Biography of Keith C. Holmes
Keith C. Holmes was born in Queens, New York and currently lives in Brooklyn. For over thirty years Mr. Holmes has worked professionally in the satellite communications industry, and since 1977, he has worked with computers from main frames, personal and tablet computers. Mr. Holmes has spent considerable time researching information on Black inventors at the New York Patent Library, the Schomburg Library in New York and the Howard University Moorland-Spingarn Research Center in Washington, DC.
He has lectured in Antigua, Barbados, California, Canada (Brampton, Toronto), Cleveland, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, United Kingdom, Virginia and Washington, DC., and is currently working on several projects about Black inventors. Mr. Holmes has spent over twenty years researching information on Black innovators and inventors from around the world.
