Chris Smalls
Biography
Chris Smalls is the co-founder of the Amazon Labor Union and the labor activist who helped make history by leading the first successful unionization of an Amazon warehouse in the United States. His victory against one of the world’s most powerful corporations became a defining moment in the modern labor movement.
A Fortune 40 Under 40 honoree, Smalls was named to the Time 100 list of the world’s most influential people in 2022 alongside fellow organizer Derrick Palmer.
