Well I drink regularly, try to keep exercise at a bare minimum, sit behind a desk most of the day, and eat plenty of pork and fried foods.

Now I have heard that I do not look my age, but I never heard anyone say that I don't "sound" my age. What does that mean?  is it word choice, intonation, what?

Lol...it means you SOUND the age you LOOK.
You look like  a man in his early 30s and you sound the same.

You don't have the "gravel" in your voice that a lot of men have in their 50s.

But Delano mentioned something about passion in another thread.
Perhaps when a man finds his PASSION and does that which he loves, he finds his fountain of youth.

I always believed the opposite was true ...  doing something you hate will send you to an early grave.  Perhaps the converse is true too.

While I never spent much time stressing, doing things that I do not enjoy, I suspect my appearance is more a function of genetics.
