Derek Tyler Attico
Biography
Derek Tyler Attico is an American speculative fiction author, essayist and award-winning photographer. He is a two-time winner of the Star Trek “Strange New Worlds” short-story contest (“Alpha & Omega”, “The Dreamer and the Dream”) and author of the Titan Books novel The Autobiography of Benjamin Sisko. He also contributes to the Star Trek Adventures role-playing game and writes essays for Star Trek Magazine and ATB Publishing. Attico holds degrees in English & History and has been recognized by the Dramatist Guild of America with an Excellence in Playwriting Award. He advocates for the arts, human rights and inclusion.
