  1. 13 Richard Murray Thoughts Season 2 https://www.kobo.com/us/en/audiobook/richard-murray-thoughts-round-13-1 ----------------------------------- Title: Introduction Good Morning , Good afternoon, or Good evening, wherever you are listening, I am Richard Murray and welcome to this audio edition to my thoughts. Remember, to click the link in the description of this edition to view the transcript, that has links to everything I refer OR to send me a message about a topic you want to hear in the future. ------------------ Title: New NAdashiko Leage What I gather from reports is The new Nadeshiko League or japanese womens league, will start in september two thousand and twenty one. end sometime in may. Half of all staff roles must be filled by women. It will have between six and ten clubs. Team names will include the city of region but can include a corporate sponsor. The existing nadeshiko league will exist under this league as a tier two, but not relegation or promotion between the two. The parent company is scheduled to be set up in April and the first teams announced this summer. The new league is clearly designed to grow and change over time, I wonder the pay scale. I asked the president of INAC kobe what will happen to INAC and he replied, they will win it al... i will try to update you as the corona virus forces changes throughout asia,on the pitch or off. < article https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2020/02/16/japan-confirm-details-new-professional-womens-football-league/ > < referral https://twitter.com/THEChrisKessell > < https://twitter.com/INACKobe83/status/1230008218111184896 > --------------------------- Title: NWSL for women Alex Morgan shared an article about Sydney Leroux, a paid athlete as well as mother in the National Womens Soccer LEague. Leroux admits, NWSL the national womens soccer league lost many good player for its wage value is under what the cost of livelihood is for most of the players in it. The NWSL does not have a collective bargaining agreement with the players but players for the us womens national team are represented by the United States Women’s National Team Players Association and are paid by ussoccer, not the nwsl. LEroux suggest the NWSL take a page from the wnba, womens national basketball association. The CBA or collective bargaining agreement between the WNBA and its players provides at the least 130,000 for each player, full salary while on maternity leave, annual child care stipend of five thousand. I like the idea of maternity leave pay or better pay for female athletes, but like always the greater question is, who will pay? I do not know who. The NBA itself is paying the CBA agreement deal of the wnba. But who will pay for the national womens socer league players increase in wage quality? In Amendment Twitter user wagesofwins on twitter, spelled w-a-g-e-s-o-f-w-i-n-s , I quote... Men are willing to invest $200 million in an expansion MLS team despite the reality that most MLS teams do not earn a profit. Governments have given about $1 billion in subsidies to the MLS. And in the NWSL -- a truly elite league - we get this. The this wagesofwins referred to is sydney leroux's situation. But, when I asked who will increase the wage quality, the answer is simple and wagsofwins comment suggest as much. If males or male dominated/controlled organizations are unwilling to invest in womens sport , womens sport has only one possible investor, and that is women themselves. In the sam way that black sports teams or leagues in the usa need black ownership, like the big 3 league, where black people like ice cuba have significant investment. Women must invest in the NWSL cause men will not, male dominated organizations will not. Outside the usa that is a hard task but inside the usa, many women exists who can invest millions solely or as part to a group. < article https://www.forbes.com/sites/michaellore/2020/02/25/what-the-nwsl-can-learn-from-the-wnbas-new-collective-bargaining-agreement/#464c74273d89 > < tweet https://twitter.com/michaellore/status/1232321016178905093 > < referral https://twitter.com/alexmorgan13/status/1232806429872001024 > < article https://www.wnba.com/news/wnba-and-wnbpa-reach-tentative-agreement-on-groundbreaking-eight-year-collective-bargaining-agreement/ > < referral https://twitter.com/wagesofwins/status/1232847003169673216 > ---------------------- Title: MLS next 25 Sports Illustrated for major league soccer's twenty fifth anniversary asked Bob Bradley and forward Carlos Vela, Atlanta United forward Josef Martínez, New England Revolution coach Bruce Arena, Toronto FC coach Greg Vanney and Nashville SC midfielder Dax McCarty questions about major league soccer. I will focus on what Bob Bradley said, remember to use the links in the transcript to access more interviews. Sports Illustrated asked bob bradley What direction does he want to see MLS take in the next 25 years? I paraphrase him...Every team needs to have an identity or playing style, meaning if a team want to be like atletico bilbao in spain, that recruit players from a certain local or community only and consistently builds teams from their youth development that needs to be allowed alongside a team that does not want to have an academy and wants to buy big name players, all styles have to be accepted. It can not be every team must have a uniform identity/culture/style. This will lead to clubs in the usa being known that find players and gives opportunities OR grows players from certain communities OR does both. Homegrown rights need to be thrown out the window. If a kid from los angeles wants to go to new york redbulls then let him. Handbrakes need to be taken off and the key is making everyone feel part of something. Academies that helped trained a player from twelve to sixteen need to get financial compensation when a player is sold. And relegation and promotion is needed. He comprehends a team like LAFC, that he coaches, spent money on a stadium or players wants a guarantee, but even though he does not know when rel/pro has to come in, he knows more opportunities has to come. If a small club, gets it acts together, provides opportunities, develops players, and can get from the fifth league and fourth league and third league, he said when he was at Staebek, a team in Norway, he was at a club that had people in it that felt staebek could go from fifth to first tier and when he was coaching there, Staebek had dropped from first to second tier, and the same people who believed staebek could make it to the first tier was still there. ... I, Richard Murray, have advocated everything Bradley suggested from the beginning as a youth soccer player in the united states of america. I did not comprehended as a teenager why USsoccer didn't provide a system that allowed for more multiculturalism. PArt of that was my need for that system to exist to help me, the other was denial for in my heart I knew. The reality is, the first twenty five years of Major league soccer could had implemented a tiered system that allowed for teams to have twenty five years of honest identity development, a pay scale between clubs at tiers in transferring players, with relegation and promotion. I repeat, that relegation and promotion tiered system that allowed identity development needed to be a fifty tiered league system, one tiered league for each state, the champion of the top tier in each state gaining entry into the US open cup. The simple system I just suggested would had allowed for the many communities in new york city or new york state, that love soccer , to start small teams and for twenty five years brew into a stable tiered league, that would have more competition, local rivalry, while an overall smaller fiscal footprint, than any other sport in new york city or state. The saddest thing, and it relates to the prior section in this round, is my suggestion can be applied to the womens game better than the mens. The NWSL is suffering cause it needs a better design. Florida for example has a soccer loving community. If Florida had a tiered womens league, and the champion of florida was the sole member of the us open cup for women , that would open up clubs in florida to compete with each other and florida could be a hotbed state, where marta/lady andrade/sydney leroux/alex morgan can all play for better salaries on superteams next to a haitian womens team built from local investors working through an academy linked straightly to the haitian womens team and likewise for jamaica or cuba or puerto ricos women. The franchise model found stability in the mens game, but the franchise model is not building the womens game correctly and if anything making the nwsl, which is one of the best womens leagues in the world less desired by Non Concacaf players en mass. and eventually that will turn the NWSL into a subpar league. The tragedy being NWSL at twenty five, it may be said was from elite to subpar. < article https://www.si.com/soccer/2020/02/25/mls-next-25-years-bob-bradley-promotion-relegation-arena-vela > < referral https://twitter.com/GrantWahl/status/1232354144830263296 > < https://twitter.com/turkishsoccer/status/1232410090113785856 > ------------------------- Title: Good Thoughts Congratulations to Hope Solo for telling the truth to all involved in the Womens Equal Pay battle between female us womens national team players and ussoccer on beinsports Congratulations to Cibao FC and Puerto Rico Sol FC for making the caribbean and central american and womens champions cup final < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/12/?tab=comments#comment-857 > Congratulations to the Chipolopolo or Zambian national team players of two thousand and twelve who won the cup of nations in c.a.f., confederation of african football, they all went various places and should all stayed in the sport. Well, the current champions league results show many teams are on thin ice and are one bad result from being knocked out. With that being said, the team I choose to win the UEFA champions league is Paris Saint Germain. Now the better question is why? Why will I , who loves defense, loves strategy, choose a team like PSG that has never defended decently this entire season, has a coach that is shaky strategically, has players who showed and show an out of control temperament upon failure or setbacks. Why Paris Saint Germain? First, Neymar. Neymar never made it to this stage of the Champions League with Paris Saint Germain before, and Neymar is the key player at PSG. He does not finish as well as icardi, track back defensively as well as cavani, have the speed of mbappe, play that more strict wide support role like di maria But, he is the best artists on the team and on his day, orchestrates the midfield, scores goals, provide assists, makes runs for players , while make a strong tackle, that no other player on psg has singlehandedly did. and, PSG never had that individual brilliance in a second leg they needed to win. Second, Paris Saint Germain at their best. For all of PSG's instabilities or woes, at their best, no team in UEFA has more danger. Consider that PSG can play di Maria/cavani/icardi/mbappe as a four in front of gueye/neymar/verratti in front of thiago silva/kimpembe/marquinhos we are talking the best squad in terms of recognized players on the planet with four globally known dangerous players in the forward line, three globally known centerbacks in the defensive line and a midfield with the second best talisman in the beautiful game, i will give messi the top, a midfield engine in gueye comparable to an ngolo knate or matuidi and in verratti a midfield specialists who not only has skill in passing but skill in the tackle. PSG at their best, given the best most daring alignments by their coach, can defeat any other team. It is rare that you can say a team on paper is better than another, more often today, most teams shirt is why you deem their players better than anothers. But, PSG are truly loaded with talent, as mercurial as it is, as volatile, as weakly led by their coach, when at their best, they are the best in uefa. And I think put against the wall, they will be their best and fully healthy, that is more than any other team can handle. Thank you Mustafa < Mustafa gabr https://www.facebook.com/mustafa.gabr.543 > <https://www.facebook.com/rich.murray.5872/posts/190368995567987 > --------------------------------------- Title: Conclusion Thank you for listening, if you have something you want me to talk about you can message me on my A.A.L.B.C. blog as a guest. 2. Richard Murray Thoughts Round 6 - https://www.kobo.com/us/en/audiobook/richard-murray-thoughts-round-6-1 ----------------------------------- Title: Introduction Good Morning , Good afternoon, or Good evening, wherever you are listening, I am Richard Murray and welcome to this audio edition to my thoughts. But mari Balotelli made a statement, issued out by 360 source, that I learned from mercy khakukani . I paraphrase him, the link to the quote is in the transcript... winning the balon d'or on more than one team once is greater than winning the balon d'or on one team many more time than twice. Now, based on the current balon d'or model, as I spoke in the last round, no judgment can hold up to the award or the recipients. But, Balo's point I thought about in another way. Forget the Balon d'or as much as what it is supposed to symbolize, a trophy to the best player,in all ways, above all others in a calendar year. If that is the case then winning it playing for more than one club is a unique achievement. < referral https://twitter.com/mercykhahukani/status/1203371071476523009 > ---------------------- Title: Another round of RelPro in the USA In the end, i should not had even spoken on relpro in the usa again. but I thought to an idea rarely stated from myself or through the discussions. In the referral link, in the transcript, I describe the reasons behind the rarely stated position. I ask you to use the link in the transcript. I considered stating the idea after 3four3 asked for , and I quote, one single, precise, efficient, incisive question or talking point in a tweet ... relpro in the usa can start in a tiered league system in a state soccer association. I will extrapolate a little though it is a retelling in truth ... No matter what form of relpro in the usa supporters want, or the financing supporters want to give such a system, the place in the usa where relpro in the usa has the best chance to succeed is in a state in the union, the lowest ussoccer tier. No federal wide representation. But, the ability to be RelPro. <referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/10/?tab=comments#comment-784 > ------------------------ Title: CAF in the future The ghana football association said they want womens league clubs to have social platforms and media officers, an order more than a demand. I quote what I commented on the NB Sports tweet begin quote as someone who has been online for a while, i wonder what social media accounts they will have i hope the nwl teams consider using one social space, and consider global audiences, facebook/twitter are as strong outside the anglophone, consider a black owned website or maybe(1/2)all the teams can work together and make a website , that is what i hope but i have no power @NaaBardina try to regale the teams to make a website, that will be better than individual pages @darmooh82 please regale, maybe a site for nwl clubs and other ghana sport concerns? (2/2) end quote NB Sports < https://twitter.com/NBSports_Live > side Naa Bardino < https://twitter.com/NaaBardina > side Bree Mongina < https://twitter.com/beebree0 > replied to my suggestion with a position counter while not negative. They said, a twitter/facebook profile is enough, let the clubs grow into what they want and online media spaces is not the priority of the team... they are each correct. Other aspects are more vital to the teams in ghana, the spaces on twitter or facebook are suitable if they wish to mirror what most clubs do, and over time they will grow. My problem is not what they said as much as what they didn't say. Relying on twitter or facebook or any website they do not control deletes their ability to manage their content, as their content will be under the control of twitter or facebook. Over time, if they do as they suggest their fanbase will grow through twitter or facebook and thus be hard for them to severe the connection later if they want. While winning on the pitch is vitally important, how vital is the online fanbase to manchester united/barcelona/real madrid that allows their success or failures to be louder than any other teams successes online. part of that is the fact that the edge they have in fans gives them the edge when the interacting space to most fans is through the twitters/facebooks of the world that in their profiteering reject the growth of other clubs outside the real madridbarcelona/mufc/liverpool/arsenal contingents. <referral https://twitter.com/NBSports_Live/status/1204753107328143360 > In AMendment I asked others what do they think the esocial activity need to be and the answer was in the same mold, to make facebook/twitter pages and follow other sports clubs actions. I have learned alot about why many sports organizations are failures. It is not merely the quality in owners/administrators but the common mentality in fans/general populace. When the average person, who accesses the modern internet all the time, thinks sports teams need to follow the current standard. A current standard bereft of efficiency and designed to only support the already advantaged, it explains why they can't succeed. If you are disadvantaged, you will never reach above the advantaged doing what the advantaged set you up to do. The model in sports media does not favor the disadvantaged, which is what every female sport club is. The fact that fans or non fans to the beautiful game, who are online every day, can only see the current model as what is needed to do, exposes how much most people do not think on things, care about these things, or comprehend how important they are. ---------------------- Title: Good Thoughts congratulations to jvw girls for winning the national league and good luck in the national womens league Every one take a look at Isoka , a sports agency for the future of CAF INAC need two more wins to win the cup, another great season, gardless to what happens <referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/10/?tab=comments#comment-788 > ----------------------------------- Title: Conclusion Thank you for listening, if you have something you want me to talk about you can message me on my A.A.L.B.C. blog as a guest. Another round of RelPro in the USA- Relegation or Promotion requires money to occur in the usa, but not even money can break the bureaucracy in ussoccer that demands relpro occur within us soccer state associations, I explain further in the audio. CAF in the future- the lack of concern or emphasis aside desire to follow the common patterns from administrators throughout the confederation of african football toward their online media presence is a very negative heritage or promulgated culture that will generate many difficulties later Good Thoughts Use the Kobo App to listen https://www.kobo.com/us/en/p/apps Transcript to this edition ? 3. Steve Graff introduced me to a call for talking on rel/pro in the usa, meaning relegation or promotion in the usa soccer system. The talk was ushered by 3four3. The following is my extended thoughts.... In the past, when I communicated side Steve or on my own, I focused on the structure to a system where soccer teams in the usa will be in tiers and from performance, at the end of a season, those above or below a quality line will be placed into a higher or lower tier, ala Rel/Pro in the USA. I placed a link below to those. But, the following is an angle I have not taken before. When we talk of relegation or promotion , people talk of structure to its design or finances to make it happen. I suggest the most important factor is place. I do not have the money to force ussoccer to change, most supporters to RelPro in the USA do not have the financial ability on an individual level. But, even if relpro in the usa supporters came together and joined our pennies, it will not be enough to start a tiered league system utilizing relegation or promotion that ussoccer will accept. Sequentially, where relpro can exist is the first issue. My answer to where is the state soccer associations. I live in new york state. New York state, dysfunctionally, has two state associations, one for west and one for east. But, all states in the union have at least one state soccer association. A federation wide league is not where relpro need to exist. If the idea is to grow , it must grow within state associations. A new york east tiered league is an example. USSoccer's rules are focused on federation -wide leagues. A league pyramid that is based in a state will never be deemed a tier1/2/3 league by ussoccer but in parallel or contrast, said league pyramid will be free to operate as it will absent any fear of a restriction or a diminishing from ussoccer. If you are considering , what about international play, most states have a path into the us open. Is that single pathway the most opportune? no. But it mean a state based league is not blockaded, even if the challenge is high. ... I end using the following, a state based league pyramid is less fiscally expensive in the usa than a federation based league pyramid. It also will be labeled a very low tier by ussoccer. But, it is in an environment free from the negative criticisms or barriers to relpro that are apparent in the top tier leagues. Steve graff tweet https://twitter.com/SG_Calcio/status/1204212678593519616 3four3 tweet https://twitter.com/3four3/status/1204211782480322561 my thoughts to relegation or promotion in this aalbc blog https://aalbc.com/tc/search/?q=relegation&type=blog_entry&nodes=37 In amendment- my tweet content I think the key is where relpro can exist in the usa, if relpro advocates focus on making it in one state in the union, I think it can have a functional example

Remember, to click the link in the description of this edition to view the transcript, that has links to everything I refer OR to send me a message about a topic you want to hear in the future. ------------------------------------------------------ Title: LEwis Hamilton is a six time Formula 1 racing world champion Will-I-Am, the musiciam, was asked about Lewis Hamilton after he won the f1 world championship for the sixth time and his replies were not only incoherent, they were not inspirational, rushed and lacking the foresight to comprehend the moments when words mean a lot, if they would had asked me, I would had said the following in preparation Begin what I would had said Lewis Hamilton as a racer, as an individual racer, is like all the other great racers before him. He has the ability to race faster than most, a rare gift, but amongst the rarest he has the ability to adjust how he races while being that fast, and that is what makes the legends of racing rarer than their unique counterparts. On merit, one can not judge proust/senna/schumacher/vettel/hamilton based on phenotype or gender or language or geographic forebearance... they can only be judged as humans, with a gift of being able to be fast while in a moving machine, and able to adjust that machine. Unfortunately while fortunately, the human mind does not allow us to ignore difference. In the same way a man can see one woman from one hundred and feel for her a connection bridging time, is the same way a child can look on a wall of champions and feel empty when they can not see someone who looks like them. Lewis Hamilton, like tiger Woods, like the Williams Sisters can not undo the financial inequalities or weaknesses or strengths from one community to another, they can not repair systemic damages in billion dollar sporting industries propped up over centuries. But, they can offer a challenge to someone who does not look like or have the same gender as Schumacher or Niklaus or Mcenroe... said challenge is not to love a sport, a sign to loving a sport is not embedded in participation when a sports culture or rules are biased or not open... said challenge is to accept the bias/restriction/oppositon in the community about a sport whether you participate or not. When Lewis Hamilton or tiger Woods or the WIlliams Sisters win, they challenged and challenge those not white to accept the biases in motorized racing/golf/tennis while participating as they want. Easy to say but not see to do, thus why it took those three for many not white to watch racing or golf or tennis. Cause humans fortunately or unfortunately feel excommunicated when they don't see their own. And the william sisters prove it can bear fruit. When you see Naomi Osaka, you see that some will rise to the challenge. Will some rise to the challenge Lewis Hamilton raises? some already have and more will come. Will it change formula 1 thoroughly? no, thorough change to any large community requires more than one person and requires usually a long time, especially through peaceful means. But it is a beginning of a race, and while lewis hamilton may not make it to an end where motorized racing is participated by all the way soccer is, he can say, he did well to bring fuel to the engine of the car, someone who will reach that end, will use. End what I would had said ... a belief exist, that competition drives people to improve, that belief is designed to ignore environment and focus on the individual. see whether an individual is given every opportunity or none, competition can exploit weakness. The belief has truth but it misses a key point. An individual that improves through competition gardless their challenges does not have to be the best at something. Opportunity provides more stimulus to impovisation than competition. Why? unfair competition blockade opportunity to improve and unfair competition stem from inequal opportunity. Lewis Hamilton/Tiger Woods/The Williams Sisters are examples of individuals who improved over inequal opportunity, but their success does not validate the competitions they are in. It is time for everyone to accept unfairness in sporting opportunity, not to criminalize it or illegalize it but to admit it, and sequentially stop glorifying it as ideal when one overcomes any competitions inequal opportunities. <referral https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/IeAvTqlp5?fid=1034:4434768268361449 > -------------------------------------------- Title: Referee quality I Quote Ross Dyer Begin quote This helps prove Martin Atkinson & Anthony Taylor aren’t fit to referee in PL or be VARs: Missed 2 clear EFC penalties (Sanchez trip on Richarlison (did not review) & Alli handball (even with a several-minute review & clear contact above head)). + Missed red card for Sanchez. End quote A referee relegation/promotion is the answer. We relegate teams based on quality, a system to do the same to referees is the key. The problem is, creating and utilizing such a system in large bureaucracies like UEFa or globally known Football associations like the FA or USSoccer come with a complex web of media/legal/bureaucratic challenges that will make anything produced cumbersome or dysfunctional, like video assisted refereeing itself. < referral https://twitter.com/RossDyerTV/status/1191774810189291521> ----------------------------------- Title: Il Drama I learned about the napoli drama first on sportsburst with gabby amado < @gabamado > side Mike fuentes < @mikefountains> The reality is DI Laurentiis as an owner is eccentric on one hand but comprehends media life is a path to money. In the usa, the usa mens national team members in silence or opposition showed a lack of support to usa womens national team members vying for equal pay. Again, as I said in round 2, the issue is the culture from males in various countries or communities that are opposed to women. It is not hard to see. Women or men who support equal pay have to state the condition of men in various countries culturally. IF the men in any country have a large opposition to women, equal pay in general will be opposed, cause men in most countries control the financial winds. <video https://twitter.com/FFA/status/1191855291047899136 > In amendment English women want Equal pay, post Australia... again, Australia has led some to believe, why can't every country, well every country's male populace, is not interested as a community in equal pay. LEt us not kid ourselves when it comes to money, someones gain is always someone elses lose, I do not care what any one say. Fiscal capitalism, global fiscal capitalism does not allow someone to make more money today while someone does not lose more money the same day. <referral https://nbsportslive.com/england-women-call-for-the-fa-to-introduce-equal-pay-with-mens-side/ > ----------------------------------- Title: UEFA Womens Champions League semifinals The list of participants are Atletico Madrid/FC Barcelona Olympique Lyonnais/FC Bayern Munich Glasgow City FC/VFL Wolfsburg Arsenal/PAris Saint Germain My atleti have not done so well against FC Barcelona this season. These two matches may decide long term if the colcheneras can battle against barca femeni My TEAMOL versus Bayern munich is a battle, not as tough as against Wolfsburg but definitely a battle. Some suggest that the english womens league is the best league in U.E.F.A. , that is the silliest thing to me, the best league in UEFA based on champions league results is germany, seconded by france, plain or simple. Like in the mens game, english media hype and the global anglophone seem to control how sport leagues are placed. This tie is the best in the semifinals Wolfsburg got it easy against Glasgow City. I am not suggesting glasgow didn't earn it, but glasgow have no historical precedence to suggest they will defeat wolfsburg over two legs. Arsenal are the historic biggest team from England but PSG is getting stronger and with that french attacking youth , they are very dangerous. One thing that is interesting is the increasing latin power, in the mens game latin europe dominate the champions league , in the womens game, german europe, which includes england dominate, but latin europe is beginning to take over the womens game and will probably not lose hold once it does. < referral https://twitter.com/NBSports_Live/status/1192788939939237888 > ---------------------------------- Title: Another round of US Soccer talk Phil Scheon shared an article from Geoff Cameron, the following is my reply Begin quote Cameron made three point: UsSoccer does not have a competitive culture throughout its structure, the stewards or stalwarts in ussoccer are dysfunctional to improvement, the culture in ussoccer is an unwarranted auto greatness.... While I concur to each point the problem is each point reflect a situation beyond ussoccer. The uncompetitive or patronage culture is not bounded to soccer, it exist in all youth sport, in all professional, professional meaning paid athletics sport. If you play basketball in the streets and never accept a nike camp or agent or college program you can not be a professional athlete. The system of youth development in all sport in the usa is based on patronage. the coach for most well known high school basketball teams is a god, he holds childrens fate in his hands. He is not someone there for the children or layers as cameron suggest. The second part of the uncompetitiveness is beyond soccer while throughout all sport in the usa. The statian franchise model allows any sport club in any league that utilizes it to be safe from its own mismangement. Players when they are at fault are fired or demoted or transfered. Coaches when at fault are fired. But what happens when administration is at fault... the answer is relegation. Relegation isn't about players or coaches, it is a sign to an organizations quality amongst its peers. How can competitive culture grow when the clubs owners or administrators are safe from the penalty to owners or administrators that relegation allow provides. But, how to improve the culture? will require a change in usa sport culture itself, which will take a lot of money, and most absent any fiscal return. The second point I consider from Cameron is the stewards issue. Again, when you look at the sporting landscape in the usa, it is full of stewards or stalwarts rotating positions and safe , no different than bruce arena or others. And, like the stewards and stalwarts, the financial controllers behind every sport support the use of the stewards and stalwarts. It will take new owners purposefully not utilizing stewards and stalwarts to change their use in any sport in the usa, but that goes back to money. The unwarranted autogreatness, which is why ussoccer fans can oppose usa players playing in better leagues is part of a larger cultural issue in the usa. It is the same reason why basketball players in the usa didn't run to china to play in greater number, or baseball players haven't over the years considered japan or mexico better for their careers. The USA internal media always has espoused a usa greatness that is reflected in the dislike of usa athletes playing overseas. How to change that is more than money, a raw cultural viewpoint, that will take alot of money to saturate advertising enough to get any hold. My final point is, as in all these ussoccer report articles, the money needed to amake the changes is never spoken of, and absent the money, the competitiveness/stalwarts/unwarranted pride will remian in ussoccer or any other sport in the usa. End quote What I learned growing up as a kid in new york city, is the money in sport is truly massive and those who control each sport in the usa utilize the same model that brings them great profit but is a rigid lattice to changes if you do not have the money for it. <referral https://www.facebook.com/officialphilschoen/posts/986014368401036?__tn__=-R > <article https://www.theplayerstribune.com/en-us/articles/geoff-cameron-what-must-change-in-u-s-soccer?fbclid=IwAR242SFhZ1EOM3-DQa0mmtixX9SW-QiZOsSYqxaNU8R4ieWncUlvJgKOGOM > ---------------------------------- Title: Good Thoughts Congratulations on Anjor Mary winning NWPL player of the season Congratulations to Rivers Angels for winning the NWPL16Super4 congrats to Sakai Kumagai for her 200th match <referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-753 > Congratulations to the NAdeshiko win the AFC U19 womens championship also congratulations to Korea DPR and Japan who are into the U20 world cup <referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-762 > LEwis Hamilton won the mexican grand prix <referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-747 > And, lewish hamilton won second in the USA grand prix and won his sixth world title, only one behind schumacher Congratulations to Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira for winning the world rugby championship , he hangs up his boots on top of the world < referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-758 > ----------------------------------- Title: Conclusion Thank you for listening, if you have something you want me to talk about you can message me on my A.A.L.B.C. blog as a guest. A myth that is constantly pushed in homes or media in the anglophone world, a myth that has never been true. Patronage always was and is the way people succeed and patronage always requires a patron, a father, a giver, who gives you the opportunity based on the their desires, not your merit. Vardy always worked hard, but his opportunities came cause others allowed it, it was not straight from his actions. For merit to be the determining factor in sport, you can not have owners in sport... what is the fear in not accepting merit as the primary aspect to opportunity in athletes lives? < referral https://twitter.com/farouq_yahaya/status/1187842481297285121 > ------------------------------------------ Title: Rel/Pro in the USA I paraphrase girdiron player JJ Watt Begin quote The part that really enthralls me about it, is the consequences of what could happen, if you lose you are literally out of the league, it is not like you get the first draft pick and your back you are out of the league and you have to earn your way back in, i felt like that is such an incredible competition, there is nothing else like that in the worlda, and the fans over there are insane and they live and die with their teams End quote JJ Watt was refering to the relegation and promotion common throughout all futebol or soccer outside the united states of america. The key point he made ofr me, is citing the structure ot the competition is harder in itself because of relegation. That is the key that I iwsh more fans of womens soccer comprehended concerning the National womens soccer league or usa based sports in general. The idea in the usa is, since you don't have relegation or promotion , teams should be more invigorated since they suffer no penalty upon failure. But, the reverse happens. All sports leagues in the usa are filled with teams that quit halfway through the season and can ot invigorate cause they are safe. Most in the usa deem the gridiron, played in the NFL , to be the hardest sport, in an athletic sense. sequentially, for a nfl player to openly admit the competitive system in the NFL is not the best or better than one having relegation and promotion need to be heeded more Can womens soccer in the usa utilize relegation and promotion if the male game in the usa does not? < referral https://twitter.com/danielworkman/status/1188153117122150400 > <referred by Steve Graff https://twitter.com/SG_Calcio > ----------------------------- Title: Equal pay I paraphrase what I said to Ellen Busolo Begin paraphrase good point Ellen, but does the male community outside the usa in most other countries allow or support gender equality in pay more or less than the male community in the usa? USWNT do dominate the pro side, but the potency of women outside the usa is not equal in their countries End paraphrase The problem in equal pay as a global movement is the truth in the gender balance in many countries in humanity. To put it bluntly, most countries in humanity don't have a female community that is empowered. In most countries the female contingent is subservient to the male in every sector, thus why womens sport in most countries is not more advanced as it can be. Ellen makes a truthful point, but the path to undoing that point requires each country in humanity to have womens empowerment movements that most have not, and will not have by external coercion. Can sport communities accept geographic inequalities off the pitch must reflect on it? https://twitter.com/Ln_Tee/status/1189179637437472768 ----------------------- Title: NCAA aand the gradual end of the student athlete Gavin MCLeavy reported that the NCAA board has made recommendations to allow across the federation, all athletes have the ability to profit from endorsements, something california imposed on its own. This was my reply to his blog Begin quote To the past, it is extremely unfortunate this took so long, it is not an exaggeration to say that the NCAA model came from the slave plantations economic model in the history of the U.S.A.. Many former student athletes may shed many tears unadvertised or known if this recommendation becomes accepted. To modernity, it is a win for athletes in the major sports to gain financially outside being drafted in, it is bigger for student athletes in sports not as popular as the major ones. Colleges or Universities will each do one from three thing: embrace this by inviting and aiding to manage sponsorships, oppose this by making clauses for their athletes in their contracts, do middle of the ground allowing some athletes the ability to make money while restricting others. To the future, a question of the major leagues structure is key. If Gridiron players in NCAA can make sponsorship money then it bears a question to their athletic role. Some may ask why the NFL/NBA/NHL can't be expanded to include college teams. MLB will have to wonder where does AAA/AA baseball exist with student athlete baseball players able to make money. WOmens Soccer may make the biggest shift as the salary in womens professional soccer is so low, it will make the college players , under scholarship with sponsorship money able to be equivalent in pay at a certain level to professional female soccer players. End Quote I am happy for modern student athletes and athletes in the future, but the NCAA colleges/universities had the last century to make money off of athletes, many who lived or live financially poor. It is a statian story in labor that owners get free labor or unfairly cheap labor for a long time before labor is given anything near proper due. Since the financial abuse to student athletes can not be redeemed, is it possible to make all labors in the sporting world utilize fair wage? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75hnFA8CuF0&feature=player_embedded referral https://mgmathletes.weebly.com/updates/student-athletes-can-start-making-money ----------------------------------------------- Title: Good Thoughts < use womens soccer roundup 3, photos 4 > Congratulations again on North Carolina Courage winningt he NWSL title Happy belated birthday to YOSHIDA Nagisa from INAC Kobe Congratulations to Fran Kirby for at least 100 appearances for CHelsea ladies Congratulation on Chelsea ladies winning the supercup against Fiorentina < referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/?do=findComment&comment=745 > Congratulations on Atletico madrid defeating Manchester City women Banyana Banyana, the south african womens team has a new logo, remember to see the transcript to see a link to the image Congratulations to UEFA for forcing the national womens soccer league to increase payment to players < referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-749 > Congratulations to Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku on becoming the new head of the ghana football association < referral https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/9/?tab=comments#comment-747 > ----------------------------------- Title: Conclusion Thank you for listening, if you have something you want me to talk about you can message me on my A.A.L.B.C. blog as a guest. As a point, the highest media profile chinese player in NBA history, Yao Ming, played for the Rockets. I quote Lebron: "When you’re misinformed or you’re not educated about something, and I’m just talking about the tweet itself, you never know the ramifications that can happen ... Yes, we all do have freedom of speech. But at times, there are ramifications for the negative that can happen when you’re not thinking about others and you’re only thinking about yourself. I don’t want to get into a feud with Daryl Morey, but I believe he wasn’t educated on the situation at hand and he spoke. ...So many people could have been harmed — not only financially, but physically, emotionally, spiritually. Just be careful about what we tweet, what we say and what we do. Yes, we do have freedom of speech, but there can be a lot of negative that comes with that, too. ... I think when we talk about the political side, I think it’s a very delicate situation. Very sensitive situation ... For me personally, if any of you guys know me or always cover me, you guys know when I speak about something, I speak about something I’m very knowledgeable about" end quote. Many people opined Lebron's statement was false but I want to go through it to see where any falsehood reside. Lebron's first point is those who are misinformed or miseducated , based on their writing, can not know the ramifications to their words. What is false in that point. Daryl Morey is not chinese or from Hong Kong. Morey being an massachusetts Institut of Tehcnology graduate does not give him a license to speak on anything as an informed person. Morey made his quote while Statian, statian meaning from the usa, basketball players were playing in China. If a Statian basketball player would had been hurt, Morey is the sole to blame. And, the history of sport is full of fans whose emotions/passions/energy act independently to any law. Morey could not predict the reply from chinese people. Lebron is correct. Lebron's second point is people in modernity have tools to express themselves freely, and thinking only about yourself can be absent a care to the ramifications to others and Morey in particular was ignorant to the situation. Firs to freedom of speech. It is true, in modernity, throughout china or the usa, tools are available to express yourself freely. If you go to a chinese website like Weibo, not every post is against China or for the special administrative division in china known as hong kong. Morey as general manager to a sports team , tweeting in the usa, was clearly not in any danger or had any fear of ramifications from the chinese government or usa media. The chinese goverment was too far away or doesn't have a way to manipulate his finances while media in the USA rarely attacks owners or administrators. USA media likes cheap targets like employees or players. Sequentially, Morey was free from harm. Lastly, his ignorance. The following is Morey's original quote: "Fight for Freedom. Stand for Hong Kong" End quote. Morey's quote confirms Morey's ignorance. First, freedom. For Hong Kong to be in need of freedom suggest Hong Kong is being taken over by China. Hong Kong is a special administrative division in China. Hong Kong is a part of china. Hong Kong is not an independent republic. Hong Kong is equivalent to native american reservations or washington d.c. Do people consider native american reservations in the U.S.A. as independent republics? Is washington d.c. independent from the u.s.a.? he then reaffirms the faux independence of Hong Kong. Can people outside the usa stand for the district of columbia, where the white house sits, or the Cattaraugus Reservation in new york state? Morey assertion to a need for freedom or independence concerning Hong Kong is ignorant to the situation. The problem in Hong Kong is a matter of rights or oppression from the higher governmental level. And, it is in terms of rights or oppression that Morey in not speaking on it, shows greater ignorance. First, Hong Kong was started as a piece of the British Empire. Hong Kong never had freedom as a part of the british empire, including after world war II. If you think Hong Kong had freedom in the british empire then you must think Puerto Rico is free, as a territory of the U.S.A. in modernity. No territory is ever free. Second, China had no obligation to do anything outside its own desire when the British handed hong kong over circa 1995. Sequentially, China allowed Hong Kong a special administrative status on their own desires. Now it is true, that Hong Kong represented a quarter of China's port income at that time. And it is not hard to see that a Hong Kong less valuable as a city financially makes it lose value to Beijing. After said truth, the issue of Hong Kong is a myriad of things. It is part extradition battle, hong kong doesn't have extradition to mainland china for all cases especially concerning the fiscal ruling class or hong kong/part cultural friction, the mandarin culture is growing whether forced or not in a place groomed to view cantonese as a symbol unto itself or its uniqueness/part governmental failures, from Hong Kong's leadership not working hard giving the time it was given by beijing to change hong kong's role while integrate it closer to the rest of china ASIDE the people's republic not making a greater effort to merge a special administrative division that was losing unique value/part mishandling to a simple clear murder case in my view that exposed how poorly the merger of hong kong into china has occured. But like Morey I am not Chinese, but unlike Morey I will not opine who is to blame more or less in any of said myriad things. And that is the greatest crime of Morey's statement, that lead to the third point of Lebron. LEbron's third point was that many people, not confined to merely basketball players, could had been hurt, not only financially but physically- emotionally- spiritually. People have to be more careful what they say through electronic media.Negative consequence can grow more than we can imagine. Morey's statement was used by those in or out of china to be viewed as support for HOng Kong as if Beijing is all to blame or some interloper while used by those in our out of china to be viewed as support for the people's republic as if Hong Kong is seperated and acting as traitor. Any descent youtube search and you can hear where people , chinese or related to chinese have had personal schisms based on this issue and Morey only stoked fires. In the same way the media, cnbc plus fox plus most others, in the u.s.a. showed similar fire stoking skills during current president donald trump's candidacy. We all know some of said schisms had all sorts of injuries, financial, physical, spiritual or other. Lebron's last point was simple. These governmental/cultural issues are delicate and when Lerbon speaks on a subject, he is knowledgeable. Lebron wasn't speaking on China's government or any subdivision in it, speaking of the special administrative division known as Hong Kong. Lebron was speaking on Morey and how conveying messages when popular in modenrity has to be done with care or you create negativities, all to often unknown or seperate from yourself. Lebron is totally correct or true. In the transcript, which is linked in the Description of this audiobook, is a video from a youtuber, the duran < https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jTJhxJX2Cs > which is a good viewing to get a balanced view to the HOng Kong issue. It goes into detail about events that led up to this clash. I repeat Lebron said nothing wrong concerning Morey or China as a whole or any part from it. ----------------------------------------- Title: Lebron's statement part 2 A chinese man from hong kong stated < https://sports.yahoo.com/ted-cruz-alexandria-ocasio-cortez-cosign-congressional-request-that-nba-suspend-activities-in-china-021745024.html > , through unconfirmed translation that I paraphrase, that he thinks lebron is no longer great but good and that a difference exist between a great basketball star and a hero. First, assessment to lebron as a basketball player can be statistical or philosophical. the philosophical is up to each person, the statistical shows itself he is one of the greatest in this era. As for lebron being a hero. no basketball player is a hero but every athlete can speak truth. Morey wasn't a hero for his tweet, he was an interferer from a distance. Lebron wasn't a hero for his comment but he was more than a basketball player, lebron was an honest man, maybe that chinese basketball fan from hong kong can learn from lebron and be honest about hong kong going forward. One thing I know, for any team to work most positive, on the basketball court or off, the teammates must work together giving or providing to each other with as much prescience as possible from their erudition or wisdom. The chinese basketball fan position through his translated words shows he is not being prescient or his erudition or wisdom is not at a level to help him be so. < https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3rOeZO8T0pg > In amendment, the following is not about lebron's quote exactly, but about the responsibility lebron referred to.... Ocasio Cortez side Ted Cruz found unity between the elephant and donkey concerning this china issue. This proves how many monied interests are involved in the usa involvement in the media position to the scenario in china between the special administrative division known commonly as hong kong and the remainder of the people's republic of china. A special administrative zone is like washington d.c. in the usa. Why are these parties, who can't come together to make positive functional legislation in the usa, able to come together for a part of china, considering the only people it will hurt are people living in china, whether citizens to china or statians, people from the usa, in china. People like cruz and cortez couldn't unite on Kaepernick but can unite on Hong Kong? that is telling < https://sports.yahoo.com/ted-cruz-alexandria-ocasio-cortez-cosign-congressional-request-that-nba-suspend-activities-in-china-021745024.html > ------------------------------------- Title: Zlatan and Major league soccer with a slice of Pulsic in US Soccer please Jimmy Conrad made a point < https://twitter.com/JimmyConrad/status/1187586483214925824 > . I paraphrase him, that he feel he can start in LA Galaxy's backline now eight year after retirement. While proving his point is not the issue, he beg a question, that he did not have space to suggest, even if he wanted. The question is simple. If LA Galaxy is supposed to be a top team in MAjor LEague Soccer, then how can a retired player make that statement. Can you imagine Jimmy Conrad saying that about Barcelona/Atletico Madrid/Manchester City/Bayern Munich/Juventus/Flamengo/River Player ? Many people have stated Zlatan is false for his comments to Major LEague Soccer. But, I recall the less vocal Thierry Henry or Andrea Pirlo or Bastian SChweinsteiger. During Henry's time in New York RedBulls or Andrea Pirlo's time in NYC Football Club or Schwiensteiger's in Chicago Fire can anyone suggest those clubs showed ambition or planning and sequentially ownership that is serious about success? Each player I just mentioned is a world cup winner, a player deemed a legend at a club in UEFA, france side arsenal, italy side ac milan or juventus, germany side bayern munich respectively. Those players wasted their time and so did Rooney at DC United or Zlatan currently still at LA Galaxy. Major LEague soccer teams are not serious about success. It is that simple. US media and the financial fan environment in the u.s.a. allows a negative sports league, Major league soccer, to be deemed a shining light. Zlatan is telling the truth. But, the problem is not Major LEague soccer. THe real problem is USSoccer. Phil Schoen asked people on his facebook page < https://www.facebook.com/officialphilschoen/posts/962578674077939?__xts__%5B0%5D=68.ARDP_s0DsO_tAHjg1eDLpdXnMg3dO918I13JlgkK8499-oeOtV0WNgDHVVdiaC-Gp_tOCIzvveV4xSPdarM8EfKNwI98tQBumIRNe8x_oz4htGFx3O8oLpxXfmb6bl3H3LbYd0IRwWTTs9tQWU5ek8YvnTJdk41G4qT-tTPAn7F4lRAhHHLJIcNudNJdQIZkvmO3rmnto0Rg901GzPPjJjtWKPKuYqvnfVSIGw8EE506v6fyB1ABxBEPtKdRQ42I1nFLTLdPI-KIceSIH24DAf69wJ7XFgjprXRdkzjZ7AtjbhMgkEUHa0ssPPUDtMiA1v4-HLvImrep9CSZq48&__tn__=-R > to vent on USSoccer and I said the following. Begin quote "Mr Schoen, I do not know if the following is a vent, and it definitely will not be comprehensive as your vent. But, I remember being a teenager who played soccer every day and had no local club, no league no anything. Streetball and a disconnected secondary school team. Then fifa said the usa will have a league. In my head i thought wow! I thought NYC was going to be full of teams. So many communities, so many people who love the game. In my head I saw something closer to the brasilian set up than the nfl. Then reality hit, the ussoccer organization i did not comprehend or know aside the nfl influence i didn't realize was involved, and MLS was born. In the end of the day, ussoccer allowed the creation of MLS and then both parties went about a plan that was never going to be as good as possible. The problem is the financial potency of the parties behind ussoccer/mls aside the administrative hindrances in ussoccer/mls mean the only way change can occur is if someone has a lot of money to push them or the bureaucracy aside. That is a tall order" end quote The problem is the financial winds are in play and will take a very large amount of money to correct now, thus, USSoccer is on a road it can not leave from... concerning the men's game. you see this in the media coverage to Pulisic to MLS in the USA which is the plot the monied interests behind ussoccer planned. The monied interest behind us soccer want usa players hyped absent warrant. They want MLS teams hyped absent warrant. This controls the media narrative as most online will follow the media narrative. MLS teams have never won the concacaf champions league or its predescessor tournaments twice in a row and in truth, barely make the final. Yet, in the media MLS is a comparative league to Liga MX. You see this in UEFA, to be fair, that is why the EPL is deemed greater than la liga in spain or serie a in italy even though epl teams do not dominate the u.e.f.a. champions league. Confederation cup tournaments for clubs allow the best teams from each league to compete against each other, its results prove the quality of the clubs and by extension the leagues they are from. Liga MX is not only better than MLS, it is overwhelmingly better, and the proof is the concacaf champions league where MLS teams have a role no greater than the leagues from the fiscally impoverished countries in the caribbean or central america. BUT, US Soccer has one zone it can undo its dysfunction absent a need for finances beyond extraordinary. That place is in the womens soccer system. I watched the NWSL semifinals < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/8/?tab=comments#comment-733 > and comparing it any from the Liga MX Femenino compeititons I have watched < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/page/7/?tab=comments#comment-696 > NWSL is already inferior to LigaMX Femenino in a soccer playing sense. NWSL's success is the role the national collegiate athletic association has in womens soccer, as the last womens world cup had only three teams that did not have a former NCAA player. Women around the world enjoy the student athlete collegiate experience as most countries are negative or absent when it comes to female athletics in general. Sequentially, NWSL gets access to a strong amateur culture that over time will be undone, but for now is very viable. But, the NWSL project has serious problems in its planning from above. The league is not merely the third incarnation of a womens league but it has no team in california. How can a project be considered serious absent a team in california. Consider that the english womens program used to be aligned to NWSL and is now aligned to continental UEFA. NWSL has some advantages but most come from external sources, the NCAA or womens opportunity in the usa itself. The dysfunction is made most clear in the expansion franchise in Louisville. Now, for the record, I support the expansion of the national womens soccer league. But I oppose, first the lack of admittance in media that the womens program can be changed by USsoccer absent large financial entries, second the denial in those who want changes in the NWSL that all the best changes require extreme contrast to the us sporting landscape. ... As always, when I suggest change, I end with giving my suggestions. Womens soccer through fiscal revenue or cultural linkage does not have the same scenarios that allow the mens soccer model in the usa to be utilized in it. First, each state in the usa, needs to have their own womens soccer league table, that utilizes relegation and promotion, all set in the same time frame, meaning every league will be in the calendar year or between two calendar years but every league in every state must start and end around the same time, the team at the top of the first tier being the champion of the state. This one act means a team like western new york flash no longer has to be placed in a lesser role with a purposeful ownership.Teams in California do not have to worry about traveling to new york city to exist. Owners to teams can be more than millionaires or billionaires but can be open to phenotypical or genderwise or linguisitic or other racial demographics that have a smaller financial footprint than white males, in the usa. Said non white male owners also will open up youth programs in their communities through the clubs. That will allow a saturation into the multiracial society in the usa that all sports lack currently. The competitiveness will spur long term improvement in each state as nothing separates the better from the best like relegation or promotion. Second, the champions from each state will be part of a fifty team us open cup. I suggest a one leg phase in each round. Third, the name change is simple from National womens soccer league to the National Womens Soccer Leagues. ... I realize many may suggest I am asking too little or not enough. But, when you look at the most successful womens or mens programs throughout humanity, clubs have a huge role in the development of players, more than the football associations. The key is to allow clubs to grow throughout, something that has occured in UEFA or COnmebol but has been denied in russia/china/usa. The most important point is, USSoccer can make this change now, absent a huge financial investment or lose. Womens ways do not have to be mens ways. Those in the sport media need to push that Womens soccer in the usa can be improved in ways other than mens soccer and those changes do not require the fiscal cost that are highly prevalent in mens soccer. ----------------------------------------------- Title: Good Thoughts Congratulations to Aries Susanti Rahayu the female indonesian muslim hijab wearing living legend for becoming the world record holder for speed climbing https://twitter.com/AdwoaLioness/status/1186564717038444545 < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/?do=findComment&comment=734 > Congratulations on Chicago Red Stars side North cArolina Courage making the NWSL playoff finals Ada hegerberg broke the record for number of goals in the uefacl for a player, but like messi or cr7, they have spent most of their career healthy as the primary offensive player on the top teams. this helps achieve great goal tally heights Internacional won the final of the Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino Sub-18 against Sao Paulo, two legs aggregate 2-1 < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/?do=findComment&comment=725 > Ferroviaria for succeeding over Corinthians to become the Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino A-1 champions < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/?do=findComment&comment=729 > Eliud Kipchoge - world record holder for a marathon, under two hour in the race great success for simone biles who earned more trophies than any other gymnast in a career ----------------------------------- Title: Conclusion Thank you for listening, if you have something you want me to talk about you can message me on my A.A.L.B.C. blog as a guest. 7. Midweek 10/1/2019 10/2/2019 #UEFACL #CopaLibertadores 10/1/2019 Real Madrid vs CLub Brugge- the second half change, Areola on for Courtois and then the great marelo in wide back was telling from zidane. Areola is better at mobility than Courtois, plain or simple. For belgium, courtois had a defender like vincent kompany and midfielders like nainngolan or fellaini. to be fair, the club brugge captain made a dangerous tackle on viniciusjr, viniciusjr to his credit didn't make a big deal of it, but it could had been devastating for the young player Mignolet save https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9y1rrClb?fid=1034:4422757115710326 Kroos attempt- he had one after, if on target, the score would had been by halftime 2-2 https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9y74b7vt?fid=1034:4422760454389372 Emmanuel Bonaventure 2 - purely on fire, but the second was a real madrid mistake from Modric. https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9y95q70w?fid=1034:4422760970003473 Sergio Ramos goal - the angle originally shown makes ramos offside, but people have to remember the lens are curved and distort angles. the flatter overhead shows he is onside. , but the real key is marcelo, he came on and the modulation from defense to attack, the craft, rose by heights, he truly is a galacticos. I will love to see marcelo post real madrid in the inter miami project. https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9yl0sZ58?fid=1034:4422768981144033 Casemiro goal- a player hated when he came in, but a true winner. I love big conmebol nights. All the top teams in conmebol are full of true footballers. Nicolas De La Cruz is the player of the match. The best midfield play from him. But overall, River was a faster team as a collective. MArcelo Gallardo is a great coahc, my favorite Conmebol coach. When some OL fans , in offside beat suggested a coaching change My thoughts on leon offside episode 10 This is the beginning of the sylvinho era under the juninho management. We must have patience. Aulas is a planning man, he is not one to give the reigns absent someone who has a plan. LEt us give the plan time to mature. OL are seven points behind the best of the rest leader Angers. The season is long, angers/nantes/lille/om/ognice/bordeaux/rennes/reims/montpellier will drop points. let us take it easy. Last season Atletic bilbao in spain were fighting against relegation, look how high they are on the table now. you have to let a plan play out. Sylvinho or juninho leaving now, will be totally disruptive. We have to give them the season. ... Someone shared a video, that said senior players run the locker room. the problem in OL is we don't have many leaders in the mens team, in parallel, the womens team is full of leaders, has leaders on the bench. You guys point on sylvinho focusing on defense is parallel to mourinho pushing pogba to give more energy defensively. SYlvinho is asking these attacking players to defend with as much vigor as they attack, it is tiring, but it is possible, look at atletio madrid. Players have to rise to the challenge. OL do need to be better defensively. Not for me, give sylvinho the whole season. It is time to push industriousness into OL, we are a youth team. We develop and sell youth. We need to get the culture to change. COnmebol teams players are ready to defend as a team and attack in brilliance. Let the conmebol way come into Lyon. Look at Santos/Flamengo/ many conmebol teams culture have that defense first, attack sharply, fight for 90 minutes. excellent point Arianna, if you can't give time to a coach, then what coach wants to waste their time. We are one, yes, juninho will burn every bridge as a sporting director, juninho in choosing sylvinho and backing him means both have to go if one go, but aulas said he wanted juninho as the sporting director, so if sylvinho/juninho/aulas can not all be fired based on each giving the later the blessing. I agree OL will work it out, prove it to the players that this team works on a project. ... the problem with the two other pundits is neither gave a name, name names to replace sylvinho. ... a name was mentioned, mourinho? aulas is not willing to spend the money mourinho want, second mourinho will want to replace all these lackluster in defense players. Mourinho had a young team in porto when he won the uefa champions league, but he had a few senior team leaders and some world class young players on that team. OL mens do not have that kind of squad. article https://lyonoffside.com/2019/10/01/podcast-episode-10-samba-cut-short/ tweet https://twitter.com/AScavs/status/1179079369945485313 FLamengo vs Gremio People like Ray Hudson say that this is the new modern football, but I disagree. LEagues are not forced to use goal line technology or video assisted refereeing. Just cause western UEFA side the USA champion it does not mean any other league had to follow, they chose to. If I ever control a league I will deny the use to both tools, cause they are not needed. IT is well known over 90% of the calls in futebol pre goal line technology or video assisted refereeing were correct. So neither technology was about getting calls right, but reaching a @gabamado the problem in #VAR is encapsulated in FLamengo Gremio leg 1, if flamengo lose the tie, pundits will go on about the modern game, but that is a lie. this is about how a flawed system is interpreted based on human interpretation in a video room on top of human interpretation on the pitch. why can't pundits accept human error on goals when they accept human error everywhere else on the pitch? VAR take Flamengo 1 from Everton Ribeiro - the gremio player clearly flopped, the problem with a system designed to follow the rules strictly is the actions of players are being deceptive, thus must be taken into account, but when a system says the rulebook is the beginning moddle or end, then it is a foul, but it is clearly acting by a gremio player. And to be honest, VAR can not allow for referee interpretation cause it loses all functionality. you don't need var to get referee interpretation. https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9KwdfaXn?fid=1034:4423236058868203 VAR take Flamengo 2 from Gabriel Barbossa- https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9KAjo9Lx?fid=1034:4423237841388939 Bruno Henrique Goal - VAr may interpret ribeiro or barbossa false but var is not denying Henrique! https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9KUWvUO4?fid=1034:4423252442072216 VAR take Flamengo 3 from Gabriel Barbossa https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9LcO2wYl?fid=1034:4423262097354952 Pepe goal - Flamengo were denied three goals, two in the first half lifted up Gremio.VAR is not a neutral system and that is the problem. Aiding one side that is playing poorly is unfair naturally. Beyond the fact that human choices , no matter how many video screens are available are human choices, no other than the ones being made on the pitch, the augmentation to success is extremely negative to the team that scores and this match proved it. https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I9Lga3Vvt?fid=1034:4423264186130898 in amendment https://twitter.com/Jaimefmacias/status/1179589818268958722 el ganador es VAR, VAR se hizo cargo de un partido.
  8. dissOLution Rabeeta Farooque asked a question : I just...don't understand this mentality issue that Lyon have. We now have two successive coaches who say the same thing, and players over three seasons also claiming the same. What could cause so many talented players to be so disconnected so frequently? Asking seriously. https://twitter.com/OffsideBeet/status/1176491717681438720 The following is my reply The reasons are many. No reason is above another but I have a series: definition to success, winning reality, winning possibility, financial reality in the club/financial reality in the league, club goals. Definition to success- what is success? are you a successful player cause you are playing or are you a successful player when you are a member to a certain team or financial bracket? OL's squad is full of journeyman or former youth players whose definition to success is varied. You can argue, OL feminin are similar, and that is true. OL feminin have many former youth players or journeywomen players. But, the winning reality or possibility in OL femenin offsets any individual definition to success in the squad. When players see success varying, the variance is emitted on the pitch. Winning reality- The reality is , lifting trophies in france consistently over modern PSG is going to take more money than aulas wants to give. PSG have tons of talented players, no shame in admitting it. OL do not have a talisman, do not have a huge goal getter, do not have a captain in the back, compared to what PSG paid for. yes, barcelona got lucky and had a magical youth team that was able to come in literally in a two season span. but, that is a lucky thing that rarely happens. The winning reality in OL masculin is that PSG are advantaged against us in all the competitions in france. The winning reality in OL feminin is the opposite. They have the best squad in france and the best squad in UEFA. The winning reality is they should win. When players feel the effect of the winning reality varying, it is emitted on the pitch. Winning possibility- ANything is possible. But the problem is individually accepting that is not a straight line. Can OL masculin win ligue1/coupe de france/coupe de ligue/uefa cl? yes. Is the chances high? no. Are individual players having issues overcoming the possibility with belief? yes. But the parallel is in OL femeninin. ANything is possible, just like in the men. But, OL femenin are making history, so the possibility is high to win. When players feel the effect of the winning possibility varying, it is emitted on the pitch. Financial reality of the club- OL do not have the money of PSG. AUlas is not that wealthy. Now Aulas is spending top money for OL femenin. BUT, like in OL masculin, a day will come when aulas, like berlesconi in ac milan, is at a financial limit and the club wil lhave to find new owners to invest more or be under the investment line, not top of it. OL masculin when aulas was near the top or the top in france had the money to overcome others, now OL do not have the money to overcome PSG's investment, a day will come with OL femenin do not have the money to overcome PSG femenin. I see this in my atletico madrid women. atletico madrid women won the last three domestic titles in spain. BArca women brought in oshoala and are now doing what PSG femenin have not been able to do to OL femenin in france, but they have the money to do it. The financial reality of OL masculin in the modern PSG era has put the club under pressure to have a better system. Spanish teams have existed with real/barca for near 100 years, PSG modernity started about ten season ago, it will take time for french clubs to adjust to what the financial reality means in terms of their planning. Players in teams trying to find a way to overcome a fiscal deficiency will display the lack of working plan on the pitch. Financial reality of the league- France has salary or labor rules/laws that make financial actions sometimes more stringement. That add pressure on teams to figure out a way to compete. Look at atletico madrid. Atletico has been the only true consistent competitor against real or barca in spain, but a blend of their youth development, hiring choices, simeone as coach all came together whether by accident or plan and they have kept up with it. but, if their planning goes awry , do they have the finances to cover their planning dysfunction? no. The financial environment in france, adds to the financial reality of clubs in a negative way. But that is not a problem it only makes the challenge higher, but overcoming that challenge will take longer for every club in france. Look at monaco, they thought a system of buying top youth and selling could work. it got them to a ligue1 title... but then the youth bought finally didn't click and the financial reality in the club or france hindered moreso, nearly leading to relegation. Players know when their team is part of the best of the rest and all players in france outside of psg in the mens game feel that. If a club has no plans then , it exacerbate that negative energy from the players and it is emitted on the pitch. The last is club goals- The goal of the club can not undo the fiscal or the winning but can make the choices better. OL masculin's problem is we have a youth development system we don't fully believe in. We get low level mercenaries like depay to offset the quality in play the youth players do not have. Aouar and fekir leave while depay stays. The keeper stays at a higher contract but it seems like a drain on the team. The new sporting director is from brazil. Many brazilian clubs like my santos know all about being a developing club. play mostly your youth, hire some mercenaries. The difference is that, like france in the past, brasil is stil a league of development. Flamengo/Corinthians are not galacticos or cashicos, so the league is even keeled. This is why the model by juninho over time will make OL the best of the rest solidly, but it will take circa five seasons to be regular, this is in year one. The players now are modulating players from the old system to the new. It will take time. Conclusion- Aulas realizes the men's team is in a negative cycle. He wants someone who comes from a heavily experienced place when it comes to being a top development team. Juninho will need time and considering aulas, the moves are part of a plan. It will be rough sailing for maybe two seasons, but by the third things will click. Patience is a virtue, where dissOLution will turn into gOLd .
  9. FC #Juarez vs #Pumas Femenil- Futbol #MExicano #Femenino Primera Division Before the match Juarez is eighteenth in the table and Pumas is twelfth. It may seem a simple win, but Pumas must win to get into the playoff. A six-point gap already exist between Pumas and the team in eight position. Luckily for now, relegation nor promotion exists in this league, thus Juarez have no fears but long term, their organization must do better. GOALS Introduction to teams https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I7M1F4qMl?fid=1034:4418527482829167 Jessica Vazquez goal- the implosion by PUMAS after two Juarez players cut through them was telling. Herrera skipping through markers and then finding Garcia who feinted and slipped the ball to Garcia. Garcia defeated Machuca but as before, the post is Machuca's friend. https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I7MAziOGs?fid=1034:4418550174315156 End match highlights- I was hoping for the last play of the game where Pumas's keeper was caught out, trying to assist in a set piece, but the Juarez player's strike was blocked by a UMAS player. https://www.weibo.com/tv/v/I7MYxArD7?fid=1034:4418563549685399 After the Match Juarez was louder than Azteca with Club America playing earlier. Juarez is at the bottom of the table but by this performance, they clearly have the ability to rise and if they play sharply, they can climb. They are not an explosive side. After the goal, they played an Italian job on PUMAS. Defensively, I was impressed by Juarez ability in the first half, but the second half came. Around the 70th minute Pumas started to raise the tempo and Juarez looked gassed, especially in defense. Machuca was beaten two times, but the bar saved Juarez. The media kept showing the female head coach of PUMAS, but that wasn't necessary. Her team played better in the second half. To be honest, UNAM or Pumas misses explain their position. I am not suggesting Juarez was bunkered into a hole, but Juarez seemed less sharp in attack, almost looking as a team to withstand this.
  10. #CopaLibertadores night 8292019 #Riverplate vs #Cerro Porteno The first leg was the decider. Two storied Brazilian clubs over two matches. Corinthians had more sharpness, but not high enough to pile on the goals. Fluminense seemed a side leering near the bottom of the brasil serie a table, but what separate cup play from league play is league play is a marathon run over various distances. while cup play is sprints with distance that must be one to progress. GOALS Pedrinho - his goal was the winner. By corinthians not giving up a goal at home, they made it where a draw or win was enough for them to progress. https://www.weibo.com/7030963893/I4AprpH4q?from=page_1005057030963893_profile&wvr=6&mod=weibotime Pablo Dyego- it was a lovely set piece from Nene. A sad tear for Ganso, former Piexe. Like Gabriel Barbossa, he should had not left Brasil for UEFA. In the end, Fluminense have to focus on the BRasileirao now. 11. #Maia and the corporate #JogoBonito - Rodrigo Maia wants to open fiscal investment from groups outside brazil , not single individuals, into clubs in brazil through forcing clubs into forming into corporations and by initiating that process be given five years tax free from Brazil. I paraphrase Maia concerning how most clubs in Brazil are administered, they are :"primary, primitive, backward". Maia also stated three clubs are fiscally feasible in the future using the current model: Flamengo, Corinthians, Palmeiras. I advocated various concepts or ideas into funding Brazilian clubs outside the socio model. Sequentially, you may think I am overjoyed at Maia. ... I am not. The first problem is his own statements. What is it about Flamengo/Corinthians/Palmeiras that make them fiscally feasible in the current model? He doesn't say or the article doesn't divulge if he ever said. Second problem is the fiscal environment, an aspect of privacy exist in the fiscal activity in the socio model that is liked by the majority of the fiscal investors in the current system. Forcing clubs to become corporations functionally will filter out any fiscal investors into the clubs in Brazil that can not afford a paper trail back to their own activities. While some will suggest this is definitely good, I am not so certain. Third is large money groups, Maia likes the ownership groups of Liverpool/Paris Saint Germain/Manchester City. But each of those groups is not domestic, Liverpool is from the usa, MCFC or PSG is from a seperate entity in Dubai. Said groups were not able to use their administrative greatness to make legendary teams in their domestic leagues that won their regional competitions. The red sox ownership group knows of the new england revolution, why haven't they tried to take it from kraft and make it a great brand? Either group from dubai hasn't led to an asian footbal confederation champions league winner from dubai? I will continue, the head coach or most players in Paris Saint Germain/Liverpool/Manchester City are not domestic. The top Brazilian teams offer opportunity to Brazilian youth more than any western UEFA top team to their own youth. Top Brazilian teams hire Brazilian coaches. Maia's plan ignores focusing on how the teams he admits are doing the best in the current environment work. While he denies through not speaking, his desire to eliminate not only the administration but the fiscal activity that has supported Brazilian soccer for a very long time, which is domestic based. And lastly, ignores the history to foreign groups from dubai or the usa, in how they manipulate the common practices of clubs, which is in stark contrast to how most Brazilian clubs operate. Now, I imagine you are thinking, he has changed his position toward foreign investment in Brasil. I have not, and I concur to Maia's ideas but not how he implements them. Maia wants to offer a tax free period after forcing clubs to change. I concur to allowing foreign fiscal investing groups, moreover individuals. But forcing a change or a tax free zone after a forcing is not needed. My plan is to allow new clubs to be made in Brazil starting at the third or fourth tier, owned by foreign investor groups or individuals, and they can have a three to four year tax break. Instead of forcing Brazilian clubs to change and eradicating the system in brazil, which produced neymar, ronaldhino, won copa libertadores, has made successes. Why not allow competition between the socio and the corporate. But, do it in the context of relegation and promotion, in the context of history. Socios have a long history in brazil, why hand corporations everything and make pay their way. If anyone wants to invest in anything seriously, they are in it for the long term. Sequentially, any serious investment group from outside brazil will want to invest long term in a club in Brazil. Let them start one, from the ground up, make history/succeed/fail just like all the socios did and do. In the end, if the corporations administration is as Maia claims, if the administration of the socio clubs is as primitive or backward as he claim, then in ten years, corporate clubs will have all the spots in the brazil serie a. I say , let competition force changes, don't force changes absent competition. Real madrid/Barcelona/Juventus/Bayern munich prove you don't need to have a non domestic ownership group to make a successful soccer team. referral https://twitter.com/Cynegeticus/status/1156321484341727232 Article in original portuguese https://globoesporte.globo.com/futebol/noticia/rodrigo-maia-quer-abrir-futebol-brasileiro-para-investidores-nos-moldes-dos-clubes-europeus.ghtml in google translate english https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=pt&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Fgloboesporte.globo.com%2Ffutebol%2Fnoticia%2Frodrigo-maia-quer-abrir-futebol-brasileiro-para-investidores-nos-moldes-dos-clubes-europeus.ghtml

Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening, wherever you are listening, I am Richard Murray and Welcome to my audio thoughts to the beautiful game and reply to football crazy episode 102, Footballcrazy has Kay L Murray on twitter as kaylmurray K-a-y-l-m-u-r-r-a-y Kev Egan is on twitter as Kev_Egan k-e-v-underscore-e-g-a-n and Des norris is on twitter as partidopooper p-a-r-t-i-d-o-p-o-o-p-e-r PErtinent links are in the transcript in my African american literary book club blog post linked in the description to this video before I speak on the show... In Womens Soccer... Congratulations on Olympique Lyonnais for defeating FC Barcelona and winning a treble. Their thirteenth domestic championship, eighth domestic cup, fourth uefa cup, brilliant, I know all the french players on Olympqiue Lyonnais have their eye on one prize, the world cup which will be held in france. https://www.weibo.com/7030963893/HuO9vswav?from=page_1005057030963893_profile&wvr=6&mod=weibotime And to the world cup, Heather O'Reilly tweeted against Ada hegerberg in a negative way, the link is in the transcript. I think in the future many female players from the usa may regret their successful past when uefa may have a powerful era in womens soccer starting with the french world cup. But, the reality is, the confederation of african football or c.a.f., the asian football confederation or a.f.c., the confederation of sudamericano futebol or conmebol and the confederation of central and north american and caribbean football concacaf have only themselves to blame. UEFA didn't start womens soccer over a hundred years ago. We all watched as UEFA grabbed womens soccer as a confederation while all the other confederations seemed totally disorganized to do the same, even though fiscally womens soccer in uefa , the union of european football associations, is not financially a juggernaut or unreachable. All the confederations outside UEFA simply have ran the race poorer than uefa but all the confederations started at the same time. Shame on them , players like oreilly from the usa, being bitter toward a uefa player is missing the better point. why couldn't ussoccer or concacaf simply do better? it wasn't money that failed ussoccer or the rest of the football world outside UEFA, it was and is organization, the structure to their bodies. https://twitter.com/HeatherOReilly/status/1131234114756120576 Also, I linked in the transcript a Great video from the German womens team - didn't know they were given a tea set when they won the first time https://twitter.com/dw_sports/status/1128306663226843137 FOOTBALL CRAZY SEGMENT BEGINS NOW TIME INDEX IN FOOTBALL CRAZY Segment, CONTENT Begin to 0:52 segment, Gary Bailey joins Kay, mr bailey is on twitter as g-a-r-y-underscore-b-a-i-l-e-y-one 0:52 La Liga segment, Zidane coach of Real MAdrid, comprehends that with alot of money demands alot of focused control. Every player counts, every position counts, and synergy matters. Bailey suggest that Zidane was nasty to Bale by not playing him but I suggest that Zidane is one of those players who treats players as he want or was treated. A no nonsense way. I agree that Real Madrid is risk reward for Zidane, but I think that is why Mourinho went back to CHelsea and went into Manchester United. The challenge matters. Quique Setién, recent former coach of Real Betis, Kay suggest Setien may go to Juventus. Bailey made the truest point to Valverde, results paper over problems, to any coach. The real problem is post Messi. 13:51 Mbappe/Neymar segment, Kay suggest he is speaking to move or have more power. But, I think his point is, I am not thinking about moves, and I want to do better no matter what. I still feel neymar/mbappe is better together in PSG. Bailey's point that Mbappe may want to go for the opportunity. What people forget is that Neymar has won the top trophy for everybluc he has been on. 18:38 title defense segment, PSG/BAyern/Juventus/Barcelona/Manchester City all defended their title. Galatasaray even made the double. but they are financially not in the top tier in uefa. Kay suggest it leads to a superleague. 6:06 And here is my U.E.F.A. superleague will be speech. Assuming the UEFA super league will be, what is the basis to the league being created, what are the problems, what are the solutions. The basis of the UEFA super league is money, that is well known, commonly stated but I think not put in context properly. A league based on financial entry doesn't relate to the football association geographic mold. That is why Ajax can make it to the uefa champions league final but will never be in the , will be, uefa super league. Ajax is too fiscally poor to be in the uefa super league. THis means any uefa super league will have to not be participated in by all member football associations of uefa. The basis of a uefa super league is a league where finances is the determining factor to entry and it will exclude most of the football associations in uefa. Now, the problems, in the form of questions, If england has a top six financially, shouldn't the countries to the fiscal similars to the english top six outside england in uefa get the same number of spots? What happens when a team's finances change: leeds, sunderland, saint Ettiene, Malaga, Marseille all used to be big money clubs at one time or another. Their finances changed. If Chelsea's owner change his fiscal strategy, what happens in the super league? What happens when a fiscally weaker team is better? the reality is, monaco in france, leicester in england, dortmund in germany over came their fiscal betters at one time or another recently. How do you reward quality from fiscally weaker teams when it is better than fiscally stronger teams? What about the anger from the poorer fiscal teams that they are denied the media attraction of facing the fiscal top clubs? what do you tell the champion on Ukraine when they are unable to face a big money team? What happens if so many teams are above the fiscal bar that the uefa super league requires relegation or promotion? What happens if a team outside the western europe top five countires warrants the fiscal entry? The answers... The idea of teams earning into the super league by finances is fine, but while finances is the key, merit is the shoes one wear to walk through the door. Meaning, no matter how many spots a country get into the uefa super league, their tier one domestic table decides what teams are in that spot. For example, when monaco defeated PSG in the ligue 1 race, monaco should get the spot into the uefa super league PSG's money earned. Make the fiscal top earners warrant a spot but don't give it to them based on money or some can act like the new york knicks in the nba in the usa, new york rangers in the nhl in the usa, new york yankees in mlb in the usa, teams that are the highest earners financially but in recent times perform as a bottom team athletically. Make sure PSG/Manchester United are even more eager to finish in in the uefa super league places. The concept of finance earning a spot but it being given to the one who sit in a certain place in the domestic table is the best defense against, financial wobbles. Again, just cause a team is wealthy now, does not mean they will be wealthy tomorrow. If Chelsea or Atletico MAdrid financially stumble, and drop midtable in la liga/epl, why should they be in the uefa super league? What if they drop off quality while in the superleague? do they warrant to stay in the super league? I don't think so. You can't guarantee fiscal quality long term so protect the system by not giving it in perpetuity to a club. Now what about the quantity of teams. Lets be honest, by the current idea floated, england has six, spain three, france one, italy one, germany one. that is twelve teams, fifty percent are from england. That can't be acceptable to any other country or UEFA. The best thing to do is look at the number of games from the group stage to the final in the uefa champions league and the number of countries the top fiscal clubs come from. From the group stage of the UEFA champions league to a uefa champions league final is fifteen games, let us add another for meats and that is sixteen games. Sixteen games equate to eight opponents or a nine team league using the round robin model. If we assume, england/france/spain/germany/italy, five countries have teams that will play their domestic top championship while this uefa super league, It will take four more teams to equal the nine to reach sixteen games for all clubs. Now, assume Bayern/PSG/Juventus wants in but can only accept one entry from all countries. Then we are short the eighteen matches. but, two more spots can be given into the uefa super league, one is the champion of the uefa champions league, the other is the champion of the uefa europa league. IF you have one country from the top five leagues and the champion of the champions league plus europa league, that make seven teams and twelve matches for each team. The champion of england/france/italy/germany/spain is given automatic spots. Twelve matches is a more than most of the top money teams get in the uefa champions league now. Now what if england demand the financial top six in england must be in the uefa super league. And the others accept it. then you have, thirteen teams, or twenty two matches round robin. I can't see why countries will accept uneven entry numbers in a fiscal entry league. That will only favor the country with the most members. But, if they do , then the domestic championships are replaced by the uefa superleague. For example, in 2019-2020 chelsea/manchester united, manchester city, liverpool, arsenal, tottenham, fc barcelona, real madrid, atletico madrid, psg, bayern, juventus are no longer in the english premier league, la liga, ligue1 , seriea, bundesliga. They will be in the 2019-2020 super league. But what happens in zenit st persburg becomes very fiscally wealthy and AC Milan/Inter Milan raise their fiscal profile, and Galatasaray increase their fiscal profile. Sooner or later, the super league will need a relegation and promotion. Sequentially, the uefa super league will eventually need relegation and promotion. but why will someone look at second or third tier uefa super league over the epl or la liga, even barring the english top six or the spanish top three. I repeat, a clubs fiscal worth is the key but the merit is the door that opens it, and the merit need to be even, instead of accepting every teams whose financial ledger is above a rank, rank countries based on the fiscal height of their wealthiest club. Thus if St PErtersburg grow fiscally stronger than bayern munich, the german league is relegated and russia takes its spot. In this way, the number of countries remains five and the fiscal quality is the basis for relegation and promotion of a league having an entry. So at this point, the uefa super league is a seven team league with fiscal relegation or promotion by country, with country slots filled in by top flight champions, with the champion from the countries with the five largest clubs financially, delineated by geography. That means the 2019 -2020 edition will have manchester city/psg/barcelona/juventus/bayern munich/liverpool or tottenham as the champions league winner/chelsea or arsenal as the europa league winner. They will provide using a round robin style, twelve matches. But what of the smaller clubs or bigger clubs regionally... I have a simple solution. A confederation wide league/cup rule. The rule is, every club must be in one league/one cup, one off tournaments like super cups of the club world cup are not included. What does this mean for 2019-2020.. in england, manchester city is in the epl and the uefa super league, liverpool/tottenham/chelsea/arsenal are in the epl and the champions league, manchester united/wolverhampton/everton are in the epl and the europa league, all the remaining teams from 2018-2019 season in the epl and all the teams in the 2018-2019 in the english championship outside the relegated are in the football league cup. The remaining teams in the english table are in the fa cup. All the smaller fiscal clubs are getting a cup competition warranting their position. Each with a higher fiscal reward. In leagues like france or england that has two cups and warrants a super cup entry, they will work as I described them. In leagues like spain/germany/italy where only one domestic cup exists, while they warrant a uefa super league entry, the top tier champion will get the uefa super cup, the next four the champions league, the next three the europa league and the remaining the copa del rey/coppa italia/dfb cup respectively. In all the other leagues in uefa, top two or three will get the uefa champions league, the next two or three will get the europa league and the remaining will get the domestic cup aside their domestic championship duties. It decongest uefa, gives more ability for smaller teams to compete for something valuable at their level in terms of cup competition. While also maintains the honesty of relegation and promotion. Over time, maybe russia/turkey will join england/spain/germany/italy/france and warrant seven teams, As the number of countries grows, to the uefa superleague then the europa league winner will go back to gaining entry into the champions league and the champions league winner will alone gain entry into the superleague absent a financial condition. This can mean an ajax/porto/galatasaray/zenit can still get into the superleague. And, over time if multiple seasons progress where at least two teams are over the financial bar for the superleague from at least nine countries then the an 18 teams league made up of two teams from nine countries each can be made. Two spots given to each from the nin country in a round robin mold, replacing domestic championship play.the uefa champions league winner still gaining entry. and the super league participants joining the top domestic cup competitions in their country. In this way, money dictates the super league but it slowly grows from a short championship replacing the uefa champions league for a select few and grows into a standard size championships that replaces domestic championships for a select few based on financial conditions. And, relegation and promotion can still apply. The bottom three drop down from the uefa super league into their domestic championship and the winners of their top domestic championship promote upward. Thus, keeping teams honest. Well, that is it to my superleague idea. what do you think? Contact me on my aalbc blog linked in the description to this audio or on my twitter page, thetenner10 t-h-e-t-e-n-n-e-r-one-zero NOW... 25:40 UEFA Champions league spot segments, Gary Bailey's reasoning to why getafe is better off in the europa league explain why the league/cup rule i stated for my super league structure concept mentioned before has value. one cup one championship makes it smoother for all clubs to focus on two competitions based on their level. In italy, I am happy Juventus drew with atalanta, I hope the goddess can rise. Conte to Inter is unfortunate. But, Kay made a great point, Allegri or Spaletti in publicly speaking on issues, aided their way to the door. 30:11 Relegated segment, Girona is stunned but they are another case in la liga where away form is better than the home form. Monaco are not relegated but got a win over amiens, but they are not safe yet. 32:53 liga mx segment, Leon versus Tigres, Liga MX final first match is the today 33:01 Mls segment, San Jose wandolowski broke the all time record for career regular season goals, congratulations 33:57 Gary Bailey's career segment, Kay ask gary to speak on the differences on the generations. Good point he made on how goal keepers were not protected and thus had to be very physically tough to be a keeper. Whereas today, a keeper is protected by referees. Today, clubs owned the contract whereas today, the salary is safe and players can rest. I think his point is interesting in a fitness way. People say, players today have better fitness but in the way gary bailey explains it, the truth is, players yesterday, were given no option but to play cause their salaries were too small to risk not getting paid and were only given upon appearances and success, especially in UEFA. I argue that in conmebol, many players at clubs are still playing under rules where they need to appear, need to perform, and thus changes the culture to the teams, as failure is costly. I like how kay mentioned that when she was a kid players had to live in with residents in the cities they played while today, gary reflects on how sixteen year old kids at the training grounds for manchester united are millionaires. Bailey admitted how he came from relative opulence in south africa, and was luckily to be strong enough to survive the hard living and unsocial isolation to being a youth player. I love his honesty to george best not handling it at manchester. Interesting point, Gary said in england, bobby robson was an early user to describing tactics heavily in england. Gary was lucky to play for Robson and Ferguson. Gary admitted that being locked in a contract made him appreciate being in manchester united, he learned to make the best of it. An interesting personal lesson from him on what one had to do if they wanted success 49:43 Power Rankings segment 10 Galatasaray turkish champions! 9 Big names moving on or retiring, danille de rossi, barzagli, diego godin leaving atleti 8 Arjen Robben and his beer tipping, in his last game for Bayern 7 La Liga debutante, sergio cameo, atleti debut, perez for barca 6 Cazorla is back in the spanish flag team, great work to get back to being the best. 5 Defending league title, manchester city, psg, barcelona, bayern, juventus... gary suggest time for a superleague but if none win next season does that mean, the system is just fine? 4 MLS no goal king Wondowlowski, career goal king 3 Mancester City won the domestic treble, epl/efl cup/fa cup 2 Olympique Lyonnais feminin thrashing FC Barcelona women to win four straight uefa champions league. 1 Cryptic messages, Setien, Mbappe, Zidane special messages, Messi 6th pucici, Iago Aspas 20 goals saving celta, Gary Bailey did very will in his virginal football crazy Thank you LINK https://www.beinsports.com/us/uefa-champions-league/news/mbappe-and-zidane-go-public-football-crazy-po/1197917

But, three straight Spanish championships is a great achievement also considering how barcelona are buying bigger and bigger talent to the womens team. Aupas Atleti FOOTBALL CRAZY SEGMENT BEGINS NOW Begin to 1:12, Thomas Rongen at twitter at TRongen t-r-o-n-g-e-n is aside KAy Murray this particular edition. 1:12 English title race segment, I concur the english season had a great race at the top. I concur to Rongen's assessment that Guardiola was tough but he had the players that accepted that. Not all players accept that sort of treatment. To answer's kay's question, is guardiola the best coach, my answer is Pep Guardiola has the most willing squad to suffer through his instructions. The problem I have is that Liverpool away from home are not the same team, they are very soft. Something tells me tottenham will win. Rongen said going straight to a number nine is against Pochitenno's philosophy, but the strategy must be from any coach to win, the second winning is second to your philosophy, you commit an error as a coach and that is why i give pochitenno, a friend to mourinho, an advantage against klopp. 8:10 Ajax campaign segment, Love Rongen's stories around dutch soccer, I am not a fan to total football personally, i am a fan to jogo bonito which is about unconstrictred unrigid artistry that is free to dream or imagine through the player while also strategic fluidity or tactical unrigidity from the group. Total football side Cattenaccio, from UEFA are the antipose to jogo bonito and philosophically are where uefa teams lie between structurally. 14:15 Bundesliga segment, I don't expect Dortmund to win it, they are not competitive in my opinion to Bayern munich. Pulisic to me is in a dangerous time in his career. The fandom from the usa is very strong media wise, sponsor wise, but the english premier league I saw break down many players supposed to be wunderkinds. Good assessment to McKinney's ability to handle running absent the ball functionally. 19:50 Turkish Superlig segment, Galatapalace commonly called galatasaray versus Basaksehir is huge. My galata must win. But, they must win all the matches after, the season in Turkey is hard. 23:20 I really like the transfer talk on sportsburst on facebook with gabby amado, this summer will be special. between clubs being banned or possibly banned like Manchester city, chelsea, to players wanting moves or being moved or being tempted from neymar/bale/navas/hazard/griezzman et cetera, alot of big money movement will happen and i think more swaps than not. To my atleti in the transfer section, I don't know if my colcheneros can keep griezzman/morata/diego costa but if we keep the midfield and defensive roster, absent godin, I will like Lukaku/Willian Jose to be brought in two leave, one of them if one leave. If all three, griezzman/morata/diego costa leave atleti my third will be cavani. Some laughed on my sportsburst post when i suggested three number 9's but Atleti play in a deep counter attack. we need three players who have power from the back, who have the athleticism to run from the back with speed or power. Atleti isn't a possession team so I think three number nine's up top assuming griezzman will go is what I want. To the womens game, i hear winds that Barcelona want to snag Ada Stolsmo. Olympique Lyonnais women have won three and a possible four straight Champions leagues, the current final is my OL against... barcelona. Considering Ada hegerberg wants to keep lifting the womens game, having a much higher contract from Barcelona will be purposeful. I don't know if OL will get into a money battle with barcelona, but Ada is irreplaceable in terms of the team balance so the coming champions league final will lead to an OL win but the coming transfer season will be a huge test to OL's desire to remain a big financial player in the women's game. 23:43 La Liga segment, Zidane was correct in my view to come early , before the summer in Real MAdrid, was wise. absent Talisman CR7 the players as a group or individually are not the same. We will learn if Zidane is able to find a great team balance to compete on three fronts with a squad he is only partially in control of rosters. Great questions from Rongen concerning what we will learn about zidane's management. Kay asked why did Zidane come back. I see it, paraphrasing her, he likes it. If Zidane Real Madrid part 2 is like mourinho chelsea part 2 then it will start great and have a bad fallout. Real Sociedad's Ander Barrenetxea got a great shoutout from Ray Hudson and Kay Murray. For the fourth spot, it is still up for grabs for getafe, valencia, sevilla, sevilla need getafe side valencia to lose. The odds are against but Valencia with a win have the best advantage. 35:52 Ligue 1 Segment, Thanks for informing me about OLympique lyonnais needing Chelsea to win the Europa League to get an automatic spot in the uefa champions league group stage if they place in the third spot. 36:57 Serie A segment, technique, tactics, insight, personality, Rongen stating Atalanta have all four throughout the team. It is nice to see them, I hope the club can keep the manager. 42:48 La Liga relegation segment, Rongen admits as a player he was less respectful to the rules of the game that he demands as a coach. Love his honesty. I am glad Rongen admitted that at the end of the day the Win is all that truly counts. 43:29 Promotion segment, can't wait for brest to rise in ligue 1... yes sinful 44:39 MLS segment, Rongen explains being a young coach mid to late thirties considering FC Cincinnatti's current young coach, I am happy he admitted heirarchy's exist in rosters. All players are not the same at any time period. The coupe de france will be later this week , and Paris saint germain is not in it. The UEFA champions league final is against Barcelona. OL better be careful, against this virgin finalists. But if Lyon win it will be their fourth straight, like the first four-peat from real madrid men. Congratulation to my Turbine potsdam for being the best of the rest under the top two. where most womens only sides have failed in the sister club era, or been reduced to lower tiers , Turbine potsdam exist as one of the few in the western u.e.f.a. leagues and the highest rank among womens only clubs. Proud to still be a fan. ... I am a fan because , before atleti/chelsea/gladbach/ol/santos/botafogo or other mens teams had developed sister programs the fraun bundesliga stood alone as the best league in the world, and had no sister clubs. Congratulations on my gladbach feminine for another fight in the first tier in germany, next year the second tier but i expect them to go straight back in and hopefully stay up this time, keeping learning Fohlen elf Keep fighting my Brescia Calcio Femminile who need to get second to promote and have two games left to play. Promotion from the Lombard league Forza Leonessa INAC kobe had a rough start to the season and sit fifth in the l league table of japan but the season is long. Santos women current braisilerao feminino champions are leading atp the A1 table, with twenty one points from seven matches Botafogo women are sitting at the bottom of their group in A2 . Season is ending in u.e.f.a. and early FOOTBALL CRAZY SEGMENT BEGINS NOW Begin Spursy segment, Tim stannard is in for Kev Egan, Tim stannard is in twitter as LaLigaLoca l-a-l-i-g-a-l-o-c-a I loved his , do a zidane, do nothing in the academic year and have an great test result at the end of something Tottenham is like Liverpool , two teams who rotate little, put a lot of energy in an attacking system and have breathing moments late in the season. 4:14 EPL top 4 segment, Liverpool under Klopp are pushing hard for a double. It is down to the last game in england. But oddly enough, Liverpool can still not lift a trophy. I don't expect MCFC to lose against Brighton but it can happen. Sarri's led chelsea has continued to do what he did in Napoli. He never won a trophy but he kept the team in the uefa champions league places absent a global superstar but a high quality team, absent rotation. Manchester United defensively are poor, Mourinho said it last summer and that fact is why they are ending the season in the same position. The run from Ole had luck in it. England is having a nice European summer. A possible english final in both uefa champions league and europa league. Emri wants a highly thinking team but that takes time to build. The problem is that Sarri is coaching Chelsea. Chelsea are the enemy of the three headed red dragon of england, liverpool, manchester united, arsenal. I think the english media will never forgive them. 15:00 is club confederation cup soccer a blessing or curse segment, UEFA Champions league or Europa League must never be rejected. The goal of any team is to improve. club confederation tournaments is a challenge to test if a club can improve itself. Many or most club owners/financially, coaches/strategically, players/technically or tactically fail but the test is worth it. 20:15 top four battles outside EPL, in spain,getafe/valencia/sevilla are battling for fourth. Kay said it best, sevilla have great attackers but poor defenders. In France, OL and Asse, saint ettiene are battling hard for third. I love Ol and I know gones despise Le Verde, but Asse have done well to grow and make the Lyon Derby a fun battle throughout. 22:50 neymar/cavani segment, the referees forced cavani to take the penalty. Neymar is the talisman of PSG, his problem is will he have a midfield that supports his game better. Maxima of OGC Nice need to find a team where he can be the foil, like when Balotelli played in the centerforward role in OGCNice. Maybe follow him to OM. 26:05 Relegation segment, Rayo, Huesca in the second spanish tier, Chimy of San Lorenzo in argentina warrant another team. Cardiff in the english tier 2. I found the careless whisper video for Mick McCarthy , thanks KAy L Murray, it is linked in the transcript, in both parts:) < part 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vo5qX1Yr-hQ part 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvcsNXxJzQw> In retrospect, easy retrospect, Barcelona showed a lackluster desire against Celta vigo but that was the so called bench team, then the so called starting team showed a lackluster against liverpool. Barcelona needed to show the ability to defend through possession and they were unable to do it. Arthur/Coutinho/Dembele showed they are not what Barcelona are looking for. 34:22 Jamie Easton segment, When he asked solari, how is your future, my future is like the first day, i quote, nobody has told him anything about his future 35:04 bundesliga title segment, Dortmund show that the youth movement that is great with ajax, can be electrifying with liverpool can all go to the trash like dortmund usually 36:07 EPL race, Manchester City first captain in the qatari era, Vincent Kompany had a great strike. < goal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVZ4iKV8zKA interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5plTrmiapE > Liverpool has successfully pushed into the uefa champions league final and has kept the epl race to one day. I disagree with Kay, Dembele was a huge absence for Barcelona. They needed his speed, they needed his goal scoring sharpness, this season dembele was the guy who scored winners when messi/suarez did not. Stannard said a 0.001 percent chance:) that is classic in retrospect. Anfield will remember this squad. In the end, messi wasn't injured but he was tired, seemed fatigued. It is funny, in the match against Liverpool at anfield, messi had chances to go down and still didn't. I think messi does not have it in him to get all the calls when he is fouled. Liverpool played a very physical match and that was fortunate at times. 44:39 Ajax/Tottenham segment, Tottenham can win and Son will have a role to play. Ajax have a last home game of their uefa 2018/2019 run. The shame of Ajax/Tottenham/Liverpool is that you can't imagine them returning to this stage. Liverpool have used energy to get past every stage where they were at a disadvantage. but that is a tricky thing, energy, it can go against you the next season in a bad way. Ajax is the same, they have been this daring fearless club and they have overcame too, the problem is, next season, what worked this season can fall under. big summer. 46:09 Copa libertadores final round of the group stage segment, yes, three paraguayan clubs have all made it through. I can't wait for internacional porto alllegro versus river plate 47:52 Real madrid end 2018-2019 segment, I agree to the trio, Mariano has improved, aside benzema from Zidane returning but many other players are clearly in flux Though I think a loan move is better for Bale. 48:32 Mourinho segment, Didn't know Pepe has overlapping wide backs in his contract, Pepe will have a great career if he manages his contract that well. Smart man, overlapping requires a system like Jupp heynkes bayern 54:48 Transferables segment, Icardi and his wife on instagram instagram segment, smart that icardi's instagram only allow comments from friends Hazard nodded to chelsea fans he is gone. I hope he enjoys his next call 56:42 Turkish superlig segment, GALATA PALACE!!!! enjoyed the match against besiktas and now first versus second is coming as we face bashakshehir ! In Amendment I replied to Mike Fountains < @mikefountains> hashtag sportsburst concerning concussion people don't always see life the same way and no one way is correct, so if we are speaking about what to do, then give options, if players choose to risk, they are free to risk their lives, f1 drivers do it naturally, give them a waiver, some will choose to be automatically taken off at the sign of concussion, some will not. Now I really like the 4th substitute idea, it allows a quick continuation to play while allowing the player to be properly evaluated for however amount of time, but it can't be regular, it must be a temporary substitution that allows the player possibly concussed to be let back on once the examination is done I repeated my thought to mike fuentes ala fountains concerning concussion Mike Fuentes i agree, but if the goal is to check for concussion then the player if checked is not concussed they have to be able to get back on. I think the rules for the 4th/concussion substitution is the key. Make it a player who has to come on immediately to not break the flow of the game but it also allows the possibly concussed player to be checked for ten fifteen minutes and then if ok come back and the player came in as the 4th susbstitute is put back on the bench immediately Messi is the ... 15. My Thoughts to the Womens Game and Football Crazy Episode 98 Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening, wherever you are listening, I am Richard Murray and Welcome to my audio thoughts to the womens game and reply to football crazy episode 98, Footballcrazy has Kay L Murray on twitter as kaylmurray K-a-y-l-m-u-r-r-a-y Kev Egan is on twitter as Kev_Egan k-e-v-underscore-e-g-a-n and Des norris is on twitter as partidopooper p-a-r-t-i-d-o-p-o-o-p-e-r PErtinent links are in the transcript in my African american literary book club blog post linked in the description to this video before I speak on the show In Womens Soccer... An interesting media note to hear from Fran Kirby the negative thoughts from others from her missed penalty. The problem I have is how the womens game is taking the best from media in the mens game but eliminating the rest. In the mens game, too many players/coaches/owners are judged unevenly and that judgement style is accepted as warranted or allowable, even though it is common. The players/coaches/owners in the womens game must change how media interact to the womens game. End the viper pit on failure culture or at least, make it far less prevalent than it is in the mens game. https://twitter.com/frankirby/status/1120253496887001091 Olympique Lyonnais defeated Chelsea 2-1 and FC BArcelona defeated Bayern Munich 1-0 in the UEFA champions league semifinals, nothing is decided though the Olympique Lyonnais advantage is far stronger, if OL get one goal, it makes the task for Chelsea massive, while Bayern munich can overcome Barcelona, especially in Bavaria. https://www.weibo.com/7030963893/HqLMzni8P?from=page_1005057030963893_profile&wvr=6&mod=weibotime FOOTBALL CRAZY SEGMENT BEGINS NEW begin intro, love the poetry on speak like shakespeare day , Kay, Kev, Des are together. Ray Hudson is not interested in seeing photos of 4 month old James:) Kev Egan's son. Des said James is a lovely addition to humanity. hilarious. Love the little ones, everyone does...I love how in the podcast they recorded ray hudson saying, don't be putin this out on that internet, classic , classic:) 2:08 MUFC segment, Gary Neville said you didn't need to name names. Ole essentially has said the same as Mourinho while mourinho was coach. Kev is wrong to be stunned by the lacking of the players in Manchester red cause Mourinho challenged all the players , pogba the most, to be better, they failed individually or collectively. Real Madrid want Pogba cause he is a money vault on a team winning trophies, filled with talent. Real Madrid knows this. I agree to Kev that the workman culture was in the club but that culture had two elements, not just alex ferguson but the player culture that has changed. Modern players are not brewed in the streets, as journeyman, they are brewed in academies where they are coddled and groomed in many ways outside mere ability and mindset. The reality is, unlike in usa based sports, where the new york knicks, dallas cowboys, new york yankees can be athletically poor and still be the fiscal dominant, manchester united can not do this. 11:01 title wins in france/italy segment,First PSG, no Mbappe is the heir to the CR7 goal killer throne. Neymar is the heir to the Messi Talisman throne. But, I concur to Kay, the masses, most who are neither functional fans or equal critiquers. I agree to KAy, Mbappe and Neymar are wise to stay in PSG. FOr Mbappe the reasoning is simple, he is french, he is winning, and winning in spain is not in the modern global media a greater than winning in france. Neymar has already proven to be great at Santos where he won the copa libertadores leading the team in a way no other player, including mbappe led a team at that age in recent times. And, he showed he was able to be a great team player, coming to barca and being a second or third at that age, showing great maturity. PSG is a project he need to finish. Neymar is a global brand that has proven himself in a way Bale never did so the comparison is false. Neymar's true club is Santos. Bale is nothing compared to neymar in terms of accomplishments. Neymar need to win the copa america and then win all trophies for PSG and then move to ... AC Milan and win the Copa Libertadores with Santos and win the UEFA Champions League with FC Barcelona/PSg/ AC Milan Second Juventus, To me Juventus under Allegri reached two finals. I think if PSG had reached UEFA champions league finals that would had been enough from prior coaches. ANyone can lose a final, but getting theree is the true sign. To get to a final proves you know what you are doing and how the team is organized.Allegri has earned another rebuild of the team. 22:23 La Liga segment, everyone knows who Lahoz is if they watched any LaLiga recently. Getafe had a huge win but even though they continued to show SEvilla's weakness in the road, the placements for the fourth position is not finished. aduriz and Now Molina prove that the development of players is not a matter of age but of settling in to your game, you never stop learning but Would Getafe be willing to make a great affordable summer youth squad instead of getting experienced players for depth, if getafe make fourth in la liga season end? Valencia's momentum make them the ones to make the fourth spot for me. 30:40 Villareal and the relegated segment, I love Kay's story on Carzola being fouled by Amera, the leganes manager told Amera to apologize to Cazorla who plays for Villareal. And, I love the subsequent story from Kev Egan and a similar though other ending story on his time in gaelic football. Celta Vigo/Villareal/Bilbao all had a time near or in the relegation zone, it is not a bad thing that in la liga midtable teams are battled by minnows to stay in the top flight 34:13 MLS segment, Atlanta United is a young organization, I think every firm needs to go through experiences to learn from them, books can not teach you experiences, they can guide you but only going through it can teach. Atlanta United had a great first season, one of the best in Major league soccer history but they are not going through the process of shifting coaches easily. The key in LA FC is that bob bradley is probably in it for the long term. Happy for Carlos Vela 37:46 EPL title race segment, Tottenham/Manchester City third match was in the citizens favor but was another rough match, maybe familiarity forced the team to play ragged. Manchester United should not be able to stop Manchester City for scoring. 41:36 PFA awards segment, I wish the player awards can occur after the season. If Manchester city win Sterling. IF Liverpool win Van DJik. 43:20 Bundesliga segment, the race is still on. very compelling between Dortmund and Bayern, essentially neither can afford to lose or draw, the one who does gives the other the win for certain. 43:33 Icardi Transfer, the focus on the show is on how an organization will handle his agent and his media ways but for me, the issue to icardi is the team. Icardi is a goal getter. He isn't someone who connects like Benzema or Suarez. He isn't a warrior like Lewandowski or Mandzukic or Lukaku or Cavani. He isn't a technician like an aguero or firminho. He is like Carlos BAcca, one of those players who will score a lot of goals if you give him opportunities but you have to give it to him, and he will wait for them in his area. So, I think the bigger key is, if Inter Milan do move him on, that he guides that movement to a team that need a goal getter but don't necessarily need another kind of player in the center forward position. When I look at big money or high profile teams I think Manchester United could use Icardi. Other big money or high profile teams either have the depth in the center forward position or play a style where they ask from the center forward a style of play not in Icardi's repertoire. Some say Real MAdrid but Icardi is not skilled enough for Real for me. Yes, Icardi could be the return of a player like Raul for Real MAdrid, but is Icardi that kind of warrior, I am not certain.Icardi is a battler but to the level of Raul, who can come of the bench and contribute over one hundred percent, I have not seen that from Icardi at times. 44:15 The La Liga top three segment, The two madrid giants are wobbling and both in need of modulation in the summer. FC Barcelona may have their last great season in the messi era cause Barcelona's pace or movement this system show some legs need to be exchanged to give them greater rest , to still more liveleness in them. Morata was clipped by the referee and I agree that the referee need to be exposed for the misbehavior that players are exposed to cheaply from media. Benzema is a great forward who is a team player, I only wish another team player, Willian was given a similar opportunity, maybe he will in a Sarri led chelsea absent hazard side others. Power Rankings 10- PSG's bench , neymar, cavani, di maria, buffon 5 a side, you can not sit with us 9- title's with caveats, PSG, Juventus 8- PAOK , first title in 31 years 7- Drake Curse is lifted, By Olympique Lyonnais, I wonder did memphis depay get drake to smoke a cigar with him 6- Chukwueze, Villareal 5- Guedes, in Valencia, scoring goals 4- Barca Backline, Lenglet, Alba, Pique 3- Liverpool set pieces, decided at half time by Klopp 2- Peppe Bordelas, Getafe who will move to SEvilla, getafe is fourth in la liga 1- Easter Weekend, Iago Aspas savior of Celta oh, this is for Gabby Amado or Kay L Murray who I think like the cultural refereces, since today is speak like shakespeare here is a formation similar to a famous poem from three women double double, hat trick trouble, yellow cards and offsides bubble, whispers in'a theater of dreams, may not be for anfield screams, who knows how much pep is needed, at least more than a klop has seeded, will it be sergio or - salah, or maybe one from arsen-al!, want more nice english troubles, watch while it boils and bubbles double double, hat trick trouble, yellow cards and offsides bubble, Cool it with the boos and hate, Then the day is worth, the wait. Segment, CONTENT Begin Tim stannard is in for Kev Egan, Stannard is on twitter as laligaloca l-a-l-i-g-a-l-o-c-a 1:26 Title denying, When I chose to listen to this episode of Football Crazy , NAntes was up 3-1 against PSG, a great keeper like gigi buffon has this very poor defense skillwise. But Tuchel problem started when he did not use the correct strategy to save Neymar. Neymar got injured cause PSG chose to focus on a soft midfield base since they sold matuidi. Good notice from Des Norris, I didn't know Mbappe stamped. Mbappe clearly needs Neymar on the pitch, to relieve the pressure on him. Thinking to Barcelona, Stannard actually said, think of the children think of ... ok, back to seriousness, Kay is exactly correct, bench players are not meant to be glued to the bench. The players on the bench ideally are supposed to be equal quality, just not chose cause the form to the starters is better. Juventus need a summer reboot in midfield but also defense. I hope Allegri stay, I hope Valverde stay but Tuchel must go for me. 9:59 Derbies, Kay should had asked Stannard to think of the children when he suggested Getafe is not a proper side to enter the champions league. Real Betis facing Sevilla in the sevilla derby was energetic as always BUT I am happy LO Celso is signed to Betis and not going back to PSG. He is not the midfielder kind PSG need. NEymar needs matuidi's /casemiro's/paulinho's/kante's in midfield to be the muscle , allowing him to be the roaming free artists 15:00 Atleti , Morata likes the Atleti system. Stannard is correct, with Higuain not being a goal machine and may be back to italy though i hope a chinese team. Chelsea may keep Morata but I hope Morata push to be in atleti, he is playing better in atleti. 16:53 derbies continued, the intercontinental derby is the name not turkish classico. Galata palace is creeping, the race is not over. KAy's point is excellent, many young players snub turkey where they can grow and reach nice profits. small teams in england or spain are not better than top teams in turkey. 19:05 EPL, I agree to Des, the anglo media is pushing all the cards on Liverpool and if they don't win the english title or champions league, it will be like the gerard year and the slip, which demba ba ended liverpool dreams. I repeat strategically, every klopp team weakens at the end of the season. Will Liverpool reach the end unweakened and thank you KAy, Manchester City have a extra game to play. The shame in OLe is that anyone who has eyes saw that the manchester united squad did not show a healing of problems under mourinho. 27:09 Italy Serie A, I say Icardi to AC Milan for goals 29:07 Chelsea fc, the problem is that the CHelsea owner ROman Abramovich, chopped and changed managers so much that while chelsea won many trophies, they didn't allow an identity to formulate or maintain. Now absent the money, they need an identity. 30:05 spain La Liga relegation, Stannard is cruel, he wants celta to go down to see how Iago Aspas will be influenced. Stannard made a good idea, what if relegation was based on a bell curve. MAke an average on team goals, and those under that average do not make the cut like in golf. 33:31 C.A.F. Cup of Nations, media wise for advertising or sponsorship the move to the summer and expanded team count, is good but I think the structure is still not good enough. I have stated it on my blog linked in the transcript < https://aalbc.com/tc/blogs/entry/249-richard-murray-thoughts-version-2/?tab=comments#comment-470 > 34:55 crisis in O.L. , as a long time OL supporter, it is not a crisis. PEople look at teams like Ajax one season or Monaco another and suggest that is the way youth development teams are, the truth is, OL is the standard youth development teams. OL is not a bad team but like most youth teams their lack in experience cost them as well as their untested collective response to challenges. 40:00 MLS in the USA, the whipping Monterrey gave Sporting KS need to be spoken more. The weakness of MLS teams in the concacaf champions league is equivalent to the weakness of EPL teams in the uefa champions league. anglo media hypes up anglo teams to be great, but all are poor. Tigres vs Monterrey are in the concacaf champions league final. 43:05 Joey Barton, Power Rankings 10 Leon 11 straight victories in liga mx 9 Chukweze, Villareal Nigerian goal getter 8 Bilbao has an academy product in the first team for 55 years straight, Kay mentioned Higuain can pay for Bilbao. 7 Turkish Superlig youth, Elmas 6 Norwich city leading the championship 5 Guedes from Valencia former PSG, brace in EUropa league, and great performance in Valencia derby 4 A art team made a set of scenes based on ray hudson saying. I Asked KAy about it and you can check my twitter for the reply. 3 Lille Les Dogues 2 UEFA Champions league, Europa Leauge, Copa Libertadores 1 Title denyers- psg/Barcelona/Juventus As I was composing this, Tottenham and Manchester City were in a battle, advantage Tottenham, that tottenham won. Son from south korea scored two counterattack goals , but a pundit on tnt said that the tottenham goals were based on manchester city errors, but all the goals were based on defensive errors. Sterlings first goal, the keeper was not set, a supposedly top keeper did not have his feet set for a curler from sterling, that keeper being lloris of france. The second goal, tottenham's forwards did not make the sacrificing run to cover the width that bernardo silva forced, too many players play to coaches strategy not what is going on the pitch. the two goal sub scored were common goals against pep guardiola teams post barcelona in the uefacl where the simple counterattack cuts through them. I despise shootouts in soccer, some fans, maybe most fans, definitively most pundits claim they love shootouts, but that is bad soccer, plain or simple. Both tottenham or manchester city can't defend and the aguero offside at the end was strong for me in that the pundits on call didn't call it out, they acted like it was a goal absent any penalty. Then when manchester city lost the same pundit said, manchester city couldn't have done any better and i disagree, manchester city let in three goals. they could had did a lot more. Some pundits like tim howard suggest that the forward play was brilliant from tottenham or manchester city but how great is your offense when you are up against a poor defense. Ajax and Tottenham are through to the next round, that will be an interesting battle, two teams that are full from youth or mistakes. Tottenham will not have Kane, who like Neymar is a needed talisman. But, in ajax/tottenham you have two teams nearly identical from last season both a blend of youth or experience and a stronger team having stayed together. FC Barcelona face Liverpool. Liverpool have speed but like manchester city they are poor defensively, but are only exposed by a powerful attack based on the strength of their attack trenching in opponents. 17. FootballCrazy Episode 96 reply Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening, wherever you are listening, I am Richard Murray and Welcome to my audio reply to football crazy episode 96, Footballcrazy has Kay L Murray on twitter as kaylmurra K-a-y-l-m-u-r-r-a-y Kev Egan is on twitter as Kev_Egan k-e-v-underscore-e-g-a-n and Des norris is on twitter as partidopooper p-a-r-t-i-d-o-p-o-o-p-e-r PErtinent links are in the transcript in my African american literary book club blog post linked in the description to this video before I speak on the show In Womens Soccer...congratulations on the usa and their twenty year anniversary defeating belgium but I think people need to have caution concerning the womens game and its fanbase. In the union of european football associations some great attendances are being held and showing a rise in popularity , paralleling the world cup in france this summer BUT when I look at confederation of african football or CAF soccer, confederation of sudamericana futbol or conmebol plus asian football confederation or afc excluding japan or confederation of north central american and caribbean football excluding usa canada or mexico in terms of the womens game it is not a rise, some are stalled or still very negative in an organizational way. So it is a lie to suggest global greatness as much as U E F A have the chance to dominate womens soccer more than mens soccer for a longer time. but the other confederations have their management to blame, not uefa dominance, cause uefa was slow as well to support the womens game. begin segment-what went viral: Des said choupo' miss.. .for me in the end it is a simple explanation CHoupo Moting is a leader, fighter, but not a cold goal killer, he is a team player, I like a reverse own goal from thomas rongen. Troy Deeney for Kay using social media for causes, I don't know anything about that Oblak post match interview where he honored for Kev 4:15 La Liga segment- I didn't know the linguisitical culture in spain to cursing, thank you Kay. In the end, Costa's absence hurt Atleti. I think Atleti need Costa, but also need Willian Jose from Real Sociedad and to keep Morata. Simeone's atleti may have a huge rebuilding in the summer. But, if Atleti can have a healthy costa/griezzman/morata in a forward line to start next season, Atleti can win la liga. Barcelona after the costa send off, played at a slow pace, the passing, the movement was dawdling, I think they played an energy saving game, knowing atleti's defense will not be cheap even down to ten and they have manchester united coming up. But, if simeone can keep costa/griezzman/morata and add a willian jose, bring back gelsen mertins, keep griezzman make the backline adjustments while keep experienced players for depth, Atleti will have the tools if healthy for a magical season next season. 10:31 Ligue 1 segment- PSG won the Ligue 1 title 11:11 Bundesliga segment- Bayern annihilated Dortmund, I repeat, dortmund is a lesser team. They place high but they are not dominant team. Reus said it was a 4231 and dortmund was not ready but why wasn't the players from dortmund able to adjust. I bet James Rodriguez goes to AC Milan 13:16 Serie A segment- Moise Kean has responded well, but he has not been a regular starter. His pitch quality off the bench, the off pitch drama being handled calmly, whether correct or not. He must be wise where he goes? I say he need to stay in Juventus and grow in that club. 16:38 EPL segment- Liverpool side Manchester City are still in a race, Liverpool can not lose any EPL matches to win the title, but MAnchester City are still in the controlling position. Both teams , Liverpool or Manchester City, have tough battles ahead. I agree KDB kevin de bruyne is no fool to give media a finger point call to winning it all and being hammered when they fail, which is the normal scenario 20:11 FA cup segment- Troy Deeney spoke against instagram which was honest. Didn't know the term missing out in instagram Wolverhampton wolves have had a brilliant season led from Nuno Espírito Santo, wolves has a lot of portuguese support 25:16 Real Madrid segment- Bale had a rough game but Benzema proves he is a great leader on the pitch. I agree, that Real Madrid need a goal killer, but who do they get? Many of the top goal getters are locked into teams or on teams that will splash the cash, The problem is, Real madrid will not get mbaye diagne/duvan zapata/nicolas pepe who are not high profile enough in the shirt buying, but have the goals, age ,athleticism. I don't know who real madrid can bring in outside someone in their thirties, requiring a big money grab away or not the ideal skill wise 28:45 UEFA Champions League segment- Liverpool versus Porto is a Porto win. Liverpool will slow down the same way they did last season. Manchester City versus Tottenham Hotspurs is the best battle. Ajax versus Juventus is a juventus win, Juventus will score the free shots on goal Real Madrid missed. Manchester United versus Barcelona is a barcelona win cause Barcelona will score the sitters that PSG missed. 31:30 UEFA champion league next year- in la liga, getafe/sevilla/valencia/alaves can get the fourth spot under barca/atleti/real madrid . To be honest, each team will prove the team they have. Valencia/SEvilla are the big losers cause getafe or alaves getting fourth will fiscally hurt sevilla/valencia fiscally in the money spent this season. Valencia or Sevilla ownership will have a rough summer if either don't get into the uefa champions league In the EPL, Arsenal continue to drop points away from home. But, they still have the advantage on Manchester united and battling in the uefa champions league may wear out Ole's team more. 39:57 La Liga relegation segment- Cazorla at Villareal has matches to stay alive, it is not over. Girona/levante/celta/valladolid/villareal/rayo are each trying to escape the eighteenth or nineteenth spot in la liga. Flat out battle, I agree to Kay that La Liga's relegation battles is underrated to the quality in the league from the so called top five uefa leagues, spain/italy/france/germany/england 43:12 Sports burst segment- I do enjoy Sportsburst on facebook but they are on beinsports afterwards < https://www.beinsports.com/us/sports-burst/ > 43:36 MLS segment- NY Redbulls, portland, Atlanta very poor early seasons in 2019 do not reflect parity in major league soccer but poverty in quality. When a fiscal enterprise makes a huge reversal in wins or quality from one season to the next, that is bad management 46:39 Power rankings segment 10- Cazorla at Villareal- the stress is getting him 9- Mbaye Diagne at Galata palace 24 games 23 starts 29 goals 3 assists 8- Mbappe face when Choupo made the save of the year 7- Delofeu in watford bracing to defeat wolverhampton 6- Strasbourg coach Thierry Laurey leading strasbourg to coupe de ligue trophy lift and pausing psg celebrations 5- QUochim caparos diagnosed with cancer- he vows to continue , hope his health 4- FC Barcelona messi side suarez 3- UEFA champions league side EUropa league are back 2- Iago Aspas , the heart of celta vigo 1- Moise KEan the young starlet in Juventus Thank you https://www.beinsports.com/us/ligue-1/news/psgs-party-pooper-choupo-moting-goes-viral/1160994

For me, while I concur to Kay that coaches have not found the best balance, I think no coach in the messi era has simply gone for a defensively focused system. 3331 Messi alone up top, three attacking midfielders, three defensive midfielders, three central defenders. I say messi as the lone forward. The attacking midfield is Paulo Dybala/Angel Correa/Giovani Lo Celco The defensive midfield is Ever Banega/Lamela/Gaston Gimenez The center defensive trio is Rojo/Funes Mori/Otamendi Forget width, Argentina have no width, play a counterattack bunker. All these players play in those general areas for their club. on a regular basis. Put messi up top , whose job it is to keep the high line, break off, he can stay central and has to wait for play to him. Take messi out of the midfield where players look for him and wait for him to play to act. I don't think argentina is a hard fix. Egan said the squad is bang average, but the best strategy is one in which the weaknesses to any team are covered. Di Maria/Higuian/Aguero are in the way, when they play, messi is behind them and the imbalance is insurmountable. Benedetto/Icardi are good spear points but they require a midfield quality that doesn't exist when messi is in the midfield. Sequentially, get messi out of the midfield, place him alone up top and then give players who are similar styled, fill up three lines, adjusting to defensive scenarios. I oppose Kay's position, every team can be better when a coach finds the strategic balance. Brasil or Argentina had too many coaches that were inflexible or not being rigid in using a system that focuses on the players skill set in the best balance. My Selecao, the brasilian national team, is not the same absent the front three for me, Vinicius jr/NEymar/Douglass Costa The problem in Brasil is many players like Coutinho/Arthur et cetera are quality footballers but not dangerous athletes. In the past, brasil had the balance of skill players side dangerous athletes. People forget how Ronaldo O fenomeno was not merely a skilled player, he was an athlete, that balance is lacking in some of the players, especially the barcelona/pep guardiola entries. To be blunt, post neymar/dani alves barcelona has a negative effect on brasilian players or chooses players who the selecao are compelled to play like coutinho/arthur cause the barca media or fernandhino for the guardiola/manchester city in epl hype machine, but are not quality in athletic potency or skillwise. ... in amendment, in the 26th of march , Correa scored for Argentina absent Messi against Morocco. All teams have talent but finding the team balance is not about galacticos models and never is achieved through galacticos, a coach need to find the balance. Messi can not be in the argentina midfield and can not be in a wide role, he only has one role, the center forward, give it to him. 10:50 Concacaf segment, Tata MArtino is what argentina do not need. MAradona is wrong and his point is the problem. Tactically rigid coaches, that force a style in a squad is the worse for a flag team. It is not accident france won the world cup. DeChamps didn't try to impress anyone or play fancy. He said, we have a highly skilled/highly athletic team, lets play counterattack and battle through. Opponents who tried to impress like spain holland or betrayed how they got to the world cup, meaning brasil when Tite betrayed the system in the qualifiers and played a 424 using coutinho in for renato augusto, when the correct choice, sad for me to say, is fernandhino Kev Egan is wrong, not every coach says press, Mourinho doesn't say that. The fact that fans are dictating strategy or tactics is the true problem. The strategy is meant to win, not to impress or stick to the media loved forms. I comprehend why Kay feel it is unfair but the problem in the USA is that the hype machine is too loud, like in England, the anglo media position places so much hype on the usa or england that when they have a little success it is spoken in a golden way that is absent proof. While the france's/brasil's/ argentina's/germany's/mexico's who all have a better record than the usa or england get hammered in anglo media mercilessly. 18:35 CAF cup of nations, Sulamain Folarin in twitter as sulaiman4real spelled s-u-l-a-i-m-a-n-4-r-e-a-l I really was happy for Burundi and their game winner Cedric Amissi who plays for club Al-Taawoun . Gabon , a recently better financed country has a lot to work on in their infrastructure. While I am happy the CAF cup of nations has expanded entries, I am still opposed to the structure. Too many teams in CAF don't have enough matches in a four year cycle. Five subconfederations exist in CAf, give each a COnmebol style world cup qualification table, each champion to each region gets to go to the world cup. Make the cup of nations a one week smaller tournament between the subconfederation champions. CAF is a hard model but it is not allowing the flag teams to develop enough. I do wish the womens cup of nations in caf can be manipulated, if only someone with money will do it. I wonder how many players in CAF play in China, or in AFC, the asian football confederation. Great point from Sulamain how more players , born in africa are playing in UEFA. I disagree to the shocks, Gabon/Togo/Burkina Faso are not big teams they are little teams that have talismans who play in UEFA but their domestic leagues are not providing the base to the squad to make the teams quality. This is what happens when you have a country that sells all its players, like brasil or netherlands absent a brasilian serie a or eriedivisie that can force a high enough quality in the domestic players to support the mercenary talent Sulamain educated me, China/India/Phillipines/Mexican are the only countries that receive more money than nigeria from residents in the usa. Money exists in the African community globally. If the culture in the sport is emphasized it may be a bigger winner fiscally, in media. 33:52 Sportsburst segment, I am a recent regular to sports burst on facebook, check it out headed by gabi amado on twitter as gabamado g-a-b-a-m-a-d-o < https://www.facebook.com/beINSPORTSUSA/videos/1179506312217328/ > 34:22 Euro qualifiers segment, thank you Kev, why is it Keepers don't know how to stand still. I disagree, Raheim sterling is very good but he is not world class, cause absent Guardiola he will drop. Like Salah/Mane/Sane/DeBruyne their quality is based on guardiola. Messi side CR7 is the top, Neymar side Mbappe is the second, the third tier include many in the uefa club scene. 42:15 MLS segment, Good point Des, new teams are not looking at new england revolution as a model. Promotion / Relegation will not happen cause too many owners are not willing to spend money. Who will buy the new england revolution, colorado rapids, chicago fire, fc dallas, columbus crew to actually invest. Kraft is very wealthy and will not sell new england revolution. He is using the new england revolution as a big money pay day one day. As MLS grow slowly, he will wait , absent relegation/promotion and when it gets big enough he will sell when a big enough buyer comes in. Nani held an emergency team meeting in Orlando , that is classic historically. Power Rankings segment, 5 39,000 fans show Juventus women win, but the tickets were free, not for pay 4 Moise Kean another young gem from non italian forebears shining for italy 3 Burundi first CAFCON entry past the qualifiers 2 J'Neil Bennett virgin goal in Tottenham's stadium from a young player 1 Ramos 16 goals of the season with a panenka Thank you https://soundcloud.com/footballcrazypodcast/messis-international-return-football-crazy-podcast-episode-94
  19. PREFIX 392019 Dirk Nowitski said:"I don't know if it's about winning as much anymore as it is looking good on instagram, twitter, having followers and having clicks and likes" Beyond the fact that the Kardashian clan or Donald Trump prove no labor field is absent the positive influence on being followed/liked/disliked or having some cult online to gaining positively in a labor field in modernity, he miss a simple truth. Players are following the owners lead. The atlantic anglophone meaning USA/UK/Canada is the most potent in modern media. Sport leagues in those places NBA/NFL/NHL/MLB/EPL prove fiscal success is not tied to competitive succes. Sequentially the new york knicks in the NBA/the dallas cowboys in the NFL/the new york rangers in the NHL/the new york yankees in MLB/Manchester United in the EPL are the most fiscally potent teams in said leagues and none are competitively dominant. The reason why is the respective owners to each. Sequentially, when anyone suggest the players are looking for followers or instagram or tweets or likes, the players are simply mirroring the clubs who are looking for tweets/likes/followings/media shows/sponsorships based on the clubs hype. The players are following the lead from the clubs or fans. Fans don't care about competitive quality. Fans online argue about competitive quality but never come to conclusions that focus on why the competitive quality is lower than desired, sequentially, fans online don't want to improve the competitive quality to teams they face but like to argue about it online, gaining their own small likes or dislikes that coincide to the players or clubs, likes or dislikes. The culprit is not the players, the owners/fans/players are all aiding or abetting the crime against increased competitive quality. LINKS Dirk Nowitski quote https://twitter.com/BleacherReport/status/1104197000260714496 A Question To Change In Sport 2/28/2019 Good Morning Good Afternoon or Good Evening, I am richard murray and this is my thought to an article from samantha weber, everything pertinent is linked in the transcript to this post Anthony Dicicco originally shared the article from Samantha Weber; it concern why the NAtional Womens Soccer League exist. She made many point I read before concerning the beautiful game played by women in the usa. I advise reading her article if you are unaware to the national womens soccer league; she is a former player, who experienced life in the National womens soccer league. I only wish to amend one point to her article, that point is how to change the national womens soccer league. I used to communicate online my dissatisfaction or anger at the lack of relegation or promotion in Major LEague soccer, aside many other complaints. But, a year ago I decided to stop complaigning online as loudly to said issues. why? The blunt or sad truth is, at the least in the usa, if you own you control. In the usa you own when you finance. The truth is, relegation or promotion/connecting to non white communities/larger fiscal investment in females playing soccer, each have the same simple answer. Finance those things. Get money or use your money to finance those things. You want relegation or promotion in the beautiful game in the usa for males or females , the answer is simple. Spend money to make two league tiers, one female one male, from maine to hawaii that utilize relegation and promotion, from the unstoppable position known as owner. You want non whites to have greater opportunity in the usa for females or males, the answer is simple. Spend money to make two league tiers, one male one female, from maine to hawaii that publicly unashamedly determinedly give opportunities to non whites as coaches/fitness trainers/media opratives/sporting managers/club presidents/players/kit managers/youth players/ball kids or kids who handle the ball during matches/grounds keepers/secretaries to administrators side the many other opportunities available in a sports league, from the unstoppable position known as owner. You want better financing or another guidance in the usa to a league in the usa, like the national womens soccer league. Spend money to buy the league and if not for sale , spend money to start your own from scratch, implementing all your ideas from the unstoppable position known as owner. If you own, you control and you can do whatever you can finance. Now some will say, public opinion has value, the people can rally, or you can join the ussoccer administration and work from the deep innards to your changes. I do not deny all the actions I said have value. But none are lasting, none are certain and definitely not compared to being the owner who finances/who produces/ who is in control unquetioningly. I know some will say, but I have no money. That is the point. I am someone , when a boy, thought opportunities were coming in MLS, they never did. The way was very simple. it was not my laziness or interest lacking, it wasn't the infrastructure to the usa. The reason why I did not have opportunity stemmed from the owners plan not fitting me. So what solution exist to the kid today? rallies/speeches/penniless work in administration... no, the answer is be the owner and make it yourself. If you do not have the money figure out how to get it where you can dictate how the money is spent. If you do have the money, go and spend it to implement your plan. I know it is a crude thing, an insensitive thing, but it is the way in the usa. The article do as most concerning the topic to women in the work place do; it state statistics to how men have more coaching jobs than women, it state financial reasonings to explain why men are selected over women, and lastly the distant vision to a humanity where no race/class/rank/grade will matter and only merit will matter, the content of character over the color of skin...but like all these articles, an absence of planning. Too many people offline or online suggest change through hoping, they state what they want and no path way to get to there from here, outside raw chance, and thus why these changes do not occur. Osasu Obayiuwana called it, Zidane has stepped down as Real Madrid coach, after three staight uefa champions league wins. < https://twitter.com/osasuo/status/1000482604099960832 > I think it was a smart move. One, this season proved Real Madrid do need big changes gardless the uefa champions league success. And, Zidane comprehends he does not have the experience to modulate a team. Many in this squad came from Mourinho's tenure and then advanced through ancelotti. Zidane as a coach has proven he can lead a true team full from stars to great heights consistently. His next task as coach, to expand as a coach, in my view, is to take a workman team, a midtable team. To me, the great sin to Pep Guardiola is that he went from Barcelona to big money bayern to big money manchester city and in both cases he has not proven he can coach an everton like Koeman who failed poorly and implement his style. Guardiola did not prove he can go to a Napoli, where Sarri left and prove he can win with them. Guardiola has never coached a truly lesser team. Zidane has coached the heights in Real Madrid. No other team in UEFA is like them roster wise. Zidane need to coach a midtable team and grow his coaching skills. To the BBC! Benzema/Bale/Christiano Ronaldo. They each have a huge choice to make. Do they want to start another journey in real madrid or change teams now. I think all three need to go. Real Madrid can swap neymar to CR7 going to PAris maybe side Benzema. Lewandowski can come into Real Madrid for Benzema. I think Zidane is giving his final lesson to the star players in Real MAdrid, learn how to leave a team that you can not stay in forever. I hope they all listen. Isco/Sergio Ramos side other spanish players will look to do like Raul but Benzema/Bale/Cr7/Kroos need to consider. MArcelo/Modric/Casemiro are too vital to Real for them to let them leave, but we will see. I can see Neymar/benzema/bale up top but if the entire bbc leave, I can see Neymar/isco/?//modric/casimero/kovacic/carvajal/varane/sergio ramos/marcelo. Asensio or lucas vasquez or others are good players, but not the potent quality to support neymar/isco ... Mbappe will be ideal. But, PSG may see this as a greater opportunity and keep Neymar/Cavani/Mbappe for a season to win it all, which after a world cup where france/brasil can reach a final will be fiscally dynamite. I said in a prior round that this will be a big summer for Real Madrid, I was correct. Osasu Obayuiwana is in twitter as osasuo spelled o-s-a-s-u-o NO SPEAK Zidane statistics< https://www.facebook.com/groups/410280079072359/?ref=group_header > SPEAK The Cleveland Cavaliers in some way are the depository to the idea that absent relegation and promotion, absent a league model where the members face off evenly, competitiveness can rise or live up to the challenge. To be blunt, all the big sport leagues in the united states of america, big sports leagues defined as major league baseball/national football league/national hockey league/national basketball association/major league soccer, are filled from annual losers. Losers defined as teams that in a common international sport format will be relegated or deemed midtable. Every single new york city based team outside the new york yankess would had been relegated in the past twenty years. can you imagine: bayern munich/milan/real madrid/manchester united/boca juniors being relegated. It would be catastrophe, apocalypse. the existence to rel/pro does maintain a quality, it is a gate keep to athletic competitions. That is absent in the usa, thus the teams that drag at the bottom in every big sport league in the usa. Lebron James absent another super star in the age of multisuper star teams in the nba has reached a final. this makes many other teams in similar situations seem psychologically or spiritually less than. When Roman Abramovich, the russian billionaire, bought chelsea football club it was a big money move and led to a huge fiscal investment. The governmental denial to Abramovich getting a visa in the united kingdom. I think it was silly that the united kingdom would reject the visa application to an owner to one of the big teams in the english premier league who has been that owner for a long time. Thus, roman halting the stadium is , expected and I validate it. why? if i was in his shoes , having shown honest investment, to be treated as such is a dishonorable act from england. we shall see what the future hold for chelsea... maybe with mcfc , chelsea are no longer desired in the same way as before... who absent money knows NO SPEAK Report < https://twitter.com/ManuelVeth/status/1002166966931648512 > SPEAK Balotelli, MArio Balotelli, spoke to Calcio Mercato < https://www.calciomercato.com/en/news/balotelli-racism-in-italy-it-s-time-to-wake-up-69659?utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=account&utm_campaign=autopost > to his recent time. I do not want to do a group review, but I will admit, my final is brasil versus france and brasil winning. I do not think strategically it will be easy but I want nigeria to make it into the semifinals at least. For a fourth team in the semifinals, I do not know. Brazil to me, are not only a deep team, but they have a talisman. My problem in germany or spain is , the uefa model, the team is high quality but not one player on spain or germany commands the respect the talismans in conmebol sides do, and that is the key. If the world cup were a league tournament, round robin, then uefa teams i will favor more, but in a short tournament where cohesion is key, but also players who can break the mold, you need those players. I know many oppose the following view, but brasil did not have neymar when they lost to germany in brasil. In parallel, if the team about messi for once shined greater than messi , argentina would had won in brasil. Germany while a good team is like spain, during the world cups both teams won, it was not a blowout performance, just a consistent one that had too many conmebol teams not utilizing their star players appropriately. 21. Good Morning good afternoon or Good evening, wherever you are listening. I am richard murray and this is the richard murray fanatacism audible Round 1 May seventh two thousand and eighteen I am in twitter as thetenner10 t-h-e-t-e-n-n-e-r-1-0 congratulations Tigres Feminil to being the Liga MX Feminil champions. Tigres mens team is also in a good era, and with the largest crowd to a women's match, at least in north america, that was a great showing. Tigres Feminil is in Twitter at TigresFemenil spelled t-i-g-r-e-s-f-e-m-e-n-i-l, Three financial points to womens crowds. One, ticket prices, as a pundit once said about germany, if the tickets are set to an affordable price people will come. Many leagues , maybe most fiscally potent sport leagues have ticket prices to high on average between their teams. For womens soccer, ticket prices are not as large. Second, womens soccer like mens soccer will grow slowly. Mens soccer did not grow immediately. Mens sport did not become fiscally prudent originally. The New York Knicks, originally played in madison square garden which was set for hockey, fitted for basketball after. The new york football giants were fiscally unprofitable for many seasons but Tim Mara , the original owner, patriarch to the 50% owners of the current team, stayed the course, even though he lost money. The yankees originally played in the polo grounds, yes originally for polo in an earlier community in harlem after native americans but mostly white , which was the stadium for the new york giants. The yankees were paying the giants rent for stadium use. All big futebol clubs around earth started absent paid athletes or utilizing barely paid athletes and at best had one small stand by the standards to modern machester united, real madrid, juventus di torino, bayern munich, boca juniors, palmeiras, club america. Womens soccer must slowly grow. the shame is that so few people who have the money to invest in womens sports for a long haul are interested or willing in doing it. Third, like in mens sport, some matches will have large crowds, others will not. not every match in ligamx feminil was attended like the final.not every match in the nwsl is attended like the clash in cascadia, thanks to Lura McCoy for the derby name she is in twitter as luramccoy81 spelled l-u-r-a-m-c-c-o-y-8-1 . Speaking to the clash in cascadia, Portland Thorns versus Seattle REign in the NWSL this past saturday was a battle. In the first half fresh legs, derby passion, kept things cagey. In the second half, fatigue, derby passion, made mistakes which led to goals. As Jess Fishlock said on the lifetime telecast, both teams are trying to find themselves and have linking issues. Many players on both teams have not been in the team for a month. Gelling takes time. Both teams want to play through the midfield but the best linkups, the telekinesis gained over time playing side each other does not exist. Jenn hildreth , side aly wagner on lifetime stated that a majority of the five goals came from a set piece, and that displayed how the midfield battle was neutralizing but the set pieces, which either team has not worked on as much, is where both are more open at this stage in their respective projects. Great battle, i have watched nwsl every year in its existence, the north west teams tend to have the most lively crowds, and especially in geographic rivalries. Jess Fishlock is in twitter as Jessfishlock spelled j-e-s-s-f-i-s-h-l-o-c-k, Jenn hildreth is in twitter as jennhildreth spelled j-e-n-n-h-i-l-d-r-e-t-h, aly wagner is in twitter as alywagner spelled a-l-y-w-a-g-n-e-r , The rivalry between mls side ligamx in Concacaf continue to be dominated from ligamx , Chivas Guadelahara defeated Toronto FC for the title of best team in concacaf and continue the ligamx dominance in the confederation. The reason to the dominance from ligamx is many things; one, a clausura/apteura system utilizing relegation and promotion which pushes teams to be strong in two halves of the calendar year. basically while in the average Western UEFA league, it is one long marathon, near a calendar in distance. in mexico it is two long marathon, one for each half in a calendar. Thus, while leagues in Western UEFA based on second half of season results show huge changes in table positions, Liga MX show the truth, while also utilizing relegation side promotion which pushes anyone out who is below a quality line, giving another club an unbegged for , totally earned opportunity, to come in and prove themselves; two, teams in ligamx get very good talent from conmebol, though they also get uefa talent, that may cost less than talent from uefa but i think comes hungrier. third is history, teams in mexico are used to big battles, have alot of experience competing in the game. Major LEague Soccer like any league will gain experience through time, and cause it is based in the usa will fiscally be able to afford top quality players from outside the usa, making mistakes or wise choices along the way. But MLS lack of a highly competitive,I repeat a Highly Competitive, calendar is always going to make ligamx sides stronger. People think competition is based on presence. If an athlete is present they will compete. Yes, college players in the usa compete, yes, paid players in many leagues compete, but the collegiate environment is lacking relegation or promotion for teams or money for players. How can you expect them to compete like they are being paid or have a risk of being relegated as a team? yes, paid athletes are paid in the usa, but absent fear to relegation how can you expect them to compete like the team has said risk , even while paid. I do like the NASL,currently unavailable, that uses a double calendar like in mexico, and I hope the NWSL, national womens soccer league, consider making a calendar similar to NASL or LigaMX , even absent relegation side promotion. One financial point, in UEFA, La Liga from spain, dominates the confederation club competitions, even though the english premier league or the bundesliga make more money or are from a fiscally wealthier country. Like Mexico , Spain dominate its confederation while not being the fiscally wealthiest country or having the fiscally wealthiest or most positively growing league. But, in UEFA many people in england/germany/italy/france will accept LA Liga is the strongest league in UEFA. But in concacaf, i rarely hear ligamx stated in english media as the best league in the confederation and I think it has negatively stymied the media popularity mexican teams have in the usa or canada , especially outside latino communities in said country. I think it is time for the english speaking media in the usa or canada to honour ligamx as the best league in concacaf and honor ligamx teams as the dominant teams in concacaf. I extend this to the caribbean football confederation. Players from jamaica/trinidad/haiti/puerto rico seem willing to go to the the u.s.aa./france/the u.k. before mexico and that is fiscally foolish. if you are a player, from concacaf, why do you want to travel to uefa or conmebol before you travel to the best league in your confederation? Every player from the usa/caribbean/canada/central america need to try to make it in mexico first, it is the best regional league in the area. if you can't make it in mexico why do you think you will make it in brasil/argentina/france/england/spain, especially if you come from caribbean countries or canada. Go to the dominant league in your area. Concacaf players/fans/coaches let us start to honor ligamx as the top league in the cofederation. Olympique Lyonnais, the most dominant team in UEFA , have won Division Une for another season, their twelfth straight, sixteen in total, after progressing to the UEFA womens champions league final, their third in a row, this time against Wolfsburg. OL in division une or ligue un under Aulas ownership tend to do thise long eras. The seven straight from OL in ligue1 is a record in the mens game in western UEFA. The Womens teams is in that same zone. I recall when PSG new qatar based ownership came in and tried to mirror the strategy in ligue un in division une and it failed. SO much so that now, Montpellier former second team to OL now battles PSG for another season for the second spot at the end of the season. The truth is, in mens sport you can build a team from money and push above domestic competition but the investment levels, the global player pool does not exist yet in the womens game for the psg model that works in ligue1 to work in Division une. Sadly, this will be the last season for Camile Abily. Like Bompastor/Necib side others before her, she is retiring an OL player. I wonder will Elodie Thomis retire as an OL player as well. OL's opponents in the UEFA womens champions league final is wolfsburg, a team like OL that successfully challenged the dominant mens team female representative from mirroring the success in the mens game in the womens. I will never forget when Alexandre Popp, the german international did like didier drogba for chelsea against bayern, and played as a defensive winger in phases to stop the attack from OL and won the uefa womens champions league, I call her the big wolf, this uefa womens champions league final will be a batle ... wolfsburg defeated chelsea ladies. Camile Abily is in twitter as cam10abily23 spelled c-a-m-1-0-a-b-i-l-y-2-3 Alexandra Popp is in twitter as alexpopp11 a-l-e-x-p-o-p-p-1-1 Chelsea defeated Arsenal in the FA womens cup. The two goals were from Ramona Bachmann side Fran Kirby, kirby is also the player of the year. Kirby said she want more trophies as part to the team than individual. Chelsea are rising as a team slowly but surely, thanks president John Terry, coach emma hayes. This season we , yes i support chelsea, have the fa cup and are leading in the fa wsl table. I hope we can win the double. But the consistency from the administration in staying in support to emma hayes, even when MAnchester city came in and forced the team to improve , even through injuries to players like Kirby that destabilized the team. Chelsea administration has stuck to the plan, and that is what I have been very happy about. Teams in all sports must comprehend when the system need to change, when the roster need radical change OR wen the roster need to remain, gardless the results. Ramona Bachmann is in twitter as bachmannr10 spelled b-a-c-h-m-a-n-n-r-1-0, Fran Kirby, is in twitter as frankirby spelled f-r-a-n-k-i-r-b-y, coach emma hayes, is in twitter as emmahayes1 spelled e-m-m-a-h-a-y-e-s-1 . Iniesta, one of the last symbols from that la masia era that produced an entire squad for fc barcelona to use in winning uefa champions leagues/la ligas/copa del rey's is leaving Barcelona, repeat leaving, not retiring from the game. Some , like thomas rongen , at Trongen in twitter spelled t-r-o-n-g-e-n, suggest that Iniesta loved Barca more than Neymar. He is correct But the labor problem he did not suggest is the role barcelona have to neymar side the fiscal problem I have in that assertion is the absence to barcelona's money. I am a santos fan. Santos is Neymar's first club, not barcelona. If you compare iniesta to neymar in terms of club loyalty then it is neymar's time in santos not barcelona that must be compared to iniesta staying in barcelona. if santos had money, robinho/neymar/arouca side so many players from Santos over the years never! would had left santos. To be blunt, Pele stayed at santos not merely cause it was his boyhood club but money was given to him. Iniesta was given a top salary at barcelona, not peanuts. Thus, barcelona had the money to keep him, in a way that many clubs like OL who had benzema, MArseille who had drogba, Inter who had coutinho/kovasic/balotelli could not fiscally keep. neymar wanted his own team while making money. he had his own team in santos, who won the copa libertadores having him as the center, santos didn't have the money to keep him. ... Now, to the future, The problem in Iniesta leaving Barcelona, in my view,is team balance to where he goes. Iniesta is not an athletic juggernaut. He is a player that is strong in tactical comprehension or technical skill. but when teams are not cohesive, when players do not comprehend each other, it forces athleticism to have a higher value and that is my worry in iniesta's next locale. Like Pirlo, who went to NYC FC in Major league soccer, Iniesta need Athletic midfielders who have the tactical comprehension or technical skill to support him. Like Pirlo had in juventus with Pogba/Vidal but did not have in NYCFC and I hope Iniesta has wherever he continues his career. I repeat a simple point. The team that brings the CHinese super league an AFC champions league victory and a FIFA Club World Cup, that team will be given a huge reward. Iniesta can be part from a team that does this. Iniesta like Wenger is not retiring, simply continuing their current labor in another organization. Congratulations to Alex Scott, who is retiring from playing the game, after joining the 100 club to Arsenal, but I hope she has great ambition in coaching or administration. Thinking to Iniesta, Alex Scott, i wonder about the great Sonia Bermudez Tribano former rayo former barca forward, has led Atletico Madrid to a title last season and a lead atop of the table this season for a possible back to back reign. She scored the sole goal against LEvante and if the colcheneras defeat Zaragoza, the next to bottom side in the table, Atleti will wear the spanish tiara again. But, looking forward she is thirty three and while ludmila has provided the second most goals in the team with nine. Ludmila need to be a goal scorer in the teens consistently to take Tribano's place as the , Oroguja, golden needle. I hope Tribano can stay and be prolific for at least three more season. Luckily the Colcheneras are on average in the twenties, but Tribano's ability must be replaced at some point. Vital administrative test for Atleti moving forward. But, for now, may thirteenth is the date, the last final of the year for Atleti. SOnia bermudez Tribano is in twitter as sbtribano spelled s-b-t-r-i-b-a-n-o , Ludmila Silva is in twitter as ALudmilaSilva spelled a-l-u-d-m-i-l-a-s-i-l-v-a; Two players also seeing a phase change possibly in Madrid is Gareth Bale side KArim benzema. In the recent edition to El Classico , the match ended in a draw. But, while many fans or bandwagoners from either side suggested foul play, i suggest it was a great match. In the end, both side had chances to win, both failed to do it, and the passion, outside the pitch fueled through the media came through in the players. The one thing I think was not said enough, was the true turning this match showed. Puyol/Xavi/Iniesta had a calm they brought into Barcelona, a sense of communicate passion through playing that this classico exposed may be visibally lacking in future barcelona teams. Many players in Barcelona looked frustrated, including MEssi, but they were never losing the match. Paulinho side Semedo brought a sense of respond through playing in Barcelona but as Iniesta walk off, I realized even though he was captain on the day, he was unable to lead by example to the other players and that is a bad sign once he leave. Congratulations to the Selecao Feminil in BRasil in winning the copa libertadores feminino. The season is early for the Sirens, Santos in the brasileiro feminino as well as for the piexe, the greatest pisces in the sea, santos in the brasileiro who have progressed past the group stage in the copa libertadores masculino is early signs. Another race that is still up for grabs but is nearing its end is the italian serie a feminile race. Juventus is tied in points to brescia with an eight goal differential and one match left to play. The Leonessa have to face seventh place Verona. Juventus have to face third place tavaganacco The scudetto go to the team that make the most points next round, and if both are equal then Juventus on goal differential. Juventus will be a nail biter, they play on the twelfth in may, if they lose are draw, Brescia will be a nail chewer, brescia play on the sixteenth. One race that is finished is the italian masculine scudetto race, serie a tim , Napoli ever since the victory against juventus have let in goals and made terrible defensive mistakes. Sarri in the end, is a great coach, but his inability to accept rotating his squad more, cause his strategy will have to change undid Napoli. No team can play a starting eleven a whole season through all competitions , rarely making a change and not expect fatigue weeks, physically, mentally , spiritually. Sarri was unwilling to change his strategy to fit the players on the bench. The sad thing, sarri did this every season. His first season in Napoli after EMpoli, one can argue was a learning year, his second was sharpening his way, but in this third season he has not accepted , to keep his main squad fresh, a strategy change and he explains why I have doubts to Pep Guardiola in coaching a fiscally smaller team than Barcelona/Bayern/Manchester City. Pep Guardiola does what SArri does; he cuts players out from a team if he does not see them as the player type he needs. Gustavo/Dante after winning the uefa champions league were let go cause pep did not feel they had the right caliber for his system. Sarri does not have in napoli the fiscal ability to sell players and buy news ones every transfer season. I hope Sarri stay in napoli and try to implement another strategy for a bench team that may require it.
