@Bingsearch Bing Custom Search Login Failure Please Help

@MicrosoftAzure, @BingSearchBing, @bing I've tried three different browsers and flushing my cache and I still cannot log in. The terms page just send me back to the login screen. There is nothing online to address this issue and even though I'm paying for the service there is no support and nothing available on the support forums.

My website's search engine is DOWN because I missed the memo on Microsoft's ending Bing Search APIs via Azure Cognitive Services and migrating to Bing APIs through Azure Marketplace. Please help! @MicrosoftDeveloper @Microsoft
