Shirley Graham Du Bois
Biography
Shirley Graham Du Bois (1896 – March 27, 1977) was born Lola Shirley Graham Jr. in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was the only daughter of six children. Her father was an African Methodist Episcopal minister and her mother was European.
In 1951, she married W.E.B. Du Bois, the second marriage for both.
