R. Gregory Christie

R. Gregory Christie has been working as a commercial artist for over 20 years. Gregory Christie has done artwork for over fifty children’s books and has designed numerous album covers. His selected clientele list includes The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Vibe, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Kennedy Center, Moserobie Music, Impulse Records, MCA Records, Reading is Fundamental, Marlo Thomas, Pete Seeger, Chris Rock, Queen Latifah, and Karyn Parsons.

Christie currently works as a freelance illustrator and operates his autographed children’s bookstore named GAS-ART GIFTS in Decatur, Georgia. He lectures in schools and libraries, teaches in after school programs and is a skilled bookbinder.
