Demond Martin

Demond Martin is an investor, philanthropist, and the co-founder and CEO of WellWithAll, an innovative health and wellness company dedicated to advancing health equity in Black, Brown, and underserved communities.

Before launching WellWithAll, Martin spent twenty-two years as a senior partner at Adage Capital Management, one of the nation’s leading investment firms.

Through their philanthropic work, Demond and his wife, Kia Martin, focus on addressing disparities in education and healthcare. Their initiatives, including The Martin Scholars program, are designed to expand opportunities and help close gaps created by racial and social inequities.
