Gwen Richardson and Sylvia Richardson

Sylvia Richardson is currently (2015) a student in the Honors Program at North Carolina Central University, with a double major in accounting and hospitality management. Her mother, Gwen Richardson, is the author of five books and is an entrepreneur based in Houston, Texas. Her book titled 101 Scholarship Applications: What It Takes to Obtain a Debt-Free College Education was nominated for a 2015 NAACP Image Award.
