Rev. Horace F. Whittaker, Jr. Ed.D. is dedicated to helping Black Intellectuals prepare for a world that is filled with discriminatory beliefs. As someone who belongs to a group of people who have been historically oppressed (h.o.p.e.), Horace recognizes the importance of women in creating a sustainable society. He is committed to the health and well-being of Black women and creating environments that are supportive of the learning needs of children who are part of the global majority.
