Biography

Laila Amaria Ali (born December 30, 1977) is an undefeated five-time boxing world champion with a 24–0 record and a 2022 International Boxing Hall of Fame inductee. As the daughter of Muhammad Ali, she carries forward a legacy of excellence while building her own path as a wellness advocate, TV host, and entrepreneur. She recently co-anchored Netflix’s record-breaking first all-women’s professional boxing event in 2025.

Beyond the ring, Laila has forged a multifaceted media career, hosting Food Network’s Chef Grudge Match and OWN’s Emmy-winning Home Made Simple. A passionate home cook, she is the author of the bestselling cookbook Food for Life and creator of Laila Ali Spice Blends. Her lifestyle expertise also led to a successful three-year home décor partnership with At Home.

As an advocate, Laila served as president of the Women’s Sports Foundation and is a longtime ambassador for the American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association. She currently lives in Georgia with her husband, former NFL star Curtis Conway, and their two children, continuing to empower others to live healthier, more purposeful lives.
