Lennie Ashland has graduated from Harvard. His father’s sudden death, however, has shattered his dream life of entitlement and privilege. Aimless, Lennie buys a beat up Delta 88 sedan and takes his two best friends on a road trip to ’discover America.’ At a nondescript gas station in the hinterlands, a teenaged carjacker and a desperate runaway girl derail Lennie’s grand plan, and take him and his friends for the ride of their lives.
