@Stefan Do you think the problem in the black community in the USA is Black people like myself who don't want to rely on the strategy of a community of individuals ? At the end of the day, if a black person says they are merely doing best for them and helping others in their means, then 50 years down the road , the idea is that more will be able to do better for themselves, even if it is fractional but it is improvement. I don't like that strategy but maybe, the problem is Black people who don't desire that goal , don't fit black people who do? 

@Stefan fair enough, my offline life speaks true to alot of what you say...  but whomever can answer my question is the answer. At the end of the day, the betterment will come when the problem is solved.

Black individuals know what they want for self. Many of us know the phrases. I want to be respected. I want money. I want to be a star. I want to be president. I is very easy for Black individuals in the usa or elsewhere. But if someone ask, 

What do you want for the Black community 50 years from now? that is when you get idealized or simplified or dysfunctional answers. In this very forum, I read many collective desires. 

Some examples

• I think black people need to think like me ,as if their mindset is absent any flaw
• I think black people need to stop blaming abuse by white people, as if white people never harm anyone black
• I think black people need to get their financial situation together without breaking the law, as if white people didn't cheat or scheme or murder or enslave everybody else for every penny they have

The question , if one wants peace, is how to get the multiracial human populace in the usa to have parties of governance that allow their obvious dislikes or various levels of negativity to exists while still allowing some sort of functional peaceful coexistence. 

You predict rifts, but they have always been. So, the question is how to create peaceful community with the rifts still in existence

I like various science fiction films, as I define science fiction. But I thought about, did I know a science fiction film I liked a lot that was written/directed/financed/starred black people? the answer is no. I liked some, but to call them favorites. I will be lying if I said so.

I admit, inspired by the replies offline or online from Black people of multiple gender/age/language/religion/ or other non phenotypical racial category in the usa. I realized a nice little game.

I will list some tribes in the Black Village in the USA and anyone interested in playing need to take the list and place the fictional book they have read that reflects the goals or ideas of their philosophy. You can leave a tribe space blank, if you can't think of a book of fiction that fits.

To some black people we gained gained everything, to some black people we gained a lot, to some black people we gained a little, to some black people we gained nothing. All of the black people are correct in their assessment. 

Some black people they will be inspired by her marriage,  some black people will be happy for her marriage, some black people will be unhappy for her marriage, some black people will be emptied by her marriage. 

All of the black people are correct in their reactions to her marriage.

In government, the record of an individual in the past usually displays their thinking in the future. Don't expect any suprises from her or any in government. Obama/Kamala Harris all had years of activity which explained how they will be in higher posts. Ketanji is no different. All elected officials are like that. Ronald Reagan was governor of California. As governor he did a miniature to his time as president.

If a black child comes to you, born and being reared in the usa, and asks: " I Want to be a soldier in the USA military but I don't know another reason , outside it looks cool, my parents said I must come up with one reason that involves the black communities betterment or they will send me away, please help me"?

What do you say to the child?   

@Delano Cynique made a comment that responded to:) in the comment she refers to who leads, and I answered to you, the white rich lead. WHo the white rich are varies from person to person. but I wanted that to be clear. 

If two stores exists on one street. And both have their own rate/type of average customers or retailers. If a teller of one store is not honored in the other, is that a problem?

Carter's problem is the presidency of the usa, the president of the usa is the temporary emperor of the strongest empire currently. An honestly nice guy is never going to have a good time running it, cause not nice things are more a part of being president. @Troy

@Delano one other factor not mentioned enough in our commentary or in general with these sort of topics is the desire of the people.

I use an example hitler. many people, maybe even most, say hitler swayed the german people, mind controlled them, talked them into some situation. 

Those people are liars. Hitler didn't trick anyone. he realized what the majority of german people, or shall i say, the german christian people,  really wanted. The german christian people represent a majority of germany's populace, they were tired of german jews, german turks, german romani, in their country. Did most kill? of course not. most people never kill because killing is harder than movies make it. But most german christian people were willing to cheer those willing to kill.  The german christian community wanted to dominate the rest of europe and keep europe a center of the world. And was education an issue? no. Actually at that time, german was required learning in many fields of study. Sometimes what a people want isn't positive. It doesn't mean they are uneducated. It doesn't mean it is right or wrong. but it is what they want. Some leaders like to not give the people what they want if it has a negative tinge. And that restrictions limits ones leadership possibilities. The people anyone lead do not always want to be nonviolent, do not always want peace.  ala most of the well known or financially/governmentally supported by whites in some way black leaders post war between the states in the usa.  frederick douglass/sojourner truth/booker t washington/web dubois/da b wells/thurgood marshall/fannie lou hamer/MLK jr/Jesse Jackson/shirley chisholm/al sharpton/oprah winfrey/barrack obama. 

@Delano I will restate your question, 

do the needs of leadership change based on the quantity of humans in a group? A common philosophical questions. many answers, none are right or wrong. Speaking specifically to the USA, a country with a multiracial while racially imbalanced populace , the legal argument is clear. The USA legal culture, national culture, states the answer is no. The Declaration of independence of the USA through its content suggest the essence of leadership in humanity has no difference based on quantity of group/time/place. So in the usa, historically from a legal view, the answer to your question is no difference exist in leadership based on quantity of people. Now the declaration also states that leadership must take into consideration the people being led. So to wrap it up, in the legal context of the USA, the type of leader needed does not matter, whether global or to the neighborhood, but the leader must take into consideration the want of the community and whether it is feasible to be in any union with another. So based on the advertised standard in the USA, the type of leader the black community needs in the usa, from sea to shining sea or in your local neighborhood, is the same. But the leader must get results to fit the black communities want. And the question to you then is, what does the black community want, from sea to shinging sea or your local neighborhood?

Name one Black elected official in the USA that earned Black votes by government expenditures or laws they made to exclusive Black communal benefit?

I asked cause in NYC some are already taking about elections later this year especially with financial outlooks and I find I always ask the question above , offline or online, and I never get a valid answer. 

Giving a name isn't enough, you have to list the expenditures to the benefit of black people or laws to the benefit of black people.
