Biography

James C. McIntosh, M.D. is a practicing psychiatrist in Queens New York. He is a Graduate of Hunter College Department of Black and Puerto Rican Studies and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Dr. McIntosh, Chairman is chairman of The Board for the Education of People of African Ancestry (BEPAA), which was founded by Dr. Adelaide L. Sanford, Vice Chancellor Emerita of the New York State Board of Regents.
