Biography
Kelly McWilliams is a mixed-race writer. She is the author of several novels including Your Plantation Prom Is Not Okay, Mirror Girls, Doormat (published when she was 15 years old — a Junior Library Guild selection), and Agnes at the End of the World. She’s written for TIME, Romper, Bustle, and other outlets. Kelly lives in Seattle with her family.
McWilliams’ mother, Jewell Parker Rhodes, is a critically-acclaimed, award-winning author.
