Lucille O’Neal

Lucille O’Neal is not just “Shaquille O’Neal’s Mom,” she is the president and founder of the Mothers of Professional Basketball Players Association. She is also a founder board member of the National Association of Black Bookstores (NAB²). She holds a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. O’Neal is the proud mother of four and grandmother of 14 grandchildren.
