Tiffany G. Townsend

Dr. Tiffany G. Townsend is a clinical psychologist, seasoned DEI executive, and educator with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformative change and building cultures where diverse perspectives thrive. She is the president of CORE Perspectives, LLC, a consulting practice dedicated to fostering institutional equity, innovation, and belonging.

Dr. Townsend’s extensive leadership background spans a variety of educational and nonprofit sectors. Her executive portfolio includes serving as the Vice President of Organizational Culture and Chief Diversity Officer for Purdue University Global, Chief Diversity Officer for Augusta University, and President of the Georgia Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education (GADOHE).

A proven researcher and advocate, she has successfully delivered robust equity and inclusion programming, securing nearly $5 million in external funding to support her initiatives. Her insights and scientific research have been widely published across numerous books, academic journals, and major media outlets.

Dr. Townsend currently resides in Martinez, Georgia.
