Dylan Allen

Dylan Allen is a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestselling author who began her career as a lawyer before turning to writing in the year leading up to her 40th birthday. What started as a creative outlet became a full-time career after her debut novel Then Came You was warmly received, leading her to write more stories and eventually leave the legal profession to write full time.

Her path has included challenges and uncertainty, but she describes it as deeply rewarding, especially for the opportunity to connect with readers. She writes emotional, dramatic romance featuring diverse characters and stories of love and resilience.

Born in Accra, Ghana and raised in Houston, Texas, she is a graduate of Tufts University, Howard University School of Law, and the London School of Economics. She lives with her family and continues to pursue storytelling, travel, and new adventures.
