Keeping a journal while incarcerated can serve many purposes. It can help one keep a written record of his or her thoughts as they begin to shift mindset from negative to positive. It can also be a form of mental therapy as one travels down the road of self-discovery and self-awareness, but most important it can help a person lay down the foundation to thier future game plan
