Angela N. Carroll

Angela N. Carroll is an artist, writer, curator, and researcher based in Baltimore, Maryland. Her work examines the cultural histories of Black creative production and the preservation of African American memory. Carroll’s essays and criticism appear in publications such as BmoreArt, Sugarcane Magazine, and Obsidian. She is also the founding director of the Black Collagists Arts Incubator, supporting and archiving the work of contemporary Black collage artists.
