Rashad Robinson
Biography
Rashad Robinson is a social justice leader, strategist, and organizational builder who has designed campaigns to influence public policy, corporate practices, electoral outcomes, and media representation. He is a frequent speaker on corporate accountability, narrative change, organizing infrastructure, and strategies for advancing equity.
Through Rashad Robinson Advisors (RRA), he works with foundations, nonprofits, and leaders across media, politics, government, and business to develop high-impact strategies for social change.
Robinson previously served as president of Color Of Change for nearly fourteen years, transforming the organization into a leading national force for racial justice. Earlier, he led programs at GLAAD, helping reshape media portrayals of LGBTQ people during the campaigns to advance marriage equality and end discrimination.
