Alyah Holmes

Alyah Holmes is an award-winning American and Canadian illustrator and designer. She loves bringing concepts to life and telling visual stories through a vibrant, playful, and intriguing approach. Her world of creativity adapts to all types of media, working with a variety of clients on diverse projects spanning editorial, commercial, advertising, packaging, branding, and publishing. Alyah uses bright and contrasting colors, fun organic shapes, and subtle textures to bring people, scenes, food, culture, or any subject she encounters to life.

For as long as she can remember, Alyah has loved drawing and creating. She never went anywhere without a sketchbook, spending hours sketching clothes, dream homes, and—her favorite—drawing people while inventing their personalities. With a clear purpose and passion, she went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Design, which aided her in becoming a well-rounded and multi-disciplinary creative. She also knows every word to every Seinfeld episode, and if she is home, there is a 99% chance it is playing.
