Pure garbage...

A word we said had been buried....why are we resurrecting a word that means someone is going to die at the hands of their oppressor. Clarence is a mocking bird, I recall a book entitle: To Kill A Mocking Bird. Clarence represents self-hate. Lets not join him. The word has been buried. The Bible says...let the dead bury themselves (dry bones) me must struggle forward if we are to struggle. My goal is living. LOL

How do we become "Change Agents" for people who need the most help, first. Most of these people are our people. People who are not considered white.

The people who have the ability to begin the problem solving process, focusing on helping the the people who need help most, first could eliminate this problem tomorrow, but do not have the will to do so, and the people who have the will to do so, do not have the ability. Keep picking up the books and maybe reading some of the books will allow people who are not white to again begin the problem solving process.

I stopped to eat at a restaurant and sat by the window so I could watch the people passing by on the street. There were literally hundreds of people milling around and waiting in line. Amid all the confusion and traffic, a delivery man was pushing a cart stacked high with boxes. He was trying to navigate the cart delicately through all the crowds of people dashing by. No one took much time to notice him. As he pushed the cart down a slight curb, four of the boxes toppled over onto the street. People kept walking by either ignoring him or making a face because they were aggravated that he was in the way. The delivery man was struggling to balance the other boxes and maintain the cart at the same time, but it was impossible. Finally, a young man in his twenties stopped and offered to help. The young man picked up the boxes and balanced them on the man’s cart. No one asked him to help. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. He did it to be kind. He did it because he wants the world to be a better place – the kind of place where strangers take the time to help each other. That’s how I want us to be too. Let us not accept our destiny as a matter of chance; let us make a choice to help those who need us. Let us take the lead in saying and doing the things that make this world –a better place. Justice, helping those who need the most help, first.

We continue to talk about the symptoms because we are continuously mistreated by ourselves and others... becasue of white supremacy/racism however we continue to wear the mask. When we remove the mask what is left....the problem or the answer? let's travel this road most are interested....we want change....

Cynthia ....the sharing of mates will not work in a system of white supremacy/racism, it is against the law. Our ancestors were able to share mates and it was with in our culture. CD....what do we have....we do not own anything...BET..gone, EBONY/JET...gone, Essence....gone... Black banks....gone we are pawns on a white supremacy/racism chessboard, how do we begin the problem solving process to overcome....

The question again is how do we begin the process of becoming problem solvers. Our ancestors were problem solvers and then came white supremacy/racism......

Trust me when I say to you that if you investigate this matter in a serious matter you will be able to answer the aforementioned question of ‘What would America be without her Slaves /Negroes/Blacks?’ “Nothing!!!!!!” because she would not even exist were it not for the contributions of enslaved Africans.
