Biography
Michael Jeffrey Jordan is a former American professional basketball player. He is also a businessman, and principal owner and chairman of the Charlotte Hornets.
Jordan played 15 seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards.
Jordan’s mom, Deloris Jordan, is prolific chidlren’s author and his sister, Delores E. Jordan, wrote a memoir which describes the painful details of losing her virginity to their father, James Jordan. Mr. Jordan was murdered in 1993 when he was just 56 years old.
