Book Expo America is the largest book industry trade show in the nation, attended by more than 80,000 industry professionals. Last year, the 1st Annual New Title Showcase at the Book Expo America in New York City was a huge success! Now YOU can Showcase your books to tens of thousands of BOOK EXPO AMERICA ATTENDEES by participating in the 2006 Book Expo America New Title Showcase May 19th - 21st at the Washington DC Convention Center!
As a member of the African American Book Publishing Display Group, you can save over 25% off the regular BEA price offered to individuals. You will also be more visible to those publishing industry professionals who are specifically interested in titles written for, by and about African Americans, rather than being lost in a sea of thousands of general interest titles on display.
Distributors, Wholesalers, Bookstores, Librarians, International Licensees, Publishers, Agents & the Press will make the "New Title" Showcase Exhibit at BEA" their First Stop and Your Book(s) Could be the one(s) to Grab Their Attention!
In addition to being displayed in a prime shelf position, your book(s) will be listed in a special Combined Book Exhibit "New Title" Catalog along with your contact information (name, company, address, phone, email, book title and author name) and handed out to tens of thousands of BEA attendees and exhibitors.
Exhibiting Costs for Individual Books
Companies Exhibiting at BEA - $150 per title (save $45 per title)
Companies Not Exhibiting at BEA - $195 per title (save $55 per title)
Here's how you do it:

- Include your name, company name, address, phone number, email address, book title(s), a brief description (25 words or less) and the author's name.
- A representative will be in touch with you to verify your information and to make payment arrangements.
- Your payment can be made by credit card or check (paid to "Yvonne Rose").Once your information and payment have been received, you will get an email confirmation and instructions about where to send your book(s).
- The Deadline for participating in the New Title Showcase is March 22,
2006 - no exceptions.

The display rules & regulations are as follows:
- Company representatives cannot staff the BEA/Combined Book Exhibit New Title Display. Representatives from BEA & the Combined Book Exhibit will have personnel on-hand to staff the exhibit.
- Only books can be displayed; catalogs and/or brochures cannot be distributed in the exhibit area.
- Registration/Exhibit badges must be purchased separately at Bookexpoamerica.com
- Display materials will not be returned.
- Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.
