Biography

As a journalist and blogger, SékouWrites has written for a wide range of magazines, newspapers and websites over the course of his career. Along the way, he has also gotten himself involved in some other interesting projects.

In addition to writing Sékou, under the banner of Rocks By Sékou, creates unisex, gemstone bracelets that are often cause-related. He holds holds an MFA in Creative Writing, Fiction from New School University and a BA from Morehouse College.
