Double Dead

An African-American prosecutor receives the case of his career when the mayor of Detroit is murdered, and a beautiful call-girl stands accused of the crime. Swearing her innocence, she tells the prosecutor that the mayor was killed for some mysterious briefcase. Investigating on his own, the prosecutor gets too close to the truth and is implicated in the murder. With the call-girl in tow, he flees for his life on the mean streets of inner-city Detroit—caught in a deadly game played by the city’s power brokers.
