Biography

Victoria Adukwei Bulley is a multifaceted poet, writer, and artist. She is an esteemed alumna of the Barbican Young Poets program and has been recognized with an Eric Gregory Award for her outstanding poetry. Victoria’s creative journey has led her to various artist residencies across the globe, including in the United States, Brazil, and at the prestigious V&A Museum in London. Her debut pamphlet, Girl B, was published in 2017 by the African Poetry Book Fund.

Further enhancing her academic credentials, Victoria is a recipient of a Techne scholarship for her doctoral research at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her debut poetry collection, Quiet, has garnered significant acclaim, being shortlisted for the T. S. Eliot Prize and winning both the Rathbones Folio Prize for Poetry and the John Pollard Foundation International Poetry Prize.
