  1. ProfD Most people don't need much more than basic needs met in order to be comfortable. The system provides it for the most part. You may be overlooking 2 major factors in what makes people comfortable: 1. In this system of so-called "white supremacy", most White folks aren't comfortable with people of color having their basic needs met and DEFINITELY aren't comfortable with an economy that puts people of color on and even economic playing field with them. If the system is providing this....they will DISMANTLE that system and replace it with a system of IN-justice. 2. When it comes to most people in general, they are happy and comfortable with what they SEE. But ever when they see somebody who has more than them, then that jealousy and envy kicks in and they are no longer comfortable and satisfied with just what they have...even if it's sustaining them. Just having a clean car that runs isn't enough....even if the government is giving it to you. You want a BENZ if that dude down the street has one. Especially if your lady keeps turning her head and looking at him every time he drives by the crib...lol. There's zero poverty in oil rich countries. No collapse. ? Are you talking about those Gulf nations like Oman and Qatar and Saudi? I'm not sure but I heard those places had poor and desperate people from all over the world flocking there to work and living in squalor. Living in tents, on the street, being abused and treated like trash by the royal families. Sounds like Capitalism on steroids...lol. Oil rich countries and Nordic countries are examples of what I foresee happening here in America. Not sure about the oil rich nations but the only reason the Nordic nations can live so wealthily and peacefully is BECAUSE nations like the United States...full of people of color...are protecting them with our military and doing most of the manufacturing work that provides them with the goods they need. The lower Western nations are doing the grunt work so that the blondes of Sweden and Norway can sit around drinking coffee and stare at the mountains in peace. We're protecting them so they don't have to spend their money on the military. Sure. Those issues can be addressed by insuring that people who need the most help get it. Ok. Now...who's going to give it to them? If everyone has money and doesn't have to work, who's going to run the hospitals and clean the beds and clean the toilets that these people will be using and wrestling with them to take their medication?
  2. ProfD Well, many of the brothers on the streets need both the carrot AND the stick. They need the New Testament love but many of them also need that Old Testament JUSTICE and JUDGEMENT that will light a fire on their ass if they don't get some "get right"....lol. Love ain't the answer to correcting some of these brothers, because they don't respect it and will see it as weak. They have to know that there is a strong and certain penalty to breaking certain laws like robbing and killing innocent people or molesting children. ...ain't no hand shaking and sitting down on the stoop to talk to them about that one, they're getting PUNISHMENT. Like Dr. Umar Johnson says...some of these dudes on the street are beyond "talking too". You call yourself talking to them to help them and give them advice and wisdom and instead of listening they're really SIZING YOU UP looking at your truck, your build, your age, and how easy it would be to "gank" you. White folks don't want to take time to separate those who need love from those who need fear instilled in them....they'd rather just lock up niggas and be done with it. But Black men who are intelligent and righteous will know how to properly separate the WHEAT from the weeds heads...lol.
  3. ProfD I've heard that non-scientific trope. As as I musician, I know that it's patently false. I'm not a musician nor a scientist when it comes to these things so I'll refer you to the findings of Dr. Wesley Muhammad who talks about this a lot. That's an easy problem to solve. In fact, folks have been moving away from them for several decades now. They've been moving away but: 1. Most of them end up dragging the dead weight with them whether it's a lover or family member they're trying to "help" get out the hood. 2. Many of our people who move up and out end up taking on White lovers and mating with them instead of forming positive Black communities. What we need is intelligent positive Black people to circle their wagons and unite with eachother to form tight knit communities around the nation.
  4. Maybe she needs a MAN in her life! Maybe you and I can work on fixing her up with somebody!
  5. Stefan Give Kamala a chance! No one thought much of Lyndon Baines Johnson either. But he proved the critics, the racists and the doubters wrong after he was thrust into the role of POTUS following the assassination of JFK. Seriously, I wouldn't mind seeing Kamala in the White House as our president. She's obviously intelligent and capable or she wouldn't have ended up as Vice. Not to mention she's an attractive woman I wouldn't mind looking at for another 8 years. Certainly, she wouldn't be worse than our other 2 current choices. I saw a Newsweek article the other day that actually suggested that Biden step aside and endorse Governor Gretchen Whitmore of Michigan to run for President. ProfD Americans have the power to change those conditions. Absolutely! They also had to power to NOT let things degenerate to where they are, but they didn't use that power....lol. This makes me wonder how committed most Americans really are to actually changing those conditions. There's no reason for people to be poor or in poverty anywhere on this planet. A Capitalist or predominately Capitalist based society such as the United States, Canada, and Western Europe need a certain amount of poor people to: 1. Keep the economy going 2. Keep the economy progressing Why? Because they provide the manual labor necessary to keep the infrastructure going and basic services like gas stations, stores, and other things operating. If everyone had enough money to stop working for...say 6 months...most WOULD....and the economy would collapse. Take the Capitalist incentive away and then you'll need DESPOTISM and SLAVERY to force people to work in order to maintain a certain system. Human greed is the only reason those conditions exists. Not entirely. Some people are poor because of laziness and poor decisions in life. Not all....but a lot. Other's are poor because of mental deficiencies. There are many reasons you have poverty....not just because of greedy people and injustice, although they are factors too.
  6. Well, I said her situation was sad as well as scary. However if you're expecting me to drop to my knees and cry over it.......not likely. I'm not sure what she's going through nor am I sure of the cause of it. However I hope you all keep this same energy for Black men who end up going through similar situation....lol. As much as I don't like his politics......I didn't see this much concern over Kanye and his mental crisis.
  7. Well, the thing that is for sure is that in the condition it's in today....our community NEEDS the police. Proper policing. Somebody's gotta do it. If we don't want to do it ourselves, then we shouldn't complain too much about the overall way White folks are doing it. Somebody has to be the adults. Everybody can't be the children running around looking for some "mommy" and "daddy" to assume the role of keeping the lights on, the water running, and food on the table. If we don't want to do it....somebody else will.
  8. ProfD Andrew Carnegie who was once the richest man on the planet profoundly understood the importance of redistributing wealth mainly because he grew up poor. He knew the ramifications of hopelessness and despair. He was a smart man. It's always good to be rich, but it's better to be rich and surrounded by HAPPY people who have some riches also and not surrounded by poor and disgruntled people who resent your wealth. If I were the head of an organization I'd make sure the closest people around me were well off themselves. Interestingly, while there are poor people all over the world, America has the highest crime and murder rates of any other country. You know what, I believe that in truth it's not so much that the crime rate in the U.S. is higher than some of these other nations....I believe that we keep better RECORDS than them so more crimes are reported and documented. You go down to Columbia or Bangladesh and people will be getting killed, chopped up, raped, assaulted on a routine basis...but it won't be reported let alone documented to the authorities. Especially in the jungles and rural areas.
  9. ProfD Not even the racist *founding fathers* didn't design the system to work as it currently does. The system that's in place right now is NOT the same system that was established by George Washington, Patrick Henry, and the boys...lol. Under THEIR system...which was still racist and sexist...the CONSTITUTION was pretty much the only law. Under THIS system, you don't know WHAT the hell the "law" is. And that's the way they want it. I don't see it pretending. The gov't is blatantly allowing capitalists to call the shots. Besides, it's *their* interests the gov't uses to print money and everything else it does. I'm not sure if you've ever been broke before...lol...you seem too smart to end up in that situation unless you grew up poor like Troy. However if you have...... When you were broke did YOU have millions and billions of dollars to give away to other people? Instead of underpaying or overpaying American workers and/or forcing them to work in unsafe conditions, companies outsourced the work to other countries with relaxed labor laws. From what I'm seeing, they are doing both and then some. Actually they are: 1. Working the shit out of most American citizens who DO work, for less pay and less safe conditions. 2. Outsourcing jobs to other developing nations 3. Bringing in illegal immigrants by the millions to replace American workers Technically, nobody in America should be poor. Not in the beacon on the hill. The most developed country on the planet. In every nation you NEED a certain amount of poor people to keep things operating.
  10. ProfD A very small number of well-adjusted AfroAmerican children will grow up and head to the hood to traffic in foolishness. Right, and "well adjusted" is the key term in your statement. Now how many AfroAmerican children ARE "well adjusted" in this nation? Whatever the number (large or small)...take them OUT of the picture, and to your point....the remainder ARE at risk for heading to the hood to engage in foolishness. Prior generations of Black folks believed the devil's music and movies would be detrimental to our well-being. It's call "Hollywood" for a reason. Sticks that magicians used to use were made from the wood of a Holly tree. Non-Black folks are the biggest consumers of Black music. Their communities aren't adversely affected by it. That's because the music isn't promoting White dysfunctionality...lol. Much of it is promoting Black dysfunction." When a rapper raps about grabbing his AK and riding down on some "niggas" on his block.....why should a White man in the suburbs listening to it be concerned???? Everyone listening to that song knows who he's talking about. Black music and movies aren't the *problem* in our communities. It's the lack of codification and leadership and pride and unity among Black folks. I would say it's not THEE problem, but it's A problem to a certain degree because it influences the people....especially the youth. On a deeper psychological level the hertz and frequencies that a lot of modern AfroAmerican music is recorded and played also has a strong effect of the emotions and psyche of the AfroAmerican youth who listen to it. White folks aren't coming against John Wick movies or Country music talking about drinking and driving fast and f8cking. They don't have to, for 2 major reasons: 1. There's enough POSITIVE White movies and music to offset the negative that may appeal to a dysfunctional minority. For ever Terminator movie, you have a Green Fried Tomatoes or When Harry Met Sally love stories where White men are seen as kind and caring. 2. White's control both the movies and music as well as the distribution in their community and so they don't have to worry about an outside enemy WEAPONIZING their movies and music against them like AfroAmericans. They have free range to make (or steal) whatever music they like and sit back in their recliner and enjoy it well up into old age. Sistas need a better selection of strong Black men with whom to build and breed I often wonder, do most American sistas actually WANT a strong Black man. Or do they want weak and broken men they can easily rule as they take on the role as "man" themselves. We know the *problems*. Just a matter of solving. Of course, it begins and ends with codification. A lot of our people THINK they know what the problems are, but in actually have no idea what the REAL problems are in our community. They are focusing more on the SYMPTOMS (minor problems) rather than the ROOT CAUSES (root problems). If the REAL problem is that we have too many bums and low IQ losers in the community....both male and female...acting as dead weight and holding the community back. Then the REAL solution would be to separate ourselves from them and the other minor problems would naturally and gradually solve themselves. But don't expect Zombies to "codify"....lol. "Ahhhrrr come on yall dead muthafuckaz! We need to UNITE and work together to eat some people..."
  11. Lol, no apology necessary..... As one who strongly believes in The SUPREME BEING but denies most organized man-made religions, my responses are: 1. I don't think a person can actually "lose" their soul because they ARE a soul. 2. Not only do I NOT have a problem with people being rich, I think being POOR and BROKE will influence you more to harm people than having some money in your pocket. Go to any city around the world and you'll find that it's not the RICH people with mansions and yachts that you have to worry about harming you or your lady as yall go on a late night stroll, lol.
  12. Lol....I too started to put "her" in quotes like you did or do the her/him thing, then said.....fuck it. Not going to stress myself trying to figure out what they identify as versus what they truly are. However that situation is sad and scary at the same time. Remember what happened with Kanye! He got all of that fame and after they institutionalized him and pumped him full of medication.....the nicca ain't been the same since. Wendy may come out of this ordeal being a MAGA supporter and stomping for his re-election.
  13. When it comes to Blacks in law enforcement, it seems that those who are quicker to lock up other Black folks than their White colleagues often do it for 2 major reasons: 1. They do it consciously or sub-consciously to impress their White colleagues and show them that they are "down with" the team and don't pose a threat to the system, so that they can maintain their jobs and positions. 2. Interestingly enough, a lot of Black people in law enforcement are actually better at capturing Black suspect/criminals because of the commonality of culture and habits. Where is a White cop may not know how a Black person who grew up in the hood thinks and thus may not be able to anticipate their moves of motives, another brother can. Usually GOOD Black officers will know who needs to be locked up and off the streets and who doesn't.
  14. That seems ideal....lol. In Metaphysics, their is a belief in that very phenomena.....it's called "Walk-In" souls.
  15. ProfD It's already happened to a degree with integration several decades ago. Most intelligent Black folks do not live among the riff raff elements of our race. They've moved to middle-class and better suburbs and other enclaves of well to do Black folks. Yes, to a certain extent. However a few problems with how they're doing it CURRENTLY IS: 1. Even if the intelligent and decent Black family moves away from the hood to live a peaceful and stable life, often times their CHILDREN are heavily influenced by music, movies, and their friends to go BACK the hood and engage in that foolishness. 2. Too many single sistas who make it out the ghetto and move on to live a decent life will BRING a no good thuggish boyfriend or brother/sister or some other dysfunctional friend or family member with them to that environment and they'll fuck it up. 3. The Black man who makes it out the hood will often find a White woman as a mate and produce a bunch of mixed children and completely alienate himself not just from the BAD element of the AfroAmerican community but from the AfroAmerican community as a whole! Troy where exactly do work man Lol, I work in a warehouse distribution center.
  16. I don't think the system is broken; I think the system is working JUST FINE. It's working how it was DESIGNED to work.....lol. The Racists in power established this system to be confusing and SEEMINGLY "ineffective" in certain areas so as to accomplish certain agendas. Not only is the political system in the U.S. working fine, it's working so fine that PRIVATE BUSINESSES are starting to adopt it as their mode of operation! How so? One of the tricks of the modern U.S. system is for the government to pretend to be "broke" and in debt. That is the excuse they use to justify not investing in people and infrastructure. Yet they clearly have enough money to send off and give to the Ukraine, Israel, and dozens of other governments....by the billions. Now a lot of private companies are engaging in the same practices of claiming to be broke and losing money to justify not paying their employees a decent wage....yet they are still operating.
  17. Yeah, I was going to say Foxy Brown.....lol. Listen man, you better stop running around here calling yourself "old" because I think we may be around the same age.....lol.
  18. ProfD A sellout preacher misleading his congregation with lies is no different from the drug dealer who chooses to sell dope in his own community. They're both working for the same enemy. Facts. This is what both the dope dealer and the preacher have in common. Both are peddling hope and promise to people who are largely desperate and can barely tolerate the environment they are living in and the troubles they are going through. Instead of helping our people solve their actual problems....both are selling them an "escape" from having to face their problems, even if it's only temporary. Black drug dealers should have sold exclusively to white folks and used their money to build Black wealth However IF they were smart enough and considerate enough to start doing that...you know the dope would be cut off like a faucet, lol. Troy Yeah, one can make an argument that drug dealers were traitors to the race, but again this ignores all the social economic forces that created the environment. Do we consider the Sackler family traitors to the white race? I'll answer, No. Why would we consider Black drug dealers traitors to the Black race? Let me make it clear that I don't consider ALL Black folks who deal and push drugs in our community traitors. Perhaps even MOST of the low level pushers wouldn't be actual knowing "traitors" in a military since, but more like USEFUL IDIOTS. They are being used as tools in a greater scheme to help destabilize the AfroAmerican community as well as other communities. However today they call the drug houses "trap" houses. That tells me that most of the youth today KNOW that drugs were a trap being brought in by the racist powers to "trap" Black youth and get them caught up in the system of incarceration, poverty, and destabilization. Well.... If a person KNOWS what's happening to his people and KNOWINGLY participate in it for whatever reason...what would YOU call such a person? And for the record......... Not sure about New York and other cities around the nation but in Detroit a lot of the Black kids who sold dope came from decent families. The fathers may not have been there but the mothers worked in factories making decent money and had all of their basic needs taken care off. Many of them had good grades in school, had cars in their household, and had opportunities to go to college.....infact many did. Many of them CHOSE to sell dope and get into that street life for various reasons, among them is wanting that fast money and living flashy.
  19. Troy beat me to the punch on this issue.......... When I first started hearing this in the media I said "here he goes again" with his racist shit. But I still did a little research anyway so I could read the statement for myself and see how bold did he get this time and I read: "And then I got indicted a second time and a third time and a fourth time. And a lot of people said that that's why the Black people like me because they have been hurt so badly and discriminated against," Trump said. "They actually viewed me as I'm being discriminated against." Trump comments on Black voters draw rebuke from Haley, Democrats | Reuters This in and of itself wasn't a racist statement in my opinion but: 1. It leads one to believe that "Black people like him"...which is for the most part erroneous because MOST Black people don't like or support him 2. The Left and Democrats in general...if they are smart...could use this for future ammunition against Republicans who are constantly denying racism and discrimination in this society. Hell, your own leader is up here talking about it and sympathizing with AfroAmericans over their mistreatment and admits to our people being hurt so badly and discriminated against. Infact....this COULD be ammunition for a Reparations demand should he get back in office!
  20. Not sure what's going on with her but she sounds like a psy-op to me anyway. For one thing, I'm suspicious about her sexual identity because she has too many masculine features and I've seen old photos of her looking too much like a male. And then she keeps her hair dyed blonde and wears provocative and unflattering clothes. She simply looks too fake......like a Black man who tried to turn himself in to a White woman.
  21. I'm not sure if there's a price high enough to pay for taking away an innocent person's freedom. One of the problems not just in New York but all over the nation is because the public doesn't know how the Criminal Justice system is SUPPOSED to work and they don't know the difference between JAIL and PRISON.....a lot of our brothers are going into these jails and not coming out for years at a time as they await "trial". Many of them are literally getting "lost" in the system.
  22. ProfD Right. I'd like to know why AfroAmericans didn't build a whole bunch of sh8t starting in the 1970s. I'll give you 2 answers: 1. Heroin 2. Integration. Integration was by far the BIGGEST reason because before so-called "integration" Black folks were doing far better than any ethnic or immigrant group in the U.S. today outside of the Anglos or Jews. We had our stores, bus lines, schools, entire towns, etc... You name it, we had it. But so-called integration tapped into the "laziness" of our people and convinced many of them to sell off most of their institutions and beg and sue to be apart of White institutions in the 60s and 70s. They let Black people in JUST LONG ENOUGH for them to abandon their own businesses and let them collapse. Once the Black businesses were gone....then they started kicking Black folks out of White ones and repealing affirmative action.
  23. I'm with you right up to the point you say THROUGH Reparations. The reasons why is because although we DO deserve Reparations and I sincerely believe that not only will we get Reparations but us and our descendants are actually going to get FAR MORE than many of us deserve. However, the AfroAmerican community shouldn't put all of their eggs in the Reparations basket. The Honorable Booker T. Washington didn't wait on Reparations. The Honorable Marcus Garvey didn't wait on Reparations. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad didn't wait in Reparations. These men....and I can't forget about our sista Madame CJ Walker the first female millionaire....didn't sit around waiting on White folks to "do the right thing" and give our people what they are owed. They knew how lazy many of our people were and how many of them would use any excuse not to get up and do some work. I really believe that when a FACTION of us (because I don't believe most of our people currently here will get on board) codify and unite in the agenda of community building and nationhood....THEN the Reparations will come because we will properly demand them. And the beautiful part about that is by that time we'll have Black institutions to PUT the Reparations money in!
