P.C. Verrone

P.C. Verrone’s work has appeared in FIYAH, Nightmare, PodCastle, Strange Horizons, and numerous anthologies, including multiple “best-of-the-year” series. His plays have been developed, produced, and published across the U.S. His debut novel Rabbit, Fox, Tar was selected for Indies Introduce by the American Booksellers Association and Poets & Writers’s First Fiction 2026. It has garnered rave reviews from Ancillary Review of Books, Booklist, Debutiful, Kirkus, Lit Hub, Publisher’s Weekly, and The New York Times. He has been a Tin House Resident, a Playwrights’ Center Fellow, and a We Need Diverse Books Black Creatives Revisions Workshop winner. He graduated from Harvard College and holds an MFA in creative writing from Rutgers University–Newark. He lives in Dallas with his husband and their dog, Apollo.
