Cheryl Willis Hudson is the author of many books for children. She is also a co-founder of Just Us Books, Inc., a premiere publisher of Black interest books for children and young adults.

George Ford is the illustrator of over thirty books for children including Jamal's Busy Day, Bright Eyes, Brown Skin; Afro-Bets First Book About Africa and Baby Jesus, Like My Brother.
