
	rated. You have the plus-size\,24:5724 minutes\, 57 secondsthe BBW\, and t
hen sometimes they put it all together. So\, like you said\, I think it is
um subjective and you have shot with25:0625 minutes\, 6 secondsplenty and
maybe they just didn't run across those. So\, you can always go back into
the library and check for it. We25:1425 minutes\, 14 secondsare working.
I know a few of you have asked\, [laughter] we are We are working on the t
	ags and25:2225 minutes\, 22 secondswhile we may not prefer labels\, some o
f the tags will be labeled in that way.25:2925 minutes\, 29 secondsAnd the
n I'm guessing\, correct me if I'm wrong too\, Brian\, it may also be base
d on if that person is okay being labeled in that way.25:3625 minutes\, 36
secondsBeing labeled that way correctly. Yes.25:3825 minutes\, 38 seconds
	Um\, yeah\, that that that that does matter.25:4325 minutes\, 43 secondsth
	e the website has 170 something scenes.25:4825 minutes\, 48 secondsUh to s
ay that we don't shoot them at all or we don't shoot a certain thing or we
've never shot this is actually hard for you to know unless you like sat a
nd25:5525 minutes\, 55 secondswatched through all of them. The only reason
I know is cuz I shot all of it. I I mean I wouldn't expect anybody else t
o know as much about all of this as I do.26:0326 minutes\, 3 secondsUm whi
ch is actually a challenge for uh that I'm going to be trying to work on.2
	6:0926 minutes\, 9 secondsI think um I'll discuss it a bit later\, but I l
ove the fact of like getting all of what is on the website out of my head2
6:1826 minutes\, 18 secondsand like in front of everybody to to use to sea
rch and and and find the things they're looking for.26:2526 minutes\, 25 s
econdsUm I will say too\, um and maybe I'm jumping a little bit forward\,
but with the Black Views\, hopefully you guys have checked it out. Black V
iews.26:3526 minutes\, 35 secondsUm\, it is in the menu on the top bar and
	 on the side as well. Um\,26:4226 minutes\, 42 secondsbecause it's new\, y
	ou can start labeling it.26:4626 minutes\, 46 secondsSo\, but going back t
	o all of those scenes\, it's it's a different That's a lot.26:5226 minutes
	\, 52 secondsSo\, that's why it's not like\, okay\, we'll do it. It is a p
	rocess.26:5726 minutes\, 57 secondsYeah. I I didn't start off shooting and
um tagging and labeling things. I was just creating and before I know it
I'm27:0527 minutes\, 5 secondsI'm rounding up to like 200 scenes and um in
general we can probably go and27:1227 minutes\, 12 secondscategorize thin
gs relatively easy. So category meaning you know a heterosexual lesbian ma
ybe threesome D. We could do27:2027 minutes\, 20 secondsthat generally pre
tty easily. But then the tags are when you're getting into like specifics
	about what's going on27:2827 minutes\, 28 secondsinside of the scene and t
hat takes a bit more uh time to like pull up.27:3527 minutes\, 35 secondsB
ut even when you talk about like I think you and I had a conversation surr
ounding anal and when I was looking27:4227 minutes\, 42 secondsat it and I
was like I don't see that here. And so that you know it [laughter]27:5027
	 minutes\, 50 secondsand it's wild because I know everything that I've sho
	t. So like if somebody was like you don't do this or it's not there. I'm l
	ike yeah and I'm I'm like a nerd.27:5727 minutes\, 57 secondsI see the one
like that you tagged in black views as like because it was a different wa
	y of viewing it.28:0528 minutes\, 5 secondsGotcha.28:0628 minutes\, 6 seco
ndsSo I'm I'm thinking anal sex but it is just like play.28:0928 minutes\,
9 secondsPlay. Yes. And but it's it was something still missing to me tha
	t was there. So\,28:1628 minutes\, 16 secondsI don't know. But that's anot
her thing just really trying to get it so that you guys also when when you
	 search\, are we28:2428 minutes\, 24 secondsputting the right words that y
ou search that you would search for?28:2828 minutes\, 28 secondsWe do hear
you guys when you are um uh you know mentioning something in the28:3628 m
inutes\, 36 secondschat. We've done beta tests and we've been able to impl
ement some things fast and some things faster than others and some things
just not yet.28:4628 minutes\, 46 secondsBut we just want you to know that
we do absolutely hear you guys and we are constantly working. Trust me. Y
	eah.28:5328 minutes\, 53 secondsEspecially Brian like [laughter] Yeah.28:5
728 minutes\, 57 secondsHe built the whole website and continues to enhanc
	e it. Yeah.29:0229 minutes\, 2 secondsSo I'll talk about that a bit later
if we if we have time. Uh\, will you guys make an OF or Fansley?Chapter 8:
	 OnlyFans29:1229 minutes\, 12 secondsThat's from Nick. An only fans or a F
ansley account?29:1829 minutes\, 18 secondsI guess something. Oh\, is that
what they're asking? The account or something like that? Well\, yeah. A p
	rofile on those websites.29:2629 minutes\, 26 secondsYeah. No\, that's how
you took it. I took it as are we going to create something like it?29:332
	9 minutes\, 33 secondsOh\, well\, I can answer both of those questions. Ok
ay. [laughter] One\, Black Touches does not post content29:4029 minutes\,
40 secondsout. So\, in a lot of our um in a lot of our scenes\, the people
who we work with\, they get access to the content to29:4829 minutes\, 48
secondspublish on their own and on whatever platform they see fit\, which
is part of the agreement that we have. Uh for that29:5529 minutes\, 55 sec
ondsreason\, I um I don't want to like conflict with having the same conte
	nt on30:0230 minutes\, 2 secondsmultiple sites. Um\, the only thing I'm co
ncerned about personally is growing this brand\, growing this website. Um\
,30:1130 minutes\, 11 secondsand not really driving traffic through Only F
ans and and all the other stuff\, you know. Uh\,30:1930 minutes\, 19 secon
dsI spent a lot of time can tell you\, I spent a lot of time building this
	 website\, designing it\, tweaking it. I30:2730 minutes\, 27 secondslitera
lly taught myself JavaScript\, TypeScript\, React\, and all this other stu
	ff. In the span of two years\, I sat30:3330 minutes\, 33 secondsand I buil
t it up. I don't I'm I spent that time to try to make it so that the websi
	te is first usable\, something I can30:4130 minutes\, 41 secondsbe proud o
f\, something that is um has a great like gives a great experience to the
user and also frames the work30:5030 minutes\, 50 secondsproperly\, right?
Because\, you know\, not to knock only fans\, but it's made for everybody
	. And this isn't really for30:5630 minutes\, 56 secondseverybody. This is
for us. And the I kind of um I kind of think about it in31:0431 minutes\,
4 secondsakin to if you went to a museum\, you'd want\, you know\, and and
and all the artwork that you're seeing on the wall31:1231 minutes\, 12 se
condsis placed up and you might sit and watch it for a little bit and move
on to the next thing and maybe have some discussion around a particular t
hing.31:2131 minutes\, 21 secondsBut like Only Fans feels more like a conv
eyor belt. Like it's not designed for conversation. and it's designed for3
1:2931 minutes\, 29 secondspro like a ton of content coming at you at the
same time. And um for that reason\, I I I don't mind the content31:3731 mi
nutes\, 37 secondsshowing up on those platforms when it's uh being posted
by uh the the people we collaborate with. But I I don't have any31:4631 mi
nutes\, 46 secondsinterest in publishing our content anywhere else. So tha
t's one.31:5031 minutes\, 50 secondswhether or not we will build an only f
ans or a fansly. Uh no\, we will not do31:5631 minutes\, 56 secondsit in t
he way that you see um the way that those platforms work. We definitely am
not interested in doing that. Um32:0532 minutes\, 5 secondsprimarily beca
use whoever has the actual merchant account is being held liable for what
people are32:1432 minutes\, 14 secondsposting. So if I were to strike up a
merchant account with a credit card processor and then I start allowing32
:2232 minutes\, 22 secondspeople to come in and publish and you know I hav
e to then have work like a broker or escrow of the money collected on thei
r behalf and then distribute it32:3132 minutes\, 31 secondsto them. There'
s just too many moving parts and um that's just not uh that's32:3732 minut
es\, 37 secondsnot why I got into this. Uh\, so my the only thing that I I
can say is that the black views portion of the32:4632 minutes\, 46 second
swebsite is the closest thing where we where we can essentially acquire co
ntent directly from people and then publish it32:5532 minutes\, 55 seconds
and and allow uh for the audience to discover new creators and uh whatever
it is that they have to offer. That's like33:0333 minutes\, 3 secondsthe
closest thing that I'm willing to do. And for everything that's published
	on Black Views\, I'm personally33:1133 minutes\, 11 secondslike watching i
t and making sure that the things are like we're not no laws are being vio
lated and that I won't upset my credit card processor and stuff33:1933 min
utes\, 19 secondslike that. That's not something you can do at scale. Um\,
not well at least. So that's why uh the answer to both of33:2733 minutes\
, 27 secondsthose is no. And what does it take to make it to your set? Bec
ause I would love to join your cast crew.Chapter 9: How to Join the Cast a
nd Crew33:3433 minutes\, 34 secondsCast Crow. So those are two different t
hings to make it to the set as cast. I think I discussed that like you kno
w it33:4233 minutes\, 42 secondsit basically would have it would be good i
f they if you know I've had this conversation a lot like people call33:493
3 minutes\, 49 secondsthe actual phone number for the website and I and it
's a lot of young guys and they're like hey man how do I get started? How
do I how can I get on your33:5733 minutes\, 57 secondsset? Um and I usuall
y tell them if they're not actively making content then they're probably n
ot going to end up on34:0334 minutes\, 3 secondsthe set. So\, as cast\, if
	 you're a guy\, uh\, I would say start to make content\,34:1134 minutes\,
11 secondsyou know\, in a a um\, what is it called? The word is on the tip
of my tongue. Ethical way. Start34:2034 minutes\, 20 secondsto make conte
nt in an ethical way where you and your scene partner are creating on a mo
re or less consistent basis. And then there's something to discuss.34:3034
minutes\, 30 secondsThere's something to show your scene partner for a bl
	ack touch scene\, right?34:3434 minutes\, 34 secondsSo that's one. Um uh b
	ut as crew\, there's there's only like two people in34:4334 minutes\, 43 s
econdsthe crew. It's me. [laughter] It's it's me and my lady. I don't I me
an this this may be a shock to people\, but we don't34:5034 minutes\, 50 s
econdsthis the crew is not big. It's me and this little lady right here. I
'm going to actually ask her to join if she's Let me see. ain't she?34:583
	4 minutes\, 58 secondsWow. Hey. Hey.35:0235 minutes\, 2 secondsSo\, we we
just everybody\, this is Makita\, my lady. She's also uh the second camera
and uh the camera the the35:1035 minutes\, 10 secondsthe assistant and th
e person who tells me when the bras are have a a twisted35:1735 minutes\,
17 secondsstrap on them. uh and person who keeps me from keep me from expl
oding when I'm when I'm35:2535 minutes\, 25 secondsuh on the edge. Um yeah
\, everybody here she is. Um but we were just asked a question about who h
ow can they join?35:3335 minutes\, 33 secondsSomebody asked how could they
join the cast of the crew. Uh in regards to the cast\, I said\, you know\
	, there that35:4135 minutes\, 41 secondsthat's more of a process than than
anything else. But in terms of the crew\, there's just us two. And this i
	s the35:4835 minutes\, 48 secondsthing that I don't think uh is\, you know
\, comes through in in the in the work is [snorts] that it's just us35:563
	5 minutes\, 56 secondsworking super hard on set\, managing uh emotions\, m
	an\, like uh you know\, trying36:0436 minutes\, 4 secondsto get people to
show up on time and then uh trying to salvage feel comfortable\, making li
ke a36:1336 minutes\, 13 secondscomfortable space for people to like actua
lly have sex and and experience pleasure. Um but yeah\, it's just it's36:2
036 minutes\, 20 secondsjust us two and we're not looking to to join to ad
d people primarily because um the36:3036 minutes\, 30 secondsthe challenge
is this like if the the more people who are in the space\, the more press
ure people feel uh especially the guys. And so it's already enough36:3836
minutes\, 38 secondswith the two of us in in in the mix. uh if you add a t
	hird and a fourth\, it36:4436 minutes\, 44 secondsstarts to like build on
top of the the sort of pressure um around performing whether it's acting o
r doing that sex36:5436 minutes\, 54 secondsscene. So\, we try to keep thi
ngs as simple and streamlined as possible.Chapter 10: Working with NMature
Talent36:5836 minutes\, 58 secondsIs are there any videos with older adul
	ts that's from sincere out of Texas?37:0637 minutes\, 6 secondsYeah. And t
hat and older is relative because somebody in their 20s\, someone in their
	 40s is older\, right? Um I I37:1537 minutes\, 15 secondsdon't want to put
people on blast\, but I think like the oldest person I've worked with was
	 in their mid50s\,37:2237 minutes\, 22 secondsbut it's not because I uh am
	 against working with older people.37:2837 minutes\, 28 secondsIn fact\, I
prefer because I think that our audience skues to more mature um folks. I
t's just the availability of37:3537 minutes\, 35 secondspeople who are wil
ling to do that to do the work\, right? Who are in that age bracket. And s
o if you see that we're37:4337 minutes\, 43 secondstending to work with pe
ople in their like late 20s or early 30s a bit more\, it's really because
those are the people37:5137 minutes\, 51 secondswho are actively making co
ntent and who are accessible and um follow through. I mean\, it's a it's a
big part of of this38:0038 minutesof this game is especially the way that
we're going about doing it. It's like I think on the on the West Coast in
side of38:0838 minutes\, 8 secondsmainstream spaces\, everybody has an age
nt. I just have to make a call. I'd like so and so on set at this time and
we'll let her know who she's having sex with. You know\, I don't work lik
	e that.38:1838 minutes\, 18 secondsI want everybody to be excited\, energi
zed\, um passionate about what we're about to do. And uh in order for38:26
	38 minutes\, 26 secondsthat to happen\, sometimes it's a it's a game of al
igning people. Um and for that reason\, you're going to see less of a38:35
38 minutes\, 35 secondscertain type of people because the alignment is not
	 that uh easy to do.Chapter 11: Our Inspiration And AI38:4238 minutes\, 42
secondsOkay\, the next one I do like um it says\, \"Black touch has a sig
nature standout in the presentation that we all have come38:5138 minutes\,
51 secondsto know and love. While certainly a studio that delivers adult
	entertainment for us by us and not whitewashed\, you38:5938 minutes\, 59 s
econdsall uniquely deliver quality videography\, creative\, concise story
	lines\, and intense scenes that are39:0639 minutes\, 6 secondsclimatic\, y
et still leave us wanting more in the next episode. Your flare for explori
ng certain kinks that are often39:1439 minutes\, 14 secondsnot shown in bl
ack adult cinema while keeping the productions class is one of a kind. So
	I ask\, what was your original39:2339 minutes\, 23 secondsinspiration and
vision for the black touch of art when you started?39:2839 minutes\, 28 se
condsUm\, yeah\, the original inspiration was to create um39:3639 minutes\
, 36 secondsand thank you for all Sorry. Thanks for that positive feedback
. I apologize. I went right into answering mode\, but I do appreciate that
	39:4439 minutes\, 44 secondsbecause I don't think I I I also don't get to
hear people and how they feel about the project too often. So\, when I39:5
	239 minutes\, 52 secondsdo hear it\, I very much do appreciate it. So\, th
ank you. Um\, but in regards to like the original inspiration for this\,40
	:0040 minutesit\, you know\, I I may say this a bunch in different ways\,
but essentially it was just to show our humanity alongside40:0840 minutes\
, 8 secondsthe erotica and not make content that's just uh for spectacle s
	ake. There's a40:1640 minutes\, 16 secondslot of that. And I think um I us
ed to use this as an example like you could if40:2340 minutes\, 23 seconds
you were to eat candy cane or like you know if you guys know like like sug
	ar cane I shouldn't say candy cane sugar cane40:3140 minutes\, 31 secondsa
ll the day all the time every day you you generally are going to be okay r
ight you're just like chewing on it and you're sucking out the the sweet j
uices40:3840 minutes\, 38 secondsfrom the from the sugar cane. If you even
take the cocoa leaf\, the the the same plant that makes you can make40:46
40 minutes\, 46 secondscocaine from and make tea from it\, you might get a
little high\, but you'll be fine. You know what I'm saying? The problem i
s when you take that stuff and40:5340 minutes\, 53 secondsyou distill it d
own to just what stimulates you\, right? So\, if you take that cocoa plant
	 and you41:0141 minutes\, 1 secondrefine it a thousand times\, now you're
feeding that straight to your brain and it would you would never evolve to
process that. And the same thing with41:0941 minutes\, 9 secondssugar. Yo
u know\, you could take brown sugar and turn it into white sugar and and i
	ncrease its potency\, but the body's41:1641 minutes\, 16 secondsnot made t
o process that. Like\, we didn't evolve to process that. And I feel the sa
	me way about erotic content.41:2341 minutes\, 23 secondsThere\, you know\,
it's good to have the sweeter stuff\, but we know what is closer to natur
al. We know what it feels like to actually have an intimate moment41:3241
minutes\, 32 secondswith someone. And our entire goal is to not just uh te
ll stories but also try to41:4041 minutes\, 40 secondsfoster a space where
we can see that intimacy unfolding. And it may not be41:4641 minutes\, 46
secondsfireworks blowing off in your brain and super intense all the time
because I really don't tell people what to do. But41:5441 minutes\, 54 se
condswe're always striving for genuine. And if if the these two people or
	three people's genuine looks intense and42:0242 minutes\, 2 secondshardcor
e\, that's 100% okay. But if these people just want to kiss and touch and
slow stroke and neck choke and back42:1042 minutes\, 10 secondsshots and a
ll that other stuff that kind of like feel like a natural progression to s
ex\, that's also okay. We we want to42:1742 minutes\, 17 secondsbe able to
present this in this range of uh of experience\, if that makes sense.42:2
342 minutes\, 23 secondsUm what was the question? Oh. [laughter] Oh\, the
inspiration. It was like the42:3042 minutes\, 30 secondsinspiration. Yeah.
I just I think too I didn't start this off like I said at the beginning o
	f this\, I didn't start this42:3642 minutes\, 36 secondsoff trying to um c
reate porn. Um\, and so what I what it evolved from was just a a42:4542 mi
nutes\, 45 secondsa desire to show content um to show us in a in a more hu
man humane way where we42:5242 minutes\, 52 secondstake into account our h
umanity um and hopefully that comes across in the work.42:5842 minutes\, 5
8 secondsBut there is a second part to that question as well. Um\, and wit
h the online sphere and digital world changing43:0643 minutes\, 6 secondst
hrough AI and other means\, what do you see for Black Touch in the future?
43:1243 minutes\, 12 secondsUm\, not much different [laughter] to be hones
	t. I use AI a great deal when it43:2043 minutes\, 20 secondscomes to the w
eb development and you know developing the systems behind all of this stuf
	f. But in regards to like43:2743 minutes\, 27 secondsthe actual content th
at's my artistic expression and I feel really uh I feel that the the the t
he most43:3643 minutes\, 36 secondsimportant thing is keeping the humanity
in in it. Otherwise\, what are we what are we doing? You know what I'm sa
	ying?43:4243 minutes\, 42 secondsSo I'm like\, \"Oh\, this is all black\,
but it's also not real people.\" You know\, like that's That is not even i
f even if43:5043 minutes\, 50 secondsthat were to lead to more profit and
more exposure and more more and more to me I'm losing the point like the p
oint43:5743 minutes\, 57 secondswas to present this work with real people
to real people. I didn't even know when we started this project that44:054
4 minutes\, 5 secondsthat would even be a choice to have an individual or
people replaced by a digital s fact simile. That's never my44:1444 minutes
\, 14 secondsinterest. Um\, now in order to make work easier\, I may use A
I to like make songs. Um\, what else do I use it for?44:2744 minutes\, 27
secondsWhich we do have. Uh\, you can find the songs\, espec44:3444 minute
	s\, 34 secondsum\, on Apple\, Spotify. What else was there?44:3944 minutes
	\, 39 secondsUh\, Apple\, Spotify\, uh\, social media\, YouTube Music.44:4
	444 minutes\, 44 secondsIt's on Tik Tok\, Instagram\, it's actually all ov
er the place. Uh to find a song\, if you're watching a video and44:5144 mi
nutes\, 51 secondsyou like the song\, just take a look to see if the credi
t button is there. If you click that\, it'll display all the44:5844 minute
s\, 58 secondslinks for the song um that uh that's featured in the video.
But yeah\, like my my intent is to keep AI on the45:0745 minutes\, 7 secon
dsperipheral and focus still on telling stories with real people. So\, I d
on't know what the industry is going to be doing. I just know what I'm wil
ling to45:1545 minutes\, 15 secondsdo and it's not um I have no intent on
um swapping people out for digital faximiles at all.Chapter 12: How Often
	Do We Publish45:2545 minutes\, 25 secondsOkay.45:2745 minutes\, 27 seconds
Um how often will you be posting new scenes that's out of San Francisco\,
the Bay Area?45:3445 minutes\, 34 secondsUh as often as I can manage. [lau
ghter] there really is not a big team uh behind this and I you know I gues
s this is a45:4245 minutes\, 42 secondsgood time to express that like you
know you're seeing basically most of us right now there's like two other p
eople involved45:4945 minutes\, 49 secondsin black touch um and so my goal
like just so it's understood like right now45:5645 minutes\, 56 secondsI'
m in the process of preparing to shoot like five scenes at the end of this
month and that's like having calls46:0546 minutes\, 5 secondsbooking loca
tions um coming up with concepts. At the same time\, I'm working on the we
bsite to try46:1246 minutes\, 12 secondsto like um correct some issues in
the back end. And uh I'm also the person people call when there's a proble
	m um46:2046 minutes\, 20 secondslike with their account. There's just a lo
	t. And it's I'm not even really touching the tip of the iceberg. And at46:
	2746 minutes\, 27 secondsthe same time\, I'm never trying to decrease the
quality of the edit and the work by just getting it out. Um\, uh\, I46:364
6 minutes\, 36 secondsthink that I'm doing myself and all the work that\,
	uh\, and and the team a disservice if I'm just46:4546 minutes\, 45 seconds
shooting out a video every every week when I know the potential for how go
	od46:5346 minutes\, 53 secondsthat video could be. So\, I try not to um I
try to publish every Friday\, a full scene every Friday. Uh\, if a if a sc
	ene47:0247 minutes\, 2 secondsis missing\, that's because I'm trying not t
o jip y'all. [laughter] Try not to just go splirtk and put it on a plate a
	nd hand it out to [laughter] I mean\, it's the truth.47:1347 minutes\, 13
	secondsYeah. No\, really.47:1447 minutes\, 14 secondsUh\, it's not it's no
t anything nefarious. It's almost always that the I did not balance the ti
me it took to to47:2447 minutes\, 24 secondsedit that plus the 20 other th
ings that I'm doing leading up to it. And I could I've actually edited an
	entire scene and published it47:3347 minutes\, 33 secondson a Friday and t
hat almost never looks good. So\, I'm trying to find that balance where we
can have consistent47:4147 minutes\, 41 secondspublished content. That be
ing said\, we also u have other editors with us and it's I'm in the proces
s of training them47:5047 minutes\, 50 secondsto um to essentially make su
re that we have a consistent rate of content being published. The challeng
e with that is47:5847 minutes\, 58 secondsthat the editing process is as m
uch of an artistic expression thing as the videos and the lighting and the
sound.48:0648 minutes\, 6 secondsAnd so asking someone to do what I do th
	e way I do it isn't really viable.48:1248 minutes\, 12 secondsIt's more ab
out teaching them how to express themselves. And that takes a little bit m
ore time.Chapter 13: Working with Creators who do Interracial Scenes48:184
8 minutes\, 18 secondsUh the next one is are there any adult content creat
ors who have not been considered to collaborate48:2548 minutes\, 25 second
swith Blacktouch because their frequent appearances in mainstream interrac
	ial interracial porn goes against Black48:3348 minutes\, 33 secondsTouch's
vision and values. And uh that is from Jonathan out of New York.48:3948 m
inutes\, 39 secondsYeah. Uh\, I do not worry about what people do when the
y're not on my set unless they're toxic and they're abusive48:4748 minutes
\, 47 secondsand they violate consent and stuff like that. But if you go a
nd shoot like interracial porn\, if that were the case\,48:5548 minutes\,
55 secondsif I had to uh decide whether or not I'm shooting somebody and b
ased off of whether or not they've shot an interracial scene49:0349 minute
s\, 3 secondsbefore\, we would not be able to produce content. Most of mos
t of the guys we work with have shot interracial content.49:1049 minutes\,
	 10 secondsSo\, I don't sit and think about it. I don't I mean\, it doesn'
	t factor into when they're on set with us. So\, no\, I49:1749 minutes\, 17
secondsdon't I don't use that as a uh as an excuse not to work with someo
ne. If I don't want to work with someone\, it's it's for something legitim
	ate.Chapter 14: Website Update49:2849 minutes\, 28 secondsWhat are some ad
ditions\, improvements you seek to make with the website?49:3349 minutes\,
33 secondsWe have um yeah\, I'll I'll try to be quick with this. So\, we
want to add um way more49:4249 minutes\, 42 secondswell search to to be cl
ear. I want to be able to allow people to search through all of the conten
	t that's there. Um like49:5249 minutes\, 52 secondsit kind of happened wit
hout me noticing how where the website basically just has a ton of content
and a ton of things tags that could be had and all that. I50:0050 minutes
think the first thing to sort of like increase the discoverability of like
your new favorite scene is by having a a50:0750 minutes\, 7 secondsa func
tional robust search feature. Um\, and I'm also looking to add a layer of5
	0:1450 minutes\, 14 secondsinteractivity to the website. So\, uh\, adding
likes and the ability to share and having people have their favorites50:23
	50 minutes\, 23 secondsand even\, um\, saving or marking a portion of a of
	 a video to say\, \"Oh\, I want to see that portion again\, that50:3150 mi
	nutes\, 31 secondsclip again.\" That's technically doable\, but it require
s a lot of work. So\, those are like the main focuses for the50:3950 minut
	es\, 39 secondswebsite. Um\, also\, uh\, I'm trying to add the credit new
	a new credit card processor. Uh\, I am50:4750 minutes\, 47 secondsaround t
he corner on that one. It should be in like the next\, uh\, two weeks or s
	o. Getting that wrapped up. Um\, is there anything else I'm forgetting\,50
	:5650 minutes\, 56 secondsVelvet? There got to be this. So\, I just don't
know what you want to be what you51:0351 minutes\, 3 secondsOh\, I want to
discuss. You know what? I think I I've said enough. Yeah\,51:0851 minutes
	\, 8 seconds[laughter]51:0951 minutes\, 9 secondsI have said enough.Chapte
	r 15: What Talent We'd Like to Work With51:1151 minutes\, 11 secondsUm\, t
his next question\, um\, [clears throat] if you could do a black touch sce
ne with anyone\, adult performer or otherwise\, who would it be?51:2251 mi
nutes\, 22 secondsAnd that is from Troop 70 out of Maryland. Hi\, Troop 70
	. He's on with us.51:2851 minutes\, 28 secondsOh\, thanks. Hey\, Troop 70.
How's it going\, sir? I I see you on uh in the chat\, sir. Um\,51:3551 mi
nutes\, 35 secondsuh\, it would be somebody from the past like Vanessa Del
	 Rio or something.51:4251 minutes\, 42 secondsI don't know. Like I It's no
t that I have an issue with people today. It's just that I didn't come up
like fantasizing and thinking about these51:4951 minutes\, 49 secondsfolks
. Like when I was younger\, there was just a a short set of people and far
	 between. Yeah.51:5651 minutes\, 56 secondsYeah. That were I was like\, \"
Wow.\" Like I was mesmerized by this woman. If I could take her from the p
ast and like have her featured in a current scene\, that would be that wou
	ld be awesome.Chapter 16: Our Favorite Scene52:0752 minutes\, 7 secondsDo
you have a favorite scene or performer that you've shot or shot with? And
	and that's also from Troop.52:1652 minutes\, 16 secondsThat's a lot. Uh ye
	ah\, I'm not going to mention a favorite performer. Um\, but a favorite52:
	2352 minutes\, 23 secondsscene\, there's just too many to be saying that l
ike like which one of the 174 scenes is52:3152 minutes\, 31 secondsmy favo
rite. Like that's too much. I can tell you in the more recent ones that I'
m like very proud of because of how52:4052 minutes\, 40 secondswell it cam
e out. Um\, the new guy\, the one the threesome with Rain and and Jabari a
nd all that\, [snorts] that one came out really freaking good.52:5052 minu
	tes\, 50 secondsAnd um yeah\, I would sit down like I I I would have been
impressed watching it back. Um but there there are so many52:5852 minutes\
, 58 secondsthey're also like different to me even though I'm the one shoo
ting and editing it. Like they're also different because the people are di
fferent. The delivery53:0553 minutes\, 5 secondsof the performances are di
fferent. I will say that that one um the new guy scene is so good to me be
cause Rain53:1353 minutes\, 13 secondsreally embodied that character like
super well and so I didn't have to like direct her.53:1953 minutes\, 19 se
condsIt was like she was truly channeling um this person. It's probably th
at's how she is to be honest [laughter] and I just love the way it came ou
	t. So53:2753 minutes\, 27 secondsyeah\, that's my answer for that. U the s
o want to see a hen party\, male stripper\, and five to 10 women having se
	x.Chapter 17: Scenes By Request53:3753 minutes\, 37 secondsIs that a quest
ion or just a suggestion?53:4153 minutes\, 41 secondsOr more swinger parti
	es and couples swinging.53:4453 minutes\, 44 secondsYou know what's what's
	 challenging? Um\, so\, okay.53:4753 minutes\, 47 secondsTo find that many
	 people to work together.53:5053 minutes\, 50 secondsYeah. It's it's it's
not\, you know what's interesting cuz cuz you might see these these videos
that come53:5853 minutes\, 58 secondsout of the West Coast\, but every on
e of those people are like in the industry and they're getting booked and
	it's all54:0554 minutes\, 5 secondsbeing aligned. We're on we're in Atlant
a where if I were to try to do that it would be I'd have to fly like half
the people in\,54:1554 minutes\, 15 secondsyou know. And it's not to say t
hat there aren't there aren't swingers and stuff like that in Atlanta. It'
s just that the people who do it are not public about54:2254 minutes\, 22
secondsit. The ones who are public\, they don't live here.54:2554 minutes\
, 25 secondsUnderground a lot of underground in Atlanta specifically and I
know in other cities but be living here like it's invite only.54:3554 min
utes\, 35 secondsum type of thing and you know there's no phones allowed.
You got to you know bring your license all that stuff. Um54:4354 minutes\,
43 secondsand so because those people even though they're interested in i
	n indulging in those types of activities doesn't mean54:5154 minutes\, 51
secondsthat they would do it for public consumption for everybody. Right.5
	4:5754 minutes\, 57 secondsRight. So again\, I you know\, a lot of the tim
es when people are making suggestions and and asking us to to do55:0455 mi
	nutes\, 4 secondsparticular things\, I get where it's coming from because
they see that somewhere else and they want to see it from our perspective.
But the thing that55:1155 minutes\, 11 secondsleads up to the actual shoo
t\, all of the conversations and the like all of that stuff is not the sam
e as what happens to make those other scenes happen here.55:2355 minutes\,
23 secondsIt's a concentrated effort and then we could do a ton of prep w
ork and planning and logistics and then three people don't show up.55:3355
	 minutes\, 33 secondsSo\, uh just have y'all\, you know\, be patient. If i
t were\, if it's meant to be\, it's going to be. Um there are things that\
, you know\, if I were to if I55:4255 minutes\, 42 secondsreally put my mi
nd to do it\, I'm going to make some [ __ ] happen\, but it just it's ju
st too much that cannot Yeah. too much to to that can go wrong55:5155 minu
tes\, 51 secondsto for me to make a promise to somebody that that's what I
'm going to do.55:5555 minutes\, 55 secondsI will work towards it and whil
e we're heading there\, two people fall off\, another person falls off and
then we end up having like a threesome or just it56:0456 minutes\, 4 seco
ndsit'll just be what it ends up being. And I have to be at be at peace wi
th that.56:0856 minutes\, 8 secondsAnd I'm trying to express to people tha
t the challenge is real uh getting these things done.Chapter 18: Working W
	ith New Videographers56:1656 minutes\, 16 secondsUm\, do you Okay\, so Rom
eo O Romeo\, do you work with the same photographers and videographers?56:
2356 minutes\, 23 secondsDo you only work with people in Atlanta or where
you're based? So\, the first one you did answer for as far as the photogra
	pher\, Brian and Makita\, they're56:3256 minutes\, 32 secondsthey're the c
rew as he mentioned for as far as the photographer and videographer.56:375
	6 minutes\, 37 secondsUm ex maybe you wanted I don't know if they're askin
g about will you work with others if you wanted to respond to that.56:4556
minutes\, 45 secondsUh um I probably not for the people who I would work
with. There56:5456 minutes\, 54 secondshas to be some relationship there.
It's just a little bit too much to bring people who I don't know into a sp
ace57:0157 minutes\, 1 secondlike that and think that it's going to just c
ontinue to work as uh as it has.57:0857 minutes\, 8 secondsUm I would cons
ider working with other with other photographers and videographers\, but i
t wouldn't be me finding somebody liking their work and then sending them
to go shoot.57:1857 minutes\, 18 secondsUm there's just too much on the li
ne. Um and people got demons\, you feel me? So I'm trying not to expose th
	e talent cuz57:2857 minutes\, 28 secondsin that moment they're very vulner
able to uh somebody that I don't really understand their57:3457 minutes\,
34 secondsmindset right and their values and all of that stuff. So um the
answer is yes I would work with someone else but it's it57:4357 minutes\,
43 secondsbe to become that someone else is a bit of a journey. Um\, his s
econd question is\, do you only work with people in Atlanta or where you'r
e based?Chapter 19: Do we work with people outside of Atlanbta57:5357 minu
tes\, 53 secondsOh\, no. Um\, most of the people we shoot with are they fl
	y in to Atlanta. Give an58:0058 minutesexample. So\, I'm planning a shoot\
	, a set of shoots\, uh\, from the 24th to the 27th58:0758 minutes\, 7 seco
ndsof this month. Someone's coming from Cali\, someone's coming from Flori
	da\, Maryland.58:1558 minutes\, 15 secondsI mean\, this Tallahassee\, by t
he way\, Jordan moved to Tallahassee\, babe. Um\, really? Yeah. Yeah. He's
	 no longer in Atlanta.58:2258 minutes\, 22 secondsSo\, like\, there are pe
ople who are constantly coming into town to work with us. In fact\, very f
ew people in Atlanta that we could work with and we haven't58:3158 minutes
	\, 31 secondsworked with yet. So\, if you're seeing new people\, that's mo
st likely because they're from out of town.58:3658 minutes\, 36 secondsOka
	y. He asked a question again about working with other photographers and th
en he added on especially if they already have a portfolio of erotica and
	erotic art.58:4658 minutes\, 46 secondsUm um I think that I think that I w
ould consider it only after uh having conversations with their muses.58:57
58 minutes\, 57 secondsYou know what I'm saying? It isn't really just how
well you can shoot and and whatnot because I know really good photographer
	s who I'd never let get59:0659 minutes\, 6 secondsanywhere near my sets. Y
ou know\, their qual the work of their the quality of their work is but th
ey can stay over there59:1459 minutes\, 14 secondsand so and that's only b
ecause I\, you know\, I just have the opportunity to hear stories and and
there's just too many59:2159 minutes\, 21 secondsthings that could go wron
	g. So\, I probably would have conversations with um your subjects before I
'd have a59:2859 minutes\, 28 secondsconversation with you about that. Um
and I would do it without you knowing.59:3459 minutes\, 34 secondsAnd then
\, uh Romeo said he just watched the new guy yesterday and that whole thin
g was amazing. Oh\, sweet. Appreciate that.Chapter 20: Selling Individual
	Scenes59:4159 minutes\, 41 secondsTroop 70 said\, \"Would you ever conside
r making scenes or portraits available for purchase separate from having a
	 subscription?\" Uh\, no.59:5259 minutes\, 52 secondsWell\, the reason why
that the technical work to make that happen is too heavy.1:00:011 hour\,
1 secondThat's one thing. Two\, I also someone someone could theoretically
purchase everything and like recreate my site. I don't that's not the the
intent. The1:00:101 hour\, 10 secondsintent is to create a home for a glo
bal home for Black eratica. And so that's why the subscription is re relat
ively1:00:181 hour\, 18 secondslow [laughter] so that I'm trying to allow
people to be able to jump in and jump out as they see1:00:241 hour\, 24 se
condsfit and um partake as they see fit\, but to purchase and own and down
load. Uh1:00:331 hour\, 33 secondsthere's just too many problems with that
.1:00:361 hour\, 36 secondsand and just just you know I know this may not
be um troops perspective but a lot of people do ask1:00:441 hour\, 44 seco
ndshey how do I download this how do I download that because they've been
trained by most of these sites that allow them to download but those sites
1:00:511 hour\, 51 secondsif you think about it the people who are hosting
the site that let you download the video didn't take the time to make it
	they didn't craft it they didn't plan1:00:591 hour\, 59 secondsit they did
n't edit it they didn't market it just an aggregation point and they're ma
	king most of their money off1:01:061 hour\, 1 minute\, 6 secondsof adverti
	sements. So\, um\, we've been\, you know\, the wider public's been trained
	 to think about like this content1:01:151 hour\, 1 minute\, 15 secondsas a
