  1. Del and Troy

I already know the definition of an OLIGARCHY which is why I stand by my comments, however the official definition is:

1 : government by the few

2 : a government in which a small group exercises control especially for corrupt and selfish purposes

    https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/oligarchy

The United States was set up so that 3 branches of government: President, Supreme Court, and Congress will rule the ENTIRE nation.
It was SET UP so that millions of people would be governed by less than 600.

If that's not an oligarchy then what is?

But I have news for you......

Nearly EVERY nation in history was ruled by a minority of it's members.
Whether you're talking about an African Empire or the Roman Empire.
Whether you're talking about Hitler's Germany or the United States.

Every nation has a government set up so that only a few elite can rule the masses.
This is natural, because not only isn't everyone qualified to lead but MOST people aren't qualified to lead.
Most people aren't "management" material and you can see this fact at the workplace.

True Democracy...like Anarchy....would lead to chaos.
    It's a pipe dream.

Again, the OLIGARCHAL STRUCTURE isn't the problem, it's the fact that this nation is turning more and more into a PLUTOCRACY that's more of a real problem.

Furthermore, I've read the articles and this is OLD news.
They aren't telling me anything that I don't already know.
I'm ONE of the working-class or what some may even consider "poor" so the fact that this economy has been leaving tens of millions of it's own citizens behind while the rich continue to get richer isn't anything new.

When you switch from an agricultural/industrial based economy where anyone with common sense and decent health could earn a good living.....to an investments/stocks/communications based economy where most people need advanced degrees and social connections to make a decent living for themselves, what else did we expect to happen?

  2. Yes her dress was very short and as I watched her sing with those brown(ed?) shapely legs wiggling around, I had to wonder what was going on through the minds of Minister Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Bill Clinton who were all sitting behind her and got a close up view of her singing.

She's Italian so I guess she tans easily, but I wonder did she make herself darker for the funeral knowing she'd be going before a Black audience.

    Now listen.....
This so-called controversy concerning Bishop Ellis is nothing more than a DISTRACTION generated by racists in the media.

It was started by them to DISTRACT us from the fact that hundreds of Caucasian priests were convicted of molesting THOUSANDS of young boys over decades.
Yet we don't see THEIR names and faces all over the media like we do Bishop Ellis.

I've remembered Bishop Ellis since childhood because his father was a preacher also and had a pretty big church and congregation.
The brother's always been a bit flashy and bold.

Would I have done what he did?
    No

But he's a man, and MOST men love to feel on and be around attractive women and will take advantage of doing so every opportunity they get, it's just nature.

If he had took Ariana back stage and asked for a LAP DANCE I wouldn't be a bit suprised nor would I be insulted or offended.

Now those child molesting priests and the decades of cover-up......THAT'S offensive!

    Troy

but I'm not sorry I missed the funeral.

It was a long funeral but two things you MUST check out are the words delivered by Al Sharpton and especially those given by Michael Eric Dyson.

Dyson shredded Donald Trump and called him every name in the book.
He also took a jab at Obama for not being at the funeral and sending a letter instead.

  3. Del

Because i think abstractly and intuitively and he is strictly experiential.

I wouldn't say STRICTLY experimental, but definately MOSTLY.
Some things I just have to believe without proof simply to function in society and get along.
But in a world where so many people in authority lie to you, wouldn't it be wise to only trust what you have observed for yourself to be true?

Cynique is just trying to bait us into turning on eachother by trying to get one to say something to insult or offend the other.

    Satanic, lol.

    Don't fall for it.

I've used language with @Pioneer1 that could justifiably be considered insulting.

    MANY times....lol.
    Like saying:
    "
He is probably more inclined to come to the defense of someone he perceives as being being hurt (say Pioneer). "
....essentially calling me a pitiful "victim" of intellectual man-handling , lol.

Actually, I think Cynique is far more sensative than Del.
Del has ignored many insults and walked away from confrontations from both me and Krazy Al on a number of occasions.
    He just refused to engage.
How many times has Cynique walked away from a conflict or insult?
She feels a strong urge to respond to any and every perceived slight.

    Who's the most sensative:
The one who can ignore insults and brush them off moving on, or the one who has their antenna tuned to pick up on and respond to every comment about them?

I don't buy into a plan to a plan to control just Black people. I do however buy into a plan to control all people. The control being executed by the plutocracy to increase their wealth and power. Whether is is perverting religion and science hundreds of years ago to justify the enslavement of Black people or taking advantage of social media today it is all the same thing.

    Perhaps.....
But as AfroAmericans we can't afford to be concerned with ALL PEOPLE because ALL PEOPLE aren't in the same position as we are.
Pooor White people who vote for a fascist billionaire are basically siding with the powers that be to maintain a system that controls them and keeps them poor.
It's a waste of time to even feel sorry for them because they've consigned their own miserable lot.

    Cynique

https://aalbc.com/tc/profile/7466-del/Well, you and pioneer maintain a symbiotic relationship; he's not going to insult someone like you who has his back.

    Ofcourse not.
I'm loyal and have respect for those who have respect for me.

    Lol....
Why you tryna' stir up shit and turn Troy, Del, and me all against eachother ANYWAY????

You've been around long enough to know the rules of social engagement men tend to abide by in order to get along with eachother.

Most men don't go around broadcasting our feelings about eachother like most women and feminine homosexual men do, and you know that.

https://aalbc.com/tc/profile/7466-del/Why people think proponents of certain conspiracy theories should be regarded as prophetic is what escapes me. People have been talking about this so-called secret plot to control black folks for 50+ years and mostly all adult blacks are aware of this suspicion and give it some credence. You don't have to be an astute maven to parrot ideas about the Grand Plan of The Man.

Perhaps 300+ years of slavery, 100+ years of organized segregation, mass incarceration concentrated on a particular demographic that makes up less than 6% of the entire population and a community flooded with drugs HELPS to keep those "silly conspiracy theories" alive.

Chevdove kills you with kindness; she's so nice you hate to oppose her.

So why do you keep TRYING to?

    Because it's in your nature....lol.

    Satanic.

  4. Mel

In fact, I even stepped back from judging some of the things you've written. I've noticed that although I don't agree with some of your methods; I've found merit in it. Some of your positions have helped me see past my blindspot and find a solution to some of my own challenges.

Now imagine, if you would have kept those thoughts to yourself and just been a lurker... been "invisible" then I may have missed an opportunity to move out of my own little 'world' ...

I'm beyond pleased to have helped you with this!

Even if a person doesn't agree with me, if I manage to convince a person to change and expand their way of thinking on a given subject I get an exceedingly rewarding feeling.

I learned some time ago that one of the keys to solving problems and even developing one's personal creativity is to see the world we live in from multiple and often unorthodox perspectives.
I decided to make a habit out of this to the point that even when I'm driving down the street I can look at a fire hydrant and come up with 4 or 5 different uses for it OTHER than what it was originally designed to do.

So, no I don't agree with Jesse but why would I fault him for being self-serving? Who isn't self-serving? If you don't help yourself you sure can't help anyone else?

I don't fault Jesse for simply helping himself and doing what's in his best interests either.
Infact,  unlike most people  I don't think selfishness.....like lust or greed....is necessarily bad in and of itself.
As far as I'm concerned these are morally neutral concepts.

When it becomes a problem is when your selfishness or greed influences you to HARM others in order to enrich yourself; now you're infringing on the rights of others and causing damage.

If Jesse was taking money to simply keep his mouth shut and not speak out against racism and injustice I wouldn't have too big of a problem with him. I probably wouldn't even have heard of him.
But he's getting paid to actually fight and argue with other AfroAmericans who want to fight racism and make them look silly.
He is also getting paid to lie and spread falsehood, things that are inherently wrong.

By the way, Hannity is still buying up Georgia ... so, Hannity is "ignorance" seems to be paying off too -

    Lol.....
If you're bored, listen to Hannity get made a straight fool of by the late Dr. Khalid Muhammad on his own radio show many years ago when he used to have a radio show down in Alabama:

  5. What people are calling "leprosy" today, in older King James translations was refered to as the "dreaded skin disease" in the Old Testament.

I believe this refers to atleast 2 DIFFERENT diseases.

One is probably psoriasis, but the other is most likely VITILIGO.

In 2 Kings 5:27 a man named Gehazi and his descendants were said to be cursed with a type of "leprosy" that turned them White:

"The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow"

That's not psoriasis but some sort of disease that turns your ENTIRE body white but someone allows you to function in every other way without the other problems associated with psoriasis.

  6. There are kids in Brooklyn who have never been to Manhattan, or a museum, or a Broadway Play, or the beach... NYC like much of the deep south is very stratified first by class and then by race.

As a black person you knew not to got to Bensnhurst or certain parts of the Bronx. Manhattan has stores where they buzz you in because the door is locked. I wasn't let into to a store I believe it was in the 1990's on the east side of Manhattan

I saw more racism in Pennsylvania than I did down south.

Those "ethnic Whites" that are talked about so much in political arenas are the main cause of the racism of the Northeast.
They are pro-union but anti-African which is why the Democrats have such a hard time keeping their vote.

Those of Italian and Irish descent who are both Caucasian but they aren't AngloSaxon so they're constantly trying to PROVE their "Whiteness" by being overtly racist towards AfroAmericans and AfroLatinos.

Many Italians have African and Arab ancestry and this effects the way they look, think, and see the world.
I believe this stresses a lot of them out and in confusion and frustration they engage in racist behavior as a form of over-compensation for their feelings.

My mission is and always has been to encourage black people to utilize the freedom they have to exorcise themselves of stagnant ideas like yours that stifle their individual progress by trying to infect them with a herd mentality. i think they've earned the right to try and be all they can be, and want to be.

    Oh.....
Well if THAT'S your mission, you should be taking your mission to the very people who are actually preventing Black people from being all they can and want to be and actually contronting THEM over it.

Hiding behind computer screens and banging away at your keyboard isn't going to do too much toward advancing your mission, lol.

Who doesn't know cigarettes contain nicotine which is addictive?

    Millions.
And especially in the past, millions upon millions didn't know.

Most people become addicted to smoking as teenagers when their reasoning facilities are still under developed; so you can tell them all day long about how addicting cigarettes are and how bad they are but they still won't fully grasp the long term consequences of smoking.

But I would still be smoking if cigarettes weren't so expensive and my lifestyle hadn't changed and i am no longer out partying and playing cards and boozing it up - something that i and millions of other people like to do, i thoroughly enjoyed smoking and drinking in moderation. That's why i did it. Nobody tricked me into doing it. i'm not interested in leading the life of a stoic. i like existing in the moment and having fun. They say salt and sugar are bad for you. I generously sprinkle both of these in and on my food because they make it taste better. Screw all of these restriction. it's my life and i don't need folks like you trying to influence my behavior and my habits. This is not to say that there aren't people who agree with what you advocate, And they're free to do so. i don't give a damn.

    Selfish.

Do you give a damn about your children and grandchildren?
And how THEY feel about their grandmother hang out at all hours of the night in different bars and hotel rooms playing cards, drinking whiskey, and gobbling down cheap and salty junk foods as she gambles so much of the family's money???

How is getting drunk every night, gambling, and chain smoking helping to advance your mission?

  8. Cynique

I also question your statement about Christianity being more dominant than Islam or Buddhaism or Hinduism among Africans, and Asians. These 3 religions can all exist in the same country and together outnumber the christian population there.

I'm also questioning your ability to comprehend, lol.
I didn't say Christianity was the predominate religion among people of color (although I wouldn't doubt it).
I'm saying that WITHIN THE REALM OF CHRISTIANITY....most Christians are people of color.
Christians of color hugely outnumber Caucasian Christians.

There are probably more brown Catholics in Latin America ALONE than all Caucasian Catholics around the world.

  9. Ofcourse the U.S. is an Oligarchy.
    Nearly every effective government is.

Infact, what other logical and viable way IS there to properly govern a society or even a basic organization except as an Oligarchy?

No matter what a nation may call itself.....Communist, Democratic, Theocratic, even so-called Anarchists.....they are all being ruled by a minority of people at the top making decisions.
    That's an Oligarchy.
No nation on this planet is ruled by EVERYBODY or even ruled by the majority of it's citizens.
    It would be mass chaos.

Having an Oligarchy isn't the problem.
The problem is having UNQUALIFIED and/or CORRUPT Oligarchs in positions of leadership who aren't providing the people with what they want and need.

And another problem here in the United States is that this Oligarchy is also rapidly becoming a Plutocracy with only a handful of wealthy people owning and controlling everthing.

  10. I figured Troy was just joking but like Cynique said.....this is one of the ways he has garnered support around the nation.
To detail it a little further............

He goes to one group and hits hard on ONE issue they care strongly about and wins them over, then goes to another group and does the same thing on just ONE issue for them.

He'll go to the innercity and tell AfroAmerican men that the reason they don't have jobs is because of all the illegal immigrants brought in to displace them as workers.
And they'll jump up and down cheering because he spoke to THEIR pain.

Then he'll go to Caucasian men in rural areas and tell them the reason they're getting laid off and their community is being hit hard by heroin is because of the unions and NAFTA.
And they'll jump up and down cheering because he spoke to THEIR pain.

Older Caucasian men love him and probably get erections everytime they hear him bash the NFL players and tell them to either respect the flag or leave the country because he's saying what they want to say so desparately in public but are afraid to.
They dont' care if he gets rid of medicare and takes away all of their pensions and retirement...as long as he keeps hitting hard at those " spoiled rich ungrateful black guys"...lol.

As I said before I figured Troy was just joking BUT some people who were big critics of his ACTUALLY DID turn to supporters of his over just one or two issues while ignoring the dozens of other issues he diametrically opposed them on.
    I know people like.
These people would ignore everthing Trump did and said that they disagreed with as long as he bashed Google or bashed Mexicans or promised to establish mandatory prayer in public schools!

Some of these people really don't support him, but because they feel vulnerable and helpless and don't know what else to do.......rather than simply not doing anything they figure it's better to jump on his side to be safe.
It's a mix between the "Stockholm Syndrome" and the old " if you can't beat 'em join 'em " attitude.

i advocate rejecting the one that you are trapped under the spell of because it leads to a dead end.

    Oh, you're an ADVOCATE now...lol.

Well, it's nice to see that you've FINALLY decided to take up a cause by "advocating" the rejection of my ideas, but.......
Don't you think there are bigger and more important thinks you could be "advocating" for in this society?

Like...say...the end to the violence going in your neck of the woods?

    Or free healthcare?

Lol, if you're going to campaign and advocate for something, why not something POSITIVE instead of focusing negativity on another???

It is also an act of free will to indulge in pleasurable vices we know to be harmful.

It's not free will if the manufacturers of cigarettes have been KNOWINGLY putting chemicals in the cigarettes to get people addicted to them without telling them this.

    Like I've said before,
What you THINK is "free will" is just a deeper and more clever form of manipulation.

Oh, and it looks like I found yet ANOTHER cause you can "advocate" for....lol....the banning of chemically addictive substances.

I think both men and women have varying levels of sex drives over time. @Pioneer1 you should also consider the fact that our culture demonizes women who express a strong sexual desire and place an opposite pressure on men

Admittedly, I wasn't following the conversation TOO deep so perhaps I just snatched that quote and ran with it.

Ofcourse it varies, but come on man.....you KNOW women (of any ethnicity) don't look at sex and sexual relationships the same women men do.
This is a known fact from around the world and since time immemorial.

And you're right women are unfortunately demonized if they have a high sex drive, which is wrong in my opinion. But one of the reasons this is the case is because it's stll relatively UNUSUAL for a woman to be just as aggressive sexually as men are.
It may SOUND fun when we're talking about it, but usually when we meet such women it's genrally a TURN OFF rather than a turn on!

Imagine you see a fine sista walking down the street and she runs up to you and starts grabbing your crotch and begging you to "do her" right there in an alley somewhere, you'd push her away in a mixture of fear, disgust, and pity.

Pioneer, could it be possible that our male dominated culture as manipulated you into believing something about human sexuality that is not supported in our biology?

It's possibly, but highly unlikely because my beliefs are supported BY biology and chemistry.
-it's a fact that sexual desire and sex drive is largely governed by testosterone
-it's a fact that men typically have 10 times the amount of testosterone that women have

Again, there are exceptions to the rule but we don't maintain a society based on exceptions but on rules.
Marriage was designed for MEN AND WOMEN to come together.
Ofcourse some men want to come together (or cum on???) with other men, and the same with women....but those are exceptions...not rules.

Yes this society indeed manipulates both men and women, but just like most jokes are based in an element of truth....so are most forms of manipulation.
If a difference between the thinking and desires of males and females didn't ALREADY exist then those who control society would have had nothing to base their manipulation on.

    Mel

Troy was pretty specific about saying that he wasn't referring to F-buddies. This question was about finding and building a relationship with a ( life) partner. Have you been able to find a life partner? What has been your experience with a viable relationship with a woman. Have you ever been engaged, left at the altar - married? divorced?

I haven't been married (yet) but I've been engaged twice.
The first one I was proposed to.....lol.
The second time I did the proposing.

I've had a few relationships with women I could easily spend the rest of my life with if that's what I desired but I don't call them my "life partner" or "soul mate" because I don't believe in the existence of those terms the way most people understand them when they say them.

    I believe in CHEMISTRY.
I believe some people just jive (or "jibe"...lol) with eachother better than others because of the proper chemistry.
You see this in relationships, jobs, just friendship in general.
But as far as having a person SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED for you and you alone, no.

And by the way, how is it even possible to measure someone's sex drive?

By the same methods used in OTHER aspects of behavioral science, through direct observation and occasional experimentation.
Anyone over 30 who has had an average social life can readily and easily see that men and women IN GENERAL (again there are exceptions) typically have different sexual habits, desires, and expectations.

If there weren't differences between the thinking of men and women when it comes to sex then their certainly wouldn't be so much sexual conflict in the AfroAmerican community between men and women.

Most romances novels and even the basis of YOUR recent book depends on not only the understanding of but the EXPECTATION of these differences between the sexes.
You wrote your book with the EXPECTATION that females (more so than males) would know and understand what you're talking about.

  13. Chev

    He wished you Happy Birthday!

    She don't care....lol.
I'm do just as good driving into a zoo and wishing one of the elephants or lions a happy birthday and see what type of reaction I would get.

But like Antonio Montana would say...."dat's ok"... I know she doesn't know any better.
    She can't help herself.
Infact, I think YOU'RE starting to learn how she is now too....lol.

    You're talking about hair......
I've come to find out by observation that while the SHAPE of our hair may be different, actually Africans, Asians, and Native Americans all have the same HAIR STRUCTURE.

While some have straight, others wavy, and others nappy/kinky....we all have thick coarse strands of hair that consist of several layers including a MEDULLA

Most Caucasians have very thin wispy hair that DOES NOT include a medulla regardless of how it's textured. And usually if they do have one, it's very thin.

Like I keep saying, they are a copy of us but with less features.

    Mel

I think blue eyes is an african trait...http://afritorial.com/black-people-with-blue-eyes/

It's not an African trait, it's simply a recessive trait that results from not enough melanin being in the iris to hid the blood veins inside.
The same reason some of your veins appear as blue under the lighter parts of your skin is the same reason some people's eyes appear blue.

  14. then why do so many women complain about how difficult it is to find a partner and I just dont mean a f-buddy?

I know Cynique (and possibly Mel and Chev) will think I'm presuptuous for saying this but from my experiences and observations as well as what we know about biology, I'm pretty comfortable in saying that for the most part women simply don't have the SAME SEX DRIVE that men have.

Usually when I say this atleast one woman wants to jump up and claim it's not true.
However it's never one with a HIGH sex drive comparable to that of the average man.

In other words when I say I...and most men....prefer multiple partners if we can get away with it and most women don't because they don't have the type of sex drive we as men have a woman will jump up and try to argue this point.
However when I ask HER does SHE prefer multiple partners she will always say "no" and then go on a tangent about how it's a sign of maturity to settle down with one and how men should learn to control thier urges.

But it's just a fact, most women are NOT as horny as men.
There are exceptions to this rule.....many.
A small percentage of women are polyamorous and prefer MULTIPLE sexual partners.
They are typically known as nymphomaniacs and "freaks" in the bedroom, lol.
And there are men who are pretty much celibate and have no desire for women or men but just don't care for sex at all.

    But it's USUALLY....well over 75%....the opposite.
USUALLY because of our higher testosterone rate, men typically want more sex than women and it's like this all the way up into our 60s and in many cases 70s and 80s.
Where as for MOST women, when they get past their mid 60s they aren't really looking for sexual relationships.
    Why?
Because their hormonal levels have dimishised quite a bit and many lose their sex drive.

I must say again, this isn't the case for ALL men and women, but certainly for the majority.

  15. Sometimes they know.
    Sometimes they don't.

But if you doubt that people can KNOW they're being controlled and still conform to that control and manipulation almost willingly.....consider people who are addicted to cigarettes.
After decades of letting you know what cigarettes do to you and how many harmful chemicals are in them obseve how many people not only STILL smoke but even JOKE about it.
Calling the "cancer sticks" as they take one out to light.
Jokingly brag about "killing more brain cells" by taking a smoke break.
Even laugh about how hooked they are on cigarettes knowing full well they're being used and manipulated.

The powers that be in this society are slowing taking their masks off because they now realize it doesn't matter whether you TELL people they're being controled or conceal that fact from them.....they will still submit to your manipulation and control as long as they can get a little pleasure and some ease from their daily burdens.

  16. Just like most other religions.......
One of the BIGGEST differences between Black Christians and White Christians is the fact that most Black Christians ACTUALLY BELIEVE in their religion.
    Most White Christians don't.
They use it to seve a means to an end and when the means is no longer useful for their purpose....they abandon it.

Neely Fuller Jr. said that a White racist will be a Christian on Monday and a Jew on Saturday if it suits his purpose.
He'll be a Catholic on Friday to get some fish, and then turn to a Baptist on Sunday to have a nice big Sunday evening meal.

Check out how AfroAmericans like to argue with eachother over religion and church and scriptures.

But if you go to the average university you'll see the Caucasian Catholic, the Caucasian Jew, and the Caucasian athiest all hanging out and studying together and being good friends RARELY even mentioning religion among themselves.
This is because they DON'T take their religions seriously and know what it's purpose is.....to control people.

    • Thanks 1
  17. Chev

This is so true,.. but it won't ever reached a totality. They are trying to 'hijack Christianity' and White wash Negroes and sadly many Black churches have embraced this crap.

A lot of Black church leaders sell their communities out for 501C3 status.
As long as they stay out of politics and ignore the political solutions to the problems in the AfroAmerican commuity like poor representation, over taxation, poor policing, voter suppression, ect......as long as they ignore these political issues they can continue to get loans and grants from the government and enjoy a tax free status.

Thank you, @Pioneer1 for your strength and willingness to address it. I wish other brothers would do the same.

    You're more than welcome.
One of the ways Caucasians were able to come into Africa and so successfully take over in the first place was because of the massive amount of division that ALREADY existed among us.
Some linguistics say there are over 1000 languages in Subsaharan Africa!
Hundreds of different "tribes" or "ethnicgroups" in that relatively small region that doesn't even take up an entire continent.
Our people were already heavily divided and STILL are....over color, religion, hair texture, nose width, height, marriage customs, diet, ect..
Caucasians both European and Arab saw an opening and took the advantage.

All black churches have rejected the image of a semetic jesus being portrayed as blond and blue-eyed and with this came a dismissal of all the other anglo-sized biblical characters.

I've heard from many who have been overthere that the image of the blond hair blue eyed Jesus is FLOURISHING in Africa even today.
They certainly have a lot of love and respect for White missionaries that go overthere.

And how can white conservatives high jack a religion that they "invented"?

White American Conservatives didn't invent Christianity. It was FOUNDED by European racists in Turkey and the Roman Empire, but for the past few centuries Christianity has been demographically dominated by people of color from Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
The rightwing Conservatives from time to time like to wrestle away the identity of who and what it means to be a Christian AWAY from people of color and focus it on themselves in order to make Christianity seem like a pure pristine unmixed Caucasian religion.

    Well you "head" wrong.....lol.

Fortunately it won't be the LAST thing you hear because I'm not going to leave you in a lie.

What you're calling "freedoms" and "facts of life" are the result of 400 years of racist indoctrination and brainwashing by White Supremacy Idealists who have been controling the majority of the thought, speech, and action of their slaves and their descendants within the confines of THIS society.

Saying that Black women who wear their hair blond are exercising their "freedom" is like saying a dog who sleeps in it's master's backyard is exercising "freedom" of behavior by not hopping the fence and sleeping in another's yard.....totally ignoring the fact that it's been TRAINED to behave that way since birth.

Ofcourse AfroAmerican women are LEGALLY free to dye their hair any color they want or choose not to straighten it if they please BUT because they have been TRAINED by this society to straighten their hair and in some cases dye their hair just to fit in, get along, get a job, and get attention from men.....socially they are NOT free.
They are still held in the psychological chains of social acceptance.

Society and peer pressure COMPELS them to conform to White Supremist values against their natural mind.

Take a look at my signature because it's absolutely fitting for this discussion.

If a person controls and limits the amount of knowledge you have, they can control and limit your behavior and activities.
If you are limited and controlled, you are NOT free.

What's not clear is why you don't deep six your nonsense about black women and their relationship with blond hair.  Your view on this doesn't hold water.

I know it's not clear to you dear.....

:( And unfortunately for you, there just aren't enough specialists licensed by the state to properly work with people like you who perhaps could HELP you understand such advanced concepts.

https://aalbc.com/tc/profile/5568-pioneer1/I have been saying this all along, that we are a hybrid group of slave descendants who have our own unique indigenous culture and have assimilated into the American mainstream. So all of your BS about our true African instincts and lifestyles being repressed as we are restricted to an unnatural European morality are totally inconsistent with your above quote. How we act and dress and comport ourselves are a manisfestation of the amalgamated bloodlines that make us a new breed akin to an ethnicity that is what it is.

I wonder how Troy feels about this statement.

For years I've said that our genetics and our race influences our behavior and thought patterns as a people and he didn't like this.
Now YOU'RE pretty much saying the same thing.
That our racial genetics...atleast in part....strongly influences our culture and behavior.
And the more or less of particular genes we have in our bloodlines also influences them.

Also there is a growing consensus on this board that black unity is an unrealized concept that has been continually promoted by those who haven't discerned that adhering to the same idea over and over again and expecting a different result can be a sign of "insanity". Individuals of color can get over in this country and transcend the "effects" of white racism by finding a niche for their skill-sets.

    Ofcourse they can.
This has ALWAYS been the case.

But historically the amount of racism we face determines HOW HARD this trancendence will be and WHAT PERCENTAGE of our people become successful under it.

In other words, the more racism you face the higher the resistance you will have to face to overcome it and the more of our people who will succumb to that resistance.
Which is why more AfroAmericans became successful AFTER slavery than DURING it.

So what do we learn from this?

We learn that a MAJOR factor in being successful isn't just getting more education, learning new skills and trade.
These things are good and necessary.
But another MAJOR factor is eliminating as much racism from society as we can so that there will be LESS RESISTANCE in the way of our success.
