QBR The Black Book
Review, the national review
periodical, TALA (The Africana Literature Archives), and the Community
Board 10 Arts and
Culture Committee; The 2002 Harlem Book Fair promises to be the largest
and best yet. Any one wishing to host a table or booth to sell books or
