Herman Cain is certainly in good company when it comes to being a lying, lecher. But he's out of his league when it comes to being intellectually-equipped to deal with global affairs. By being a dumb womanizer, he embodies the worst of George Bush and Bill Clinton. It never seems to register with politicians that when you run for the highest office in the land, your dirty laundry will be exposed, and revealing yourself to be a hypocritical liar damages your credibility.
