Andrew Billingsley
Biography
Dr. Andrew Billingsley (born March 20, 1926) is a sociologist, author, lecturer, and college professor who served as the 8th President of Morgan State University from 1975 to 1984.
Billingsley’s festschrift, Andrew Billingsley Scholar and Institution Builder: Essays and Tributes by Charles Jarmon was published by Black Classic Press in 2021.
