Seriously, there are some wacko people in this country. Prank call or real, it's d8mn shame that people don't have better things to do with their time and energy. Black folks need to come up with the equivalent of the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish Defense League. That would solve a lot of problems. Police agencies and news media in various states have differing policies when it comes to identifying juveniles by name and face.
