Kwasi Ramsey
Biography
Kwasi Ramsey is a Baltimore native and winner of the CLA Margaret Walker Award and the Red Sparrow Poetry Award.
Kwasi is influenced by the poetic styles of Amiri Baraka, Sonia Sanchez, & Jean Toomer. He also finds inspiration from the music of Tupac Shakur, Thelonius Monk, and Miles Davis.
